Subscription disconnected due to prohibited usage ...

I have been with skype for more than two years and have renewed my worldwide unlimited subscription twice. on 17th July, 2012, I renewed my account, however on 20 July, 2012, I received this email:
"Following a review of your Skype account activity, we have noticed some prohibited usage of your subscription.
As a result, your subscription will be disconnected within the next 48 hours. You will no longer be able to use or purchase any of Skype’s Pay as You Go or subscription products.
The suspension of your access to paid products is permanent and you will be unable to transfer any existing products to a new account, or receive a refund. However, you will be able to continue to make Skype to Skype calls and send instant messages."
There's no way to find a customer service to know what happened, no way to get more information about the truth, other than been robbed $150.
As a royal skype customer, I really want to have an answer!!!

Dear chea_vic,
For this, you will need to contact Skype Customer Service.  We here in the Community do not have access to accountholder records.  Here is a link to use, which also provides an option to reach customer service via live chat: contact customer service

  • Subscription is due to expire unable to initiate upgrade

When I try to update and/or add account information, I continue to get a response, "We are processing your order, please check back later and if this continue to occur, contact support. • Skype taking subscription amount before the new subscription is due to start

My new subscription was due to start on August 1st but for some strange reason Skype attempted to take the money for it today.  Not happy about this and also not happy as there is no email support. I don't have time to check community messages.

All subscriptions autobill 3 days in advance to ensure payment goes through.  This helps resolve bank/transaction delays and helps you resolve billing issues before the subscription is over so that there is no interruption of service. The three day early auto billing is clearly stated in Skype Terms of Use as well as the "How Subscriptions work" FAQ: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10414

    Hi, clara_from_brazi.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
Here are some troubleshooting steps that I would recommend when experiencing this issue.  Also, test connecting the external storage device to the computer with another cable as this can be the issue.

i have been experiencing hard lockups due to camera usage such as whilst using skype or googletalk.

  • Production order variances due to missing usages of overheads

    Hi Team
We have noticed production order variances due to missing usages of overheads (labour, personnel, consumables, scrap). Where do those kind of variances come from and how they can be prevented/corrected.
    Br, Kiran Unde

    Hi Kiran,
This is because those Activity Types are not entered during Confirmations for Production Order. To correct those field, you need to perform Confirmation and enter the values for those Activities.
To prevent this in the future and to ensure those fields are entered during confirmation, you can do the following:
Make the system propose values for Activities automatically based on Standard Values.
    Go to transaction OPK4
Select appropriate Order Type and Plant
Select tab "Individual Entry of Operation with Initial Screen"
In the "Services" section, tick "Propose"
    Make the fields mandatory
    Go to transaction CO86
Set related Activity to Confirm fields as mandatory by placing the radio button under "Req" column
    Regards,
    Julian

  • Soon expiring of subscript before due date

I have bought a subscription world unlimited for 12 months.
I have bought it from November 28 2011, and skype said on my account panel that I can use it until November 25 2012. But I got a message from skype which told me that I have to pay again to buy the new subscription because my old one will be expire at October 1.
What happen to my 2 months not used yet, and why would I have to pay 2 months before expiry date.

The Scenario explained is with respect to Vendors and Not Customers.
    Kindly advise in this respect.
Moreover interest calculation has to be made day wise for different line items
(ie) for one line item the payment would have been made 10 days before the due date. for another line item the payment would have been made 5 days before the due date. For the first line item the system should calculate interest for 10 days and for the second line item it should calculate interest for 5 days.
    Kindly advise

  • Internet disconnecting due to noise

Hi, last night i noticed that my internet connection was restarting a lot, from every couple of minutes up to every hour.  i did some searching on these forums and found that it might be due to noise on the line so i tried the quiet line test and sure enough there was a lot of crackling on the line.  I tried unplugging all my microfilters and plugging the phone directly into the test socket and the noise persisted, and today i went to a neighbour's house to check their line and they had the same problem.  I rang up the BT fault report line and they did a line test and said there's a problem with the exchange and it would take a week to fix.  It's mildly irritating that it's goin to take that long to fix, but from what i've heard there's been a lot of problems due to the weather so fair enough.
My question is if there's anything i can do my end to temporarily make my internet connection more stable.  From reading FAQs my layman's understanding is that the noise margin starts off high and gradually decreases which increases my connection speed, but because my line is so noisy the noise is interrupting the connection when it gets too low?  If that's the case is there any way to force the noise margin to stay high?  For context i'm mainly hoping to find a way to attend my Warcraft raid without disconnecting, which may be petty, but they probably won't be able to go without me so i'd rather not let them down.
Note: i can't post a speedtest result right now because it said it wanted to do further tests after test 1 then it said there was an error and now it won't let me do the test again for another hour.

  • My subscription is due to be renewed next month and has active form that we will be using until May 2015.

    Will my subscription be renewed?

No I don't work for Verizon. Why is it every time I give factual information and the poster does not like the answer I and others get asked that question. Any notary can witness the signature it does not need an attorney. The jail should have a notary on staff who may assist you.
Under the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act once you notify the creditor in writing you are disputing the charges they have to stop collections and must investigate your claim. Well, I created a new Apple ID and I put money on it, I wanted to sign into ICloud and it wouldn't let me sign in due to making too many Apple IDs created. The point for logging into the ICloud was to save my photos before I reset my phone. Is there any way I could fix this? I also want to transfer my money because I think it's a waste to just forget about the $13.75 on my account. Thanks.

I recently created a new apple ID
    Bad idea.
Content bought with an Apple ID is forever associated with that Apple ID. Apple will not transfer content from one Apple ID to another and Apple will not merge Apple IDs. Unless you are prepared to forfeit all the previously purchased content and buy it all again with the new Apple ID, you will need to maintain the old ID to update and redownload your content.

  • Linksys e3000 occasionally suddenly rebooting and/or disconnecting due to overheating

I recently purchased a Linksys e3000 router and was experiencing intermittent disconnects and reboots (about once every 5 minutes).  After digging through several forum posts I was able to discover that the router was most likely overheating. I felt the bottom of the router and found that it was indeed very hot, so I placed a fan next to it and exposed some more of the ventilation.  Its been about an hour so far but it appears to be performing fine.

When any electronic device reboots on its own, it is almost always overheating, or has a virus. Since this is a router, you could try upgrading firmware, and then doing a proper hard-reset, by holding in the reset button, unplug the power (while still holding in reset) and then replug in the power. Continue to hold reset button this whole time for 30 seconds, then release, and configure router.
If problem continues, just return it or buy another.
