Purchased Creative Cloud membership but I have trial rigths only - Photo Package

Dear Adobe Support!
I have purchased the CC Photography package, I can see it under my account on the CC web-page, but it does not look under the Creative Cloud application and neither Lighroom nor Photoshop.
I tried to sign-out and sign back process on all the programs, the result is the same.
Could you please let me know how can I use the full version of the purchased softwares?

Unfortunately it does not work for me...
I have installed the Application Manager and tried to open Lightroom and PhotoShop.
There is no "Deactivate" under "Help" menu, I just able to sing out and back, there was no change.
I also tried to lunch PhotoShop, the software told me the trial period is over, I can purchase the software. I clicked on purchase and system are trying to connect with my account currently, with no result. It would get serial number which I do not have...

    I've written on this forum about my problem with this, too. Today, being the first of the month (I suppose) evreything comes up saying it is the trial version again. I hit continue trial, but today Acrobat comes back everytime it gets launched asking the same frustrating question. The only advice I was given was to uninstall and reinstall. I've done that more times than I can count since I signed up for Creative Cloud months ago. I also own TS4, and I've wondered if there is some interaction problem there - especially with Acrobat, as it TS4 also comes with that "module" as well as Bridge, Application Manager, etc.
    I *really* wish they would get the bugs out of this whole Creative Cloud licensing thing...

    Please change the CC apps language from creative cloud desktop. Go to preferences and you can change the language as mentioned in below screen shot.

  • After trial version expired and purchasing creative cloud membership programs still will not open

    I keep getting "trial version expired" even though I have purchased the cloud membership around 3 weeks ago.  I did the chat with someone who had me remove my cache, which did work for me to run Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver.  I installed a patch for the download manager that did not work as well.  I have installed and uninstalled multiple times with no luck, and now have a project due Thursday!!  Please help!!

    I don't think these issues pertain to mine.  There is something getting mixed up between my trail version (expired) and my new Creative Cloud subscription.  Its like it can't see it for some reason.  I was able to get Photoshop to work but Dreamweaver is being stubborn!! Please help my project is now due tomorrow... !! Thanks!

  • Full Creative Cloud membership apps start as trials?

    I have a new, fully-paid Creative Cloud membership, converted from a prior Creative Cloud month-to-month single app membership.
    And I've built a new box, exclusively for Creative Cloud apps and primarily video processing using Premier Pro CC.
    Using Adobe Application Manager ( Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager -- which installs as Creative Cloud ) I've consolidated my CS single-use apps on two other computers and have installed Premier Pro CC on the new, Creative Cloud-only box.
    So, after Premier Pro CC is installed, the Creative Cloud front end offers "Begin Trial" as the only way to start Premier Pro.
    What gives? If I have a fully-paid CC membership, why am I being offered a "Trial" and am I going to be asked to "Buy" Premiere Pro CC when the trial's over?
    Very confusing...

  • Cannot purchase creative cloud membership

    I just decided to restart my creative cloud membership. I plan to purchase After Effects for 1 month. Unfortunately, after I submit my payment information I get an error saying there was an error with my order, and that I should try again. I did 3 times and it still didn't work.
    Underneath the error it said : "PAYMENT_TOKENIZER_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE"
    I've looked up through the forums for other people who are experiencing the same problem, but none of them really presented any solution.

    Which browser were you using? Can you try using Google Chrome and clear the browsers cache? Make sure that  you can access HTTPS sites per this link.

  • I purchased a creative cloud membership but it still asks me for a serial number when I try to open software

    I had Photoshop CC, Dreamweaver CC, and Illustrator CC installed as a trial. The trial has now run out and I purchased an account for a full subscription to all adobe software, but in the creative cloud app it keeps prompting me as "your trial has expired" and when I click "license this software" it prompts me with a serial number screen. All uninstalled apps have a "try" or "buy" button next to them when I assume it should say "install" since I've paid for them.
    Some things I've read on forums and have tried with no success:
    uninstalling and reinstalling all apps including creative cloud desktop manager
    used the adobe cleaner utility to clean all leftover adobe files, then tried reinstalling software
    edited the hosts file to remove any additional lines.
    changed my language settings to International english.
    tried signing in and out
    I was told this computer had pirated adobe software installed on it at one time.  Not sure if this is responsible for why this has been so problematic. Please help, Ive spent hours trying to figure this out. ps i'm on a mac.

    I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
    Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

  • Why can't I purchase Creative Cloud membership in Zambia?

    Hi,
    I'm a freelance Designer in Zambia, and I have recently downloaded the CC trial and a few of the programs as trials. Some of the trials are coming to an end and I really want to pay for the yearly membership, but everytime I try and according to the customer service chat guy, I cannot purchase in Zambia, because Adobe does not service Zambia... Fair enough but why let me download the trials then if I cannot continue to use them. Is there no way to fast track putting Zambia on the list or other payment options?

  • Creative Cloud Membership, but can't access photoshop, lightroom, etc.

    I ordered the creative cloud team business membership for $69.99 which said that I would have full access to services when I made the purchase. However, I only have access to applications like Edge Code, Edge Inspect, etc. I was under the impression that applications like photoshop, lightroom, after effects, etc. were included. What can I do to have full access to these applications? As of right now I can only use them as a trial. It was not clear that these applications were not included in the membership when I purchased them.

    You have purchased the Creative Cloud for team last month. It is for one seat which you have assigned to a different e-mail ID of yours.
    The E-mail ID provided here in Forum is the Team Admin but no seat has been assigned to this Adobe ID.
    1.If you are logging with this E-mail ID given in forum to the CC desktop App, you will be able to get the trial version.
    2.If you are logging in with Adobe ID to which the seat is assigned & still getting the trial mode, please refer to :
