Tried to fill in student form for serial number, form will not accept product code for version 5.5 using trial at the moment. What do I do to get serial number?

We are sorry but you would not be able to update from Creative Suite 4 .The reason being there are no updates available for Acrobat version 9 .It is quite an older version so you are unfortunately not eligible for any updates or upgrade .
The best option for you would be to opt for Acrobat DC .

We just purchased Creative Suite 5 premium
We just purchased Creative Suite 5 for my class and we would like to make a still picture from a video clip we downloaded on our computer. Can we do this in one of the programs on Creative Suite 5 premium? We searched through the book and through the site and didn't see anything saying if we could or couldn't.

I have purchased a Creative Suites 6. But, I cannot find what type of the CS6 I have bought (32 bits or 64 bits). Where can I get this information?
If I bought the 32 bits one, can I install 32 bit of CS into Windows 7 64 bits?

BoscoWhere appropriate, the installer will contain both the 64bit and 32bit versions of the programs and install them both by default. There are no separate versions for 32bit or 64bit.

I agree) Such cases must be totally controlled by company. Company offer absolutely to everyone dowload links and serial numbers for CS2 software. Millions of users spent their own time to download this stuff. Now CS2 is free. It's good.
But i prefer to buy CS5 (Photoshop, for individual use) from trusted source, instead of sh#ted CS6. Adobe, make a special offer to me, instead of you worst Photoshop ever (CS6 at your market). Why i cant buy old version? It's better for a lot of professional users.I have branched this out to a separate discussion. -=realsam=- we are not able to offer retail copies of Creative Suite 5 any longer as Creative Suite 6 is our current product offering. If you do have a need for Creative Suite 5 then you are welcome to purchase a volume license and request a backwards license to Creative Suite 5. In effect this will allow us to convert your Creative Suite 6 license to a Creative Suite 5 license.
Because of the complexity of this type of transaction I would recommend you work directly with our Volume Licensing team. Purchased Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium but Photoshop will not install
I purchased CS6 and all programs install successfully except Photoshop. I keep getting an install error even after I completely uninstalled the creative suite and then reinstalled it. Can you please help?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 (have the disk). But now it keeps asking me to sign in and reenter my product code. Says "Trial Period has ended." There was no trial period. I purchased the suite. Very annoying to have to keep logging in. How do I fix?

How do I re-install previously purchased creative suite
So my computer was stolen and I have a version of Creative Suite that I had previously purchased and only had installed on my desktop and laptop. I just received a new laptop and need to download the product again. I can't find it through my Adobe Account. I know there was a way to do this previously but it is completely eluding me. Could anyone point me in the direction of how to do this again??

Issues downloading purchased creative suite?
I just purchased the adobe creative suite and have been having trouble downloading it. I followed the steps in the instruction guide, but when I click "open bundle," a text edit window opens with a bunch of text that makes no sense. I have a macbook pro that I purchased last year.

I purchased an upgrade version of Creative Suite 5.5 two years ago, but never installed it on my PC. I plan to purchase either a new Mac or PC soon. Will I be able to load this upgrade 5.5 on my new computer and get existing updates?
You will have to install it on the same type of platform for which you originally purchased it... Windows or Mac... suites are platform specific, and CS5.5 is not eligible for a platform swap. Whatever updates exist for CS5.5 will be available to you, but it is not likely that there will be more produced.
