I am working on Service Purhase Requistion creation.For this i am using BAPI_REQUISTION_CREATE.If i am giving incorrect input values system immedatily showing the error.whenver i am giving correct input values.system at status bar its displaying
Comparing Service for Source
Like this its coming.finally Time limit exceeded is showing. Can any one suggest the solution for this.

I got the solution for this.Actually its going to infinite loop in routine / GLIEDERUNG_AUFBEREITEN.Whenever input values for service line no and external line number are the same its going to lnfinite loop.If we are taking line number and external line number different means for example line is 1 and extline number is 10 in such case it will not entered into infinite loop.

Credit block should not prevent service order creation

An upgrade from 4.7 to ECC6, without any changes made to the configuration or program change, has lead to the following issue. ECC6 is not creating a service order connected to a sales order, when the customer has exceeded the credit limit. The sales order of custom order type is getting saved with a warning message that credit limit has exceeded. However, earlier in 4.7, the message would not stop creating subsequent service order. What could be different, that prevent ECC6 environment to hold on to service order creation? A subsequent release of the credit block through VKM1 however triggers the service order being created.

Are you using credit card processing in SAP to get the authorization?
If you are then the authorization should not block the order.
Or are you using credit card as a form of payment (without authorization) in which case this needs to be put on the customers account as a payment and then the order entered.
Where are you holding the credit card details?

Web service proxy creation issue

am facing an issue with the creation of web service proxy for an esb project that i have created based on oracle esb tutorial. In the web service proxy creation wizard, it is accepting the concrete URL for the wsdl in the first step however in the second step it is not showing any endpoint URL. Also the wizard does not allow to go beyond step 2 of the web service proxy creation. following is my wsdl to which the concrete wsdl url points to. What am i missing here. Please help

Are you accessing teh WSDl from a deployed service ? If yes, when providing the Web Service URL, did you extend the URL with ?WSDL ?

Service PR amount is noyt reduced after Service PO creation in CJI5 report

Dear Experts,
When user created Service PO with T-code ME21, Service PR amount is not reduced from CJI5 report & also increased budget in CJ30.
But when user create PO with T-code ME21N, Service PR commitment is getting reduced after Service PO creation in CJI5.
Please explain & propose solution.

Note that there is no difference between creation of purchase order via the t.code ME21 or ME21N...what might be your problem in increase of assigned values is because the buyer (purchase dept) is not referencing the purchase requisition at the time of creation of purchase order as a result of which the system is not reducing the purchase requisition committment.

Using Quota templates with Self Service Site Creation

I am having an issue with quota templates not getting assigned to site collections created with Self Service Site Creation.
I set up a quota template in 'Specify Quota Templates' and give it the name 'test'. I then go to self service site creation management and select the name 'test' from the 'Quota template to apply' dropdown. I then create a site using self service
site creation and when completed no template is applied to the new site collection. I am wondering if anybody has seen this or if not am I incorrect in what I am expecting, that is that all site created in that web application should have the quota template

Please create a quota template named "Personal site" and apply in self service site creation page, then check again.

Service Order Creation through IC Web client

Hello Experts,
I am facing some problem for service order creation in IC Web client.
Description: "ISUSRV" is the new BOL component in CRM 7.0 for service order creation in ISU System. BOL Object is given in this component is "IsuserviceOrder" for service order creation.
Through this component in BOL i am able to search service order.
Problem: When i am trying to create new Service Order it gives error Massage creation failed.
(1) How to create service order through this BOL Root Object "IsuServiceOrder" which field are required to fill the data before create order.
(2) I found ORDER_CODE field in BOL Root Object "IsuServiceOrderu201D when trying to create order what value fill in this field.
(3) I have create one view Using BOL Root Object "IsuServiceOrder" with Save button how to save the service order through this button. What code is required for Save the View data?

Inbound for Service ticket creation

Dear all,
An inbound FM being triggered for Service ticket creation which those info are coming from legacy system.
My requirement is, at the end of the inbound processing, i need to send back the newly created SAP ticket number back to legacy.
I found that during the Inbound FM execution, it just hold a new GUID where the actual ticket number has not been determined/populated yet (i noticed, actual SAP ticket number will only be populated after the execution of Inbound FM). For this case, i can not get the new SAP ticket number send back to legacy during the Inbound processing.
Do you have any ideas on how can i get the newly created SAP ticket number during the Inbound FM execution?

Help with Field Selection in Service Master Creation AC01

Hi,
I've assigned internal numbering assignment for Service Master. I've activated External number check in OMV1. However, during service master creation, the user is still able to enter any number in the service number (ASMD-ASNUM) field.
Is there anyway to set this field to display only (not input)? I've gone through the field selection config but ASNUM does not appear.

For no external number assignment you need to maintain two things.
1. The number range group assigned to the service category in transaction ACNR should not have any external number range intervals.(mandatory)
2.In OMV1 Transaction you need to maintain the External number assignment as no i.e Blank field.

CRM 5.0 - Service Process Creation Txn CRMD_BUS2000116

I have a requirement to add two products as item details for Service Order, based upon the input entered at header level - sold to party, Ibase/product ID and subject.
CRM_SERVICE_H_BADI & CRM_ORDERADM_H_BADI - These two badi's are not being triggered for Service order creation .IS there some configuration that would had been missing in the CRM?
Or is there is other way of acheving the requirment.

Service activity creation in SAP from MSP (Microsoft Project)

Dear All,
As we are planning to integrate SAP & MSP, I have one query regarding service activity creation in SAP from MSP.
In case of service activity in SAP we have to assign respective services also otherwise it does not get saved.So when we transfer service activity from MSP (after maintaining the respective control key in MSP ) how we will manage with all services because we can not define these service in MSP.
Apart from that we have some procurement parameters also like material group, purchasing org, price, outline agreement....we have nothing in MSP for these...so how we will manage with this.....

I agree with you that by flexible field mapping we can do but my concern is that service activity should have services also defined in MSP because when this will come to SAP , it will ask for services & if services are not available then this will fail.

How to check for outstanding service instance creation requests

In preparation to upgrade my OEM Cloud Control from 12.1.0.1 to 12.1.0.3 I am reading the OEM Cloud Control Upgrade Guide. Step 2b in Chapter 3 (Getting Started) says to check for outstanding database service instance creation requests as follows: In Cloud Control from the Enterprise menu, select Infrastructure Cloud. I do not see an Infrastructure Cloud option under the Enterprise dropdown. I don't understand why not. If anyone can shed some light on this I would appreciate it.

Service number is you have to create in transation AC01.
This also one type of master data for service.
AC01 --> enter all service categore & Currency.
while saving it will show the Service number.
this you can use in ME21N for service PO.
