Sales order amount should be fall in Old date agrrement date

Dear sd Experts please explain me How to achieve Return Rebate accrual amount
ex:
Time period is 01/01/2014 to 25/04/2014  If customer Purchased 100000 Rs stock he use to get some discount 2000 rs ' On settlement day
Now customer achieved His Full target in this time so he got is 2000 rs Deduction amount
after that period say 07/05/2014 he returned  the stock Some qnty ( For this Accrual amount say 500 rs) back to company and he wants new stock
Generally if it is not completed Final settlement it will be deducted Automatically But here completed Final settlement & Time period also
so here customer does not pay 500 Rs back  ( Because he wants new stock and that is not his mistake )
and one more rebate agreement Made  on 01/05/2014 with company that From  01/05/2014 to 30/09/2014 Target is 200000 and accrual amount 5000 rs
now 07/05/2014 he returned stock and he wants stock new one instead of this so that will not fall in new agreement it will be Old one because To adjust amount in FI

Check the notes 174941 and 75778 for details about
RV15C001 (transaction VB(7).
The control run is able to initiate subsequent corrections to settled agreements.
The report will create a special credit memo request, that contains any missing payments or accrual reversals. (the services rendered date of the reversal document would have to be within the validity dates of the agreement)
You can check the credit memo request that is created before you create the billing document.
When you run it you have to specify as a parameter the agreement number, REBATE SETTLMENT
STATUS' 'Final Settlement carried out' and as ACTION either 'Test control run' or 'Control Run'.
The 'Test Control run' only shows, what the correction document WOULD contain, and the 'Control Run' will create the correction document. If the result is not as per your expectation you can just delete it in VA02 and return the control run.

    I realize this is an old thread but it is exactly what I have encountered.
    I am able to import an internal Sales Order with a Status of Entered.  However, I need to import these orders with a Status of Booked  (we have no process for Booking Internal Sales Orders).
    We are on 11.5.10.2 EBS on 10.2.0.4 DB.
    We have multiple inventory orgs but we have only processed Internal order between two of them P Org  to F Org.   those internal Sales orders are imported with a Status of Booked.
    However we need to have Internal Sales Order from P Org to N Org.   When I import these internal Sales Orders they import with a Status of Entered.
    As it works as expected in one Org but not the other, I believe it must be a Org setup issue.
    Any suggestions on where to look?

    For example : if the sales order net amount is greather than 1000 - I want to automaticaly add a FG - 347234FG .

    To map this scenario u hav to maintain the config settings for TOR and avaliability check for that document type and material and if u want to see the status confirm quantity or not use tcode MD04 or table VBBE is useful for u.

    I have created one invoice for one line item, customer want sales order no should be reflected in Billing(VF02) and excise J1IIN accounting...
    go to vf02 or J1IIN > accounting >CENVAT clearing>display document: line item 03...here customer want sales order no.
    I have made copy control changes but still problem is there,
    I have done test on both cases 003 and 001 but still i m nt getting proper output.
    Customer want same sales order no. in J1IIN too in sales order and assignment no. field.
    VTFL> 002> B and B this will solve my issue till billing...but same sales order no. I want in excise invoice(J1iin)..

    I agree what  Eduardo said . Go to FS00 and give the G/L accounts that are being used for Excise Invoice transactions. In
    FS00->Control Data tab->Sort Key.Check what is the Sort key that has been maintained in those G/L accounts. With the help of your FI Consultants ask them to maintain the required details in V_TZUN.table.If you have authorization then go to SM30 and give V_TZUN. table name and select the sort key and maintain fields(VBEL2 - Sales Document & VBELN - Billing Document).

    Dear Selvamuthu
    In normal circumstances, you can create as many as sale orders as you can irrespective of delivery date, and system will not  prevent to create unless you apply some user exit for some reason.
    Check any user exit is applied for that sale document type where some logic would have been written in such a way that if stock is available, sale order can be created.

    At Sale order creation, ATP check should exclude a particular Sto Location,
    Suppose we have Sto Loc 001, 002, 003, 004 & 005, we want to reserve some stock for the next year, so we identify one storage location say 005 and move some stocks to this storage location. Now when the sales people are creating Sales order, the ATP check should exculde stocks from this Storage Location (the stocks in this sto loc should not be considered in ATP).
    But for all other purpose like MRP this should be visible. We want the stock to be in unrestricted area in this Sto Loc.
    Request you all to propose a feasible solution either through User exit or some configuration.

    Thanks a lot for all the replies, I found in the storage location table T001L, a field ``DISKZ`` settings called ``Storage location MRP indicator`` the details are as follows Storage location MRP indicator
    that you use to exclude storage locations from material requirements planning at plant level.
    If you do not set this indicator, stock, requirements, and receipts are included in MRP at plant level.
    Use
    You can exclude storage locations from MRP at plant level in one of two ways:
    By excluding storage location stock from MRP
    If storage location stock is excluded from MRP at plant level, no receipts for this storage location will be created in the planning run.
    By planning storage location stock separately
    If storage location stock is planned separately, the storage location is replenished with goods if the stock falls below the reorder point.
    Has any one tried this and does this meets the requirement.

  • Delivery block at item level in sales order,Qty should not be confirmed

    We have a below requirment
    We will have multiple line items in sales order and put delivery block at item level.If delivery block is put at item level it should not confirm the qty and pass on to MRP
    But if we put at header level delivery block,schedule line qty at item level are not getting confirmed.So requirements are not passed to MRP-This is correct .Working as per SAP standard configuration.
    Can you tell how to activate the same for item level delivery block.if same delivery block is put at item level,it is confirming the quantity.But we don't want confirmation of qty to happen.

    We had similar issue , there will be confirmed quantity but the requirement will not transfer to MRP , We used Item category configuration ( Copied new item category assignment and it should behave as Inquiry item category)
    Check OVZ7 T code for customizing the u201CDelivery Blocku201D in your sales document to block Confirmation block
    Check the  customizing OVZ8: if the flag  Transfer of Requirement
    Transfer of requirements of the requirement class should be ON.
    In the sales order the requirement type is determined by the combination sales order item + MRP type.

  • Problem in Printing of Sales order amount with program ZRD_RVADOR02

    We have one output type for printing the order aknowledgement for customer which is printing all details from sales orders for this we have made a program and form by copying the std. one Program : ZRD_RVADOR02  and form   form : ZS1_RVORDER01_RD it is std. if we remove z we have done some little modification for header detail like company code and added ondition type etc.
    for sales order basic price condition is PR20  and addiotnal price condition is PRXX    in sales order the final price is addition of both but when both the price are same it is printing only single condition value and if both are different then it is priting addition of both means  if PR20 and PRXX both are 5000  it is priting 5000 onlu actually it should print 10000  AND IF BOTH ARE DIFFRENT LIKE PR20 : 5000 and PRXX : 5000.01  then it is printing 10000.01 properly .
    what can be the problem.

  • Sales order stock should post in unrestrcited use stock

    We have MTO and MTS both scenario. Now, for SFG materials we produce through CIR in MD81. Hence, the planned order -> process orders are generated after MRP run has reference of sales order.
    Our all SFG products are Auto Goods receipt through COR6N T-code. But, our scenario is for these CIR requirement all process orders stock goes to sales order stock. We can't use these sales order stocks in MTS or, other MTO FGs.
    Hence, we want whenever process order confirmation we execute in COR6N, the stock should not be posted through 101E and later we are doing 411E. Rather we want in COR6N the stock should go to unrestricted use stock.
    What are all config settings or, processes are there to satisfy our requirement. Also, what can be negative impact for that.
    Please suggest.

    If the need is to build SFG stock as unrestricted stock, then why are you placing CIR & planning them in sales order segment?
    Place PIR via MD61 for this SFG, then demand will be in plant level & the supply proposal which is generated will also be anonymous. Once you post GR for the supply proposal it will be 101.
    If you do not sell your SFG, then maintain stg. grp as 70, if you sell at SFG level as well, then work with stg. grp 40. Maintain indiv / coll indicator as 2.
    Do a test in your sandbox & if it meets your need adopt in PRD.

    When i create a sales order say for 10 pieces. Now I have created the delivery for all the 10 pieces & also created the invoice.
    My requirement is when i create a delivery for all 10 pieces then after doing the PGI the system should make the sales order line item & qty "grey" - I should not be able to change the sales order item in any respects.
    If not from delivery then when i save the invoice for that sales order then I should not be able to modify the sales order item & qty.

    I think there can be a problem in copy control
    In copy control at item level, in teh item category, ensure that the field "Update document flow" and the Pos/neg quantity are properly updated.
    Update document flow shoudl be ticked on
    Pos/neg quantity should be positive.
    Before doing this , check teh document flow of the sales order. Do the same after doign this configuration. Note the difference.
    This will solve your problem

    My customer buy an item which I do not have the stock at the moment.
    My related company(not with same company code), in this case, a retail store, had the stock.
    My customer went to the store to pickup the items.
    I do not want the retail store to bill me but I can arrange a STO to transfer the item to my site and from here, I will do a PGI and issue the invoice to my customer.

    As you have said, you can enable the process by means of TAB item category.
    You should have the retail store created as a company code and plant in your system. You should source your product from teh plant of the retail store when a sales order is booked. When goods are received at ur end, you shoudl do PGR at your end. Also you should receive the invoice from retail shop to you (remember the retail shop's invoice is nto for the customer, but for the selling company code).
    Once inbound invoice has come, u can start invoicing your customer. (You have to do delivery also to issue the goods to the customer)
