Twice Apple Store took money from my credit card without delivering the product. How do I get my money back?
I used my credit card to pay for what app from Apple store. They credited my account but I did not get the product . What can be done?
Don't worry, maybe it's just authorization holds to make sure your CC is valid.

Perhaps you have had your account hacked by someone. Someone you know or a stranger. The first thing is to change the password in your Apple ID so that they cannot continue to buy things with your account. Second, if the None option is available in your iTunes account payment methods, select that and remove the bank card info.

Why can't I redeem my gift card... only took money from my credit card
I redeemed my itunes gift card, shows the amount in my account, but still took money from my credit card account.
If what you paid for was any sort of gift, that's normal. If not, click here and request assistance.

The US Apple Store accepts US-issued credit cards only. And they will ship only to a US address. Whether or not a physical Apple Store would accept a Lebanese credit card I don't know.

If you have just entered or changed your credit card details then a 'holding charge' will be made, to check that the card is valid and active - it should disappear off your card within a few days. There is a bit more info here.

The most immediate thing you need to do is to call your credit card company or bank and report the unauthorized charges. That company can contact Apple if they need additional information.
Next, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History. If they are, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account in which case it will be up to your bank to handle.

I owe 27 dollars on itunes and i got a 25 dollar itunes card if i were to update my account with my new credit card would the 27 dollars be deducted from my credit card or would the itunes gift card pay for the 25 and my card would pay for the $2 left.
Generaly, if you have an iTunes card and a valid credit card, you have the option of charging your purchases to eiher one or the other? By default, it goes to your iTunes card, but you can override that.

I'm living in Germany and I've got a German credit card connected to the stores (iTunes and MacApp) but I'd like to change the language to either English or Swedish. This way I beleive that I would be able to rent movies in another language than German on my Apple TV 2.
Is this possible somehow?
(When I change the language I need to have a credit card registred in the contry of that language)I saw that I wasn't the first person with this problem.
