Route to voicmail if no agents are logged in

Hello everyone,
I'm creating a script for a small call center and was hoping someone could point me in the right directions. All I want to do is if there are no callers logged into the queue I want the call routed to a voicemail box. I'm stuck on the part where it checks the reporting statistic. I see alot of references to (agentsloggedin==0)
        True--->send to queue
        False---> send to voicmail.
My issue is on the script where do I set the (agentsloggedin==0). Is that a paremeter? Boolean? Thanks in advance for any tips/help! I'm not able to set any number parameters inside the 'If' statement.
Thanks!

Yep, you can.  There are a couple of ways you can do that:
1) Take a look at 'Realtime Reporting'  (Application Adminstration > Tools > Real Time Reporting)  Then goto Report > CSQ Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Stats.
2) Reactive debug when you call into the script (from Script Editor go to Debug > Reactive Script)
3) Active debug - Press the 'Step Over' button locates slightly below and to the right of the Help menu.  In your case you'll need to temporarily remove the Accept step as active debug has no Triggering Contacts.
Take a look at my screen shot.  If you see the value is "-1" that means that the value you were looking for (the CSQ name in this case) doesn't exist in the database.

  • Agents are logged in and in the 'Ready' state but call is not passed to them

    Hi All,
A supervisor has reported a re-occuring intermittant problem.
It seems that his agenst are logged in and 'ready' but calls sometimes remain in the queue and are  not passed to the agents.
I need to begin the troubleshooting process here and hopefully find a way of documenting what is happening.
If anyone has any ideas or has seen a similar problem, the information would be greatly appreciated.
    The CCX version is  8.0.2.11002-3
The Supervisor -  is running version 8.0.2 (premium version)
    Regards
    Amanda

    Hi
That's not true - Supervisors and Admins can access real time reporting. Just log into AppADmin with a Supervisor account and you get a limited view of the system which includes RTR.

  • New Subscriber add in CM Cluster but agents are not logging in on IP Phones registered to new subscriber

    Hi,
I have added a new subscriber to existing cluster in Contact Center Environment. Agents are unable to login the CTI application using the phones registered on new subscriber. Call Manager version is 7.0.2 and ICM version is 7.5.8.
    Please advise.
    Regards,
    Hammad.

Is the CTI Manager running on the new subscriber?
What do you see in the .ems file for the JTAPI gateway?
Are the phones still associated with the JTAPI user?
If you unassociate and reassociate a phone, does that work?

  • The agents are not getting determined

    Hi Gurus,
In the standard workflow WS00300022 with BUS 2104 for Approval of Appropriate request, the agents are not getting determined.
    Below are the steps followed:
We have created a subtype for BUS 2104 and redefined the display and edit to add some new functionality. Delegated the business object and followed all the standard steps. Now the present situation is that the Workflow is not able to determine agents.
We have even removed the subtype and checked with the standard functionality but still it is not determining the agents.

    Hi,
    Kindly Diagnose your WF:-
    Use the following transaction:-
1> SWE4/SWELS -> EVENT TRACE ON/OFF (Switch On the Event Trace)
2> SWEL -> DISPLAY EVENT TRACE
    3> SWUD -> WF DIAGNOSTICS
4> SWPR -> WORKFLOW RESTART AFTER ERROR
Enter the WF Number and Click on the LOG Icon.
There you can see the Graphical Log of the WF to know where the WF is stuck.
And You can also check the Technical Details of the WF there, to find which WF Container has what value.
In the LOG, you can determine the step where it is unable to determine the Agent. That will give a picture of how to proceed further and what is the WF status at that point.
Kindly check and revert back, so that a solution can be provided.
    Regards,
    Kanika

  • Error/Warning Messages in Agent Debug Log Files

I have noticed the following error message in the Agent Debug Log Files and was wondering if anybody could shed any light on their meaning or what might be causing them.
Warning 1855:####### ServiceEngine: Service::getPolicyResult():No passwd value in session response.
Warning 1855:####### PolicyAgent: Access Manager Cookie not found.
    Error 1855:####### AM_SSO_SERVICE: SSOTokenService::getSessionInfo(): Error 18 for sso token ID <SSO_TOKEN_ID>

    hi
Looks like the message numbers you are processing in the function module CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT are only for 'errors'.
    Please go to Transaction: CRMC_MSGS
Look at the following Application Areas
    CRM_ORDER
    CRM_ORDERADM_H
    CRM_ORDERADM_I
    CRM_ORDER_MISC
    CRM_ORDER_OUTPUT
Select one of the above and double click 'Single Messages' towards your left side on the screen. Select the relavant message number from the list and check the 'S' flag. Press 'F1' (help) on this box and you will see the following.
Only error messages are saved in the processing log. If a message definitely should be saved - contrary to this rule - then the indicator needs to be set.
You need to make sure that a message marked like this can be deleted again - by calling up the function module CRM_MESSAGES_DELETE in the appropriate place in the program.
When you do these steps, please note the message 'Do not make any changes (SAP data)'. This is not tested and used from my side. Please see if this impacts other functions. I am not sure. Do necessary R&D before you proceed further. Please explore tables CRMC_MESSAGES_S and CRMC_MESSAGES and see if this helps.
    Reward if helps

  • SAPCCM4X agents are shutting down by itself

    Hello Gurus
A few SAPCCM4X agents are shutting down by itself and this is happening
for systems which have a version 4.6c and 4.5B in our landscape like PCX.. Analyzing the log of one of this agents the
    message below is informed:
    Mon May 9 04:41:10 2011
CCMCTRL: ERROR: csm_show_file: no permission to
    read /usr/sap/PCX/SYS/profile/PCX_G34_zonepcx
CCMCTRL: ERROR: csm_show_file: Please check sapccmsr.ini
I tried to find the profile mentioned in the warning but with no
succes. The cause of the shutdown of the agent is that because the
correct profile is PCX_DVEBMGS34_zonepcx instead of PCX_G34_zonepcx but
why it is looking for the wrong one when everything is configured with
    the profile PCX_DVEBMGS34_zonepcx . I also checked sapccmsr.ini but
    found nothing.
I  can start the agent normally choosing the correct parameter
(PCX_DVEBMGS34_zonepcx) but sometimes the agent shutdown by itself
after 3-4 days with the error message above.
Why the agent search for the wrong profile and where can I change it to
    the right profile ?
Or is there any other way to resolve it.
    Thanks and Regards
    Ashwini

Thank you Mani, I will make this test in only one appl server and monitor.
I will let you know the resul of my tests.

  • All agents were logged of automatically from agent dekstop

    Hello,
We had an issue last week where all agents where logged of automatically.  By the way we have UCCE version 8, CTIOS agent desktop 8, Call manager 8, and 7961 Cisco phones. Agents were able to log back in and everything seems to be working fine.  We are running duplex mode in call center. on the CTIOS server it show in call manger the agent destkop unregister, however the call manager and switch logs doesnt show unregister. It is really weird and on the switch there isnt any errors that indicate that packets were loss, does any UCCE expert out there know what could of been the root cause.  The error on the CTIOS server says cucm faulire for all those phones but phones werent unregistered.
    Any Suggestion please help.
    Thanks,

All agents logged off, not just half? Typically when you run in duplex, half of those CTI OS Agent Desktops should connect to your secondary CTIOS server (50% chance at login). Are the effected agents all in the same location? To me this points to perhaps being a network issue if everyone was effected.
Can you run a report on the Logout codes for the effected agents? What logout codes were recorded for this event?

  • HT2433 what does the error message that says " You are logged out because another computer is using this IP address." mean?

what does the error message that says " You are logged out because another computer is using this IP address." mean?

Some other piece of network ghardware on your home LAN (Local Area Network) is using the IP address your Mac is trying to use.
Reboot both your modem and router, or the Modem/Router combo box you have, and all pieces of networking equipment, computers and printers, you have connected to your LAN.
If you continue to get that error then it is a bug in OS X or you have your Mac set to a Static IP address that is being handed out by the routers DHCP server to some other device.

Certainly something to try, but I don't see why that would make a difference in an inability to log out.  I have many customers who only use the default workflow and haven't seen any of them with this issue previously.
Are you guessing here, or have you actually seen that resolve similar problems?

  • CTIOS 6.0 ERRORS: AGENTS CANNOT LOG IN

    Hello,
I'm having a problem cisco Cisco IPCC Enterprise. Let's see if anybody has an idea.
Most agents are unable to log in.
We have 2 CTIOS Server, with the following errors:
    10.60.27.151 (main one):

"CConnection(00D1C790)::ReceiverThread, ID(0x10BC) Caught unknown exception, continuing..."
    (lots of times)
Rebooting servers has solved the problem, but I would like to know if anybody has seen same situation, looking for a cause.
    Thank you very much!

If it's something that significant I would make sure you're on the latest SR and then open a TAC case.

Why am I stuck in a "you are logged out" loop while attempting to reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC)? I am able to log into the Creatrive cloud member portal.
    What gives.
Also, I can change my password at the ACC portal.
When prompted to login during installation the loop begins. I enter my username and password hit enter - click whir - and the same prompt reappears.
No email is delivered (not in junk either) when I ask for info on reseting my password the only solution offered in the debilitating prompt.

  • HT3819 Home Share issue: I have a Mac and Apple TV. Both are log into the same Wifi network and the same iTunes account (I can view purchased movies on AppleTV). Home Sharing shows 'ON' for both devices. BUT...AppleTV shows no computers. Itunes sidebar-no

Has anyone else found solution to Apple devices not 'seeing' each other on Home Share?  I have a Macbook Air (new Nov'12) and Apple TV (new Dec'12). Software updated on both. Both are logged into the same Wifi network and the same iTunes account (I can view movies purchased from iTunes on my AppleTV). Home Sharing shows 'ON' for both devices. BUT...AppleTV shows no computers... and ... Itunes sidebar does not have a 'Shared' area at all.  Help please as without this functionality, my Apple TV only provides portal to purchased (i.e. Netflix,...) content which I can get from Wii or Xbox.
I have already tried the following without success:
    1. Homeshare DID work the first day after I setup Apple TV... but the next day it has not worked since then.
    2. Powered off 30 sec then re-started (Apple TV & Macbook & iTunes login)
    3. Checked Firewall settings per Home Sharing troubleshooting guide (correct settings)
    4. Turning on Photostream in iPhoto and selecting iPhoto within iTunes and then checking to see if Photostream shows anything on AppleTV (it shows 'on' for my iTunes account but 'Zero' pictures found ... despite the >3,000 pictures showing avail in iTunes).
I also have 'Remote" app on my iPhone 4, with Home Sharing turned on (same Wifi network)... it has a very similar message as the Apple TV and same result that despite all devices having HomeShare 'on' they cannot see each other:  "Remote will automatically find the iTunes libraries and Apple TVs that have Home Sharing turned on using the account xxxx (it lists my correct itunes account name)."

I solved this by reset of the Wifi (unplug cable and power to both modem and wifi ... wait 60 sec ... plug in modem cable and power ... plug in wifi power and LAN to modem ... restart AppleTV and Mac ... Turn Home Share 'OFF' in iTunes then back "ON" ... it took ~60 sec for the AppleTV to pick up my Mac in computers.
