Hi Frns,
We are implimenting SRM, we need some information from the T-Code BBP_PD. How to get the 'Header Target Value' from this T-code and can you please give the details from which table it is getting populated if at all any function modules.
Thanks in Advance.

Hi,
What do you mean by ECC field?.
But the field in which the value entered is "VALUE" OR "TOTAL_VALUE".
You can check which value you require

  • Transaction BBP_PD info

Hello, what is the difference between an agent and the user in the transaction BBP_PD for a SC. i am getting a case where agent is not equal to its corresponding user.
i just want to know the difference functionally.thx,

Agents are the processors of the work items. It is not necessarly approvers or creators and depends on the type of Work item e.g. Background Step, (Sub)workflow, Dialog Step. A Dialog step will always associate a user(if there is porper agent determined by the system). Other type will associate WF-BATCH. Analyze following and you will come to know the variants.
       ID|     Work Item Type|                     | Work item text|                              | Task          |        Agent     |

  • Transaction or Tables connected to bbp_pd

    Hi Experts,
    We are in SRM 7.0.
Transaction bbp_pd gives us some detailed/additional informations regarding the the status and the workflow of the entire SC and the positions.
There are few more tables or transaction that are connected to BBP_PD.
Can you please provide the details of the tables/transaction  that are connected to BBP_PD.
    Thank you in advance,
    Regards,
    RKS

    Hi,
    Try the BBP_PD* tables:
    Example:-
    BBP_PDHGP Header data
    BBP_PDIGP Item data
    BBP_PDACC Accounting data
    BBP_PDBEI Backend item data
You can check with SE11 all relevant tables.
You can access these tables with guids. You get these guids from the
    tables CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDERADM_I.
    Kind regards,

  • Shopping Cart not updated in bbp_pd.

    Hi Folks,
We have recently upgraded to SRM 7.0 from SRM 4.0. We are using customized portal application for the creation of the shopping cart. Whenever we create a shopping cart using the portal interface, the shopping cart number is generated and we get the the successfull message but same is not updated in any of the SRM tables. The transaction bbp_pd is blank.
We didn't get much information from ST22, SLG1 transaction code and also from previous SDN postings.
Your expert comments will be appreciated...

    Hi,
Have you also checked SM13 - update errors? Maybe the SC was created but while saving to DB it there were some issues in update.
Are you using standard SRM portal or a custom application? If it is a custom application then you have to check your logic? Have you called BBP_PD_SC_SAVE after BBP_PD_SC_CREATE?

  • How to reverse/change SRM PO with status "transaction completed"

We use Extended Classic scenario in our company.      There is a PO has outstanding G/R balance,   but user accidently hit the button "complete"on this PO  in SRM ,   in result the PO has been completed with status "transaction completed".    And nothing can be performed on this PO.
G/R balance is out there and now it has financial impact as it blocked the funding thru internal order.
Anyone have idea how we can resolve this problem.    Can we reverse/change the PO status?   Please note G/R canu2019t be entered in ECC as restricted.
    Thanks,
    Frieda

I think it was CRM_JEST. But the way to easily select the correct entries:
    1. Go to transaction BBP_PD
    2. Enter BUS2201 and the order number
    3. Double click on the status table, this will take you to SE16 with all the different status for the PO
    4. Select the entry to delete
    5. Enable debugging by putting /h into the transaction field
    6. Double click "CODE" and change this to "DELE"
    7. F8 (leave debugging)
    8. Click on the delete icon and save.
    Done.

  • Transaction data transfer in EC scenario

    Hi
Could any one pls clarify, what exactly the criteria for system (RFC) to replicate the data to R/3 from SRM, to be more clear if I create a PO in SRM and got replicated to R/3 and GR made also. Then if I change the PO in SRM while GR existing (Follow on documents) , then does the changes will replicate to R/3 or not?
We have a case where in some times some changes in documents are not replicating to R/3 , but yes some times. Hence I would like to know, are there any particular criteria for replication if yes, please let me know what settings need to be checked.
    Thanks & Regards
    Kiran Kumar

    Hi
Which SRM and R/3 versions are you using ?
You could manualy re-transfer the local SRM PO with function module BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC using the GUID of the PO. You will find the GUID when you run transaction BBP_PD with the object ID of the PO and BUS2201.  To find out the cause, you could debug this function module to the call of BBP_PO_INBOUND function module in the backend and check the return table.

Check out this BADI "BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI". It will help you in determining which data to be sent to back end (it will override the standard).

  • Issue: Deleted PO Awaiting Approval

Hello, I'm having issue with a PO which was marked for Deletion..
In SRM the PO has status Awaiting Approval and in EBP checking the Purchase with transaction bbp_pd, the ultimate change version has the awaiting approval item in blue color.
Anyone knows how to put a PO deleted into Ordered status?

    Hi,
Pleaes check once again if the PO is approved,  check in inbox of the approver.
if it is already approved and still awaiting approval.
manually we can set the workflow status complete using the funcaiton module
    SE37--> execute the FM   BBP_PD_PO_STATUS_CHANGE_WF
IV_GUID        --  enter the GUID  of the PO
    IV_STATUS  -- 1
Execute .. Hope your problem will solve

  • Two purchasing organisations for one user

    Hi Experts,
We are running SRM 4.0, extended classic scenario with a large international setup.
I have an issue with purchaser that need to be able to shop for two different pur. orgs. in two different company codes (A & B).
I have added both A & B in the Company Code attribute for the user.
And I have made both the local purchasing groups for A & B responsible for the purchaser.
When I create a SC I can select whether to use Company code A & B and I can select the matching Purchasing Group. When I finish the shopping cart the order is created in SRM with correct the Local Purchasing Organisation which the Pur. Group I chose belongs to.
But when it is tranfered to R/3 it is allways assigning pur. org. A. (also if the order in SRM has local pur. org. B). This results in a error, if the purchase wants to make a purchase for Company B.
Is it not possible in SRM to able to chose more than one backend pur. org.?

    Hej igen, Anders.
I don't suppose you have found a solution here?
What I was thinking is, that you should try using the GUID of the purchase order from SRM and use it in the function module BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2 to test which data are getting sent from SRM to R/3. You know you can find the GUID of the PO from transaction BBP_PD with BUS2201, and this GUID is the only thing needed to test the function module. This FM is sending your shopping cart/PO data from SRM to R/3, so if you can debug this to see that here the p org is correct, you would know that the error occurs in R/3.
On the other hand you could also see in BBP_PD for the purchase order in SRM if the p org is already wrong here?
Cross buying is possible, so hopefully you get to find your error. Otherwise post a reply here, we'll figure something else out.

  • Item level link in PO for items added from individual Shopping carts

    Hi all,
IF i create a PO in Sourcing using multiple shopping carts, then for each of the item in the PO ,is there any link which has details about the Line item of the SC from which the PO was created?I am looking for some link in the PO(created from multiple carts) at the item level with the Items in the shopping cart.
    E.g. I create PO 100 from cart 10 and Cart 20.
    CArt 10:
    Line item A
    cart 20:
    Line item B
    PO 100:
    Line Item A(1st item)
    Line item B(2nd item)
For the above example,is there any link in PO 100 for item A in SC 10 and for item B in SC 20?
    Thanks in advance.

What are you trying to achieve? What other link do you need if you get the item GUID (this is not the shopping cart number!)? The item GUID is a unique number in the SRM system that is only used for that particular item. So there is no need to identify it any further or in any other way?
So 4 ways to get it:
    1. use the correct tables (CRMD_ORDERAMD_I & BBP_PDIGP using GUID and SRC_GUID from the top of my head).
    2. Use the BBP_PD_PO_ITEMGETDETAIL Function Module (do a search for BBP_PD_PO* in transaction SE37 to find the correct name).
    3. use transaction BBP_PD (only reference)
    4. use the PO transaction in internet explorer and check the preceding shopping carts

  • Creation of Invoice in ecc system from SRM

    Hi,
We are using SRM 7.0 and ECC 5.0.
When we post a invoice(without PO reference) the IDOC get transmitter.
The status of the invoice IDOC is successful ( status 53 ) but no invoice document gets created in the backend system.
Has any one got this problem before?
    Please help
    Thanks,
    Vignesh

    Hi Vignesh,
In transaction BBP_PD, does your invoice show all the correct status'?
Is there an X beside the status Awaiting approval?
Is there an entry in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB for this document?
You should manually run update report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 to ensure that SRM and the backend are up to date. then checking again you may see that the invoice has gone to the backend.
Is it only invoices that this occurs to?
Confirmations run off the exact same process and if it is affecting them also, there there may be an issue with you settings in table BBP_BACKEND_DEST?
    Hope this helps,
    Kind Regards,
    Matthew

  • Setting the Goods Receipt indicator in SRM

    Hi,
I have been assigned to clear the goods receipt indicator for certain vendors during the purchase order creation process. I modified the BADI BBP_B46B_PO_OUTBOUND to clear the gr_indicator and it does that. On R/3 EKPO-WEPOS(gr_indicator)  is clear. The problem is When I display the purchase order in SRM by clicking Header Data\Follow on Documents\ the Confirm Performance of Service Goods Receipt
checkbox is still populated. I have been told that is because there is a SRM table where that gr_indicator is located but we can not determine which tables. I wanted to trace the transaction bbp_pd but we can not trace in our QA environment.
Does anyone know the SRM table that contains the Goods Receipts indicator?

    Hi guys,
after implementing SP 9 and 10 we are not longer able to create purchase orders automatically with WF WS14000075. In transaction bbp_pd we get the error message

  • Replication of cProjects to R/3 using CRM MV

    Dear All,
I am trying to replicate the cProjects from CRM4.0 to
    ECC5.0
I could see that 2 errors are coming
    1. Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)
In the BDoc is itself not going to R/3
    2. One BDoc went there but it is not replied by R/3.
Please suggest what would be the problem.

    Hi
Did you change the currency apart from the price ? If yes check oss note 850335.
Also see SAP notes 1058510, 879309
    <b>Do this as well -></b>
    1. Check the PO value is updated in the BBP_PD_PO_getdetail function module in SRM.
    2. If it updated at SRM side debug BBP_PD_PO_Transfer_Exec and go till it calls the backend and see what value is passing to the backend and why it is not updating it ?
    3. you could manualy retransfer the local SRM PO with function module BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC using the GUID of the PO. You will find the GUID when you run transaction BBP_PD with the object ID of the PO and BUS2201.                  To find out the cause, you could debug this function module to the call of BBP_PO_INBOUND function module in the backend and check the return table.

  • Not able to do GR for user removed form SRM Org. Str

    All,
We removed a user from organizational structure. POs were created for this user before removing and not confirmed (by default he is the recipient).
He is no longer with company to do GR confirmation and when central goods recipeint trying to do Confirmation, it is not allowing to peform Confirmation (role: Central Goods Recipeint).
Did anyone faced similar issues? how to confirm this POs.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

    Hi Ravi,
normally users shouldn't be deleted until their documents are not closed. The problem is, that the documents (POs) has still the businesspartner GUID of the old user in the table CRMD_PARTNER.
As this GUID number is checked in all of the documents (also by booking the confirmation), the documents can not be proceed any more due to the non existing user.
What you can do is, that you change the business partner GUID of the related documents (e.g. your PO)in the field CRMD_PARTNER-PARTNER_NO to an existing user. You can reach this CRMD_PARTNER-PARTNER_NO by clicking on the partner tab in the transaction BBP_PD. Than inside the table you need to change 'hard' the GUIDs of the old business partner to the business partner of an existing user.
Please don't forget, that the requestor can have also multi-roles in the PO like:
    I00000016       Requestor
    00000020       Goods recipient
In this case in both of the roles needs to be changed.
You need to know, that with this change you can trick the system, and book the confirmation, but the address data of the old user remains in the document (CRMD_PARTNER-ADDR_NR, CRMD_PARTNER-ADDR_NP). Are also this adress information important for you, you also need to update them.

    Peter
