I am trying to find out the TABLE name for the Address overview tab in BP transaction.where we will have ORG secondary address.Please can anyone tell me the table name for the same.

Regarding Vendor Address

HI All
If there is a change in the vendor's address and i change the same in SAP. The changed address details also reflects in the existing documents which were created. But my requirement is documents which are created after the change of address should only be affected and not the documents which has been already processed.
Any suggestions please.

In most of the standard document the link is given ref. to vendor and when we execute the reports at that run time system get the details from the vendor master and it is displaying data on the screen so I dont think it is possibel in some cases u can get where the details are save along with address.

Regarding ESS Addresses application

Hi,
We are using EP 7.0 and implemented ESS/MSS.
Now they have activated Com01, Num01 fields of Infotype 6(Adresses).
But these fields are not visible in the Addresses application of ESS.
For example if I add these entries in Permanent address type, these fields are not displayed in Portal,
Is there any configuration available in the ECC to make these fields visible in portal ESS application also since these fields are standard or do we need to go for customization.
Any idea on this will be highly appreciated.

In order to add the required fields in the ESS Addresses application, we need to add those fields in the following structure of the country specific function module HRXSS_PER_EDIT_P0006_XX where XX u2013 defines the country code(say de- germany, fr-france)
Structure: HCMT_BSP_PA_XX_R0006 where again XX u2013 defines the country code
After changing the structure you need to restart the portal for this to reflect and use the below mentioned link.

After that you need to enhance the BADI HRPAD00INFTYUI for the input conversion ans output conversion.

Regarding URL Address Display

When we deploy webdynpro applications in browsers, we get the totel url address in the address bar .But when we deploy it inside portal we get url address only as
http://xxxxxxx/irj/portal .
Why the detail url address is not displayed ?

The Web Dynpro applicatiolns run inside an iframe, that's why you don't see the detailed url.
If you right click somewhre on the application, you'll see the detailed url.

The default loopback in Windows is 127.0.0.1
You could edit the Windows host file using the following command from "Run" in the Windows "Start" menu (assuming install defaults):
notepad c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Example:

Hi,
In item level, select 'Delivery Address' tab. Click on 'Address Details' icons. Maintain your address here. After maintaining the address click on Continue. The address will be copied as Delivery Address. If you are using same address in number of POs, then you can maintain the address at T Code MEAN - Address Maintenance. This address can be referred in POs at 'Delivery Address' tab. At this tab, there is a window as 'Address' (below address details button). You may refer the address maintained at MEAN at this window. System will copy the address as Delivery Address.

Regarding Canadian Address Cleansing

Hi i have some address directories for cleanse the Candian address using gloabl address cleansing transformation. i have three folders called cace350a,cace360a.cace370c. Each folder contains four directories with same name called canada.dir, cancity.dir, canfsa.dir, canpci.dir. Regarding Email Address in Vf02 transaction

Hi Friends,
Once you enter a VF02 transaction, If you goto header partners and double click on the partner number it would take you to the customer master data screen in which we have an option for Email address this is in Display mode my requirement demands to make it Visible so that the enduser would enter the email address which finally reflects in the printoutput.
I would like to know the correct exit for resolving this issue

I beleive, you would like to send the PO output as e-mail through output messages.
Write a requirment formula (TCODE: VOFM). check for a chage in header text. If it changes then set sy-subrc = 0. otherwise sy-subrc = 4.
Use this requirement formula in access sequences for application EF.

Regarding Org assignment record create/delete

Hi All,
I have created a postion and assigned a holder , as i have doen mistake in period creation i have deleated that position , and created a new postionand holder with correct period.
but in org assignment infoype 0001 these old and new record got saved.Is there any possibility to deleate thsi record.

Do remember that whenever an OBJECT ID start date is wrong, try to correct it with the program. RE_RHBEGDA0. This will correct the start date of the OBJECT IDs.
I think, the new record is in 0001 - Organisational Assignment.
1) Try to delete the first record, then go to delete the wrong entry record.
2) Try to change the first record with the date of the wrong entry date, so that it will get delimited.
