Version 6 screen

I've just installed Version 6 of i-Tunes on my laptop and am really annoyed that approx the bottom third of the screen is now filled with iTunes Music Store clutter. Is there any way to reduce or eliminate this from my screen so that only the song lists show (as in my earlier version of i-Tunes on my desktop)??

  • Solaris 10 Install - 10/09 version - screen resolution

    Hi guys:
    I just installed an x86 version of Solaris 10 10/09 onto Lenovo T61. GUI install would not come up, so I used a command line mode. It turned out that Solaris used a greater video resolution than 1024 and my screen does not handle that. What is the reason for an install using resolution greater then 1024, as well being a Solaris default screen resolution? Can that be changed during the install? Is there an issues area for Solaris 10?

    I am not sure what went wrong, but after another non-GUI reinstall - option 4 on the install, my LCD is OK now.
    I have also tried option 3 of the install - text desktop, also uses GUI - worked fine as well...

    I have an iPod nano, the newest version, it turns on, noticeable by a light that appears however it doesn't show the icons etc that the tactility of the iPod nano offers.
    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Did you already try to reset the iPod?
    How to reset an iPod nano (6th generation)
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and Volume Down button simultaneously for at least eight seconds or until the Apple logo appears. You may need to repeat this step.
    If the above step did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep. Try resetting the iPod while it is connected to power.

  • Photoshop Elements 11 trial version screen too large to view

    I cannot use Photoshop Elements 11 because the screen is too wide and I cannot change the size.
    The tools are not visable since the Photoshop Editor brings up such a wide screen.
    If this can be fixed, I would also like to know how to change the background color in a photo.

    The minimum resolution supported by PSE 11 is 1024 *768. So if your screen resolution is higher than this  , then all controls in the application should be properly visible. Even if the screen seems to wide  then hover your mouse on the extreme right side of the app until you see a dragging arrow and then drag until it fits the screen
    To your second question the answer is that  there are many ways to change a background in PSE which depends upon what background in  the image you want to replace and what do you want the background to look like. It would be easier to answer this if you can post a  screenshot of the image .

  • I try to download an app, but it says I need a new version of iPod software, yet I have the latest version.

    I've had this issue a couple times now. I have a iPod touch. It is a couple years old, but still new enough to have dual cameras. There have been a couple apps I've tried to load, and it tells me I need a new version of iPod software. I go to the iPod software version screen, and it tells me I have the latest version available.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    See if you can download the last compatible version by:
    Starting when iOS 7 was released, Apple now allows downloading the last compatible version of some apps (iOS 4.2.1 and later only)
    App Store: Downloading Older Versions of Apps on iOS - Apple Club
    App Store: Install the latest compatible version of an app
    You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
    If not successful then you need a newer model iPod if you want to use that app

  • How to find the approval status for a document version

    Hi all,
    We have enabled versioning on a folder and the system is maintaining the versions. I need to be able to identify which version in at what status.
    For example, I create a file and it creates a version, I check it in and out several times, I then release/publish the file, and another version is created, I then check it out and in several times and the cycle begins again.
    I then realize that I need to go back to the latest released version but I don't know which one it is nor can I identify it using the 'versions' selection from details. How do I know what the status is of the previous versions?
    I need to be able to identify only those versions, past and present, that were 'approved/released' vs those that were left in progress. How do I find the statuses of the previous versions to correctly identify which version was released.
    KM is maintaining this some how because it knows to show only those items that are released to the standard user and not show them those that are in progress.
    How do I find that same parameter that shows me which older version is release?
    I am looking for something like what is available with the properties selection on the 'versions' screen. I am able to go to any version and look at the properties of that version at the time the version was saved. This is what I need with status. I need to be able to look at any version and know what status was at the time it was saved.

    According to my knowledge,Versioning can only be done on files, not folders.
    To view the version history of a file, as well as save prior revisions to another location to view them do this:
           1.      Using Windows Explorer, locate the file.
           2.      Right-click the file and select Versioning and then select List Version History.
    The resulting dialog displays the version history of this file.
           3.      Select a prior version and click the Save As button to save the version to another location.

  • Why is Adobe Muse 2014 reverting to the trial version?

    I loaded up Muse this morning and it told me there was an update, so I downloaded Adobe Muse 2014. When I try to load it, it goes into trial mode. If I say I want to licence it, it asks for a serial number. I don't remember having a serial for Muse, it just logs in with my Adobe ID. The old version still works fine, but the new one keeps bring up the trial version screen.
    I've tried to chat with an Adobe rep twice but both times have been told it's a 'technical' issue and I will be transferred to the relevant department. That's when the chat goes dead. I just want some help getting Muse 2014 to work!

    Okay, I have this sorted now. These are the steps it needs, should it happen to anyone else.
    1. Click on the "Finder" icon. Select the "Applications" folder
    2. Open the "Utilities" folder and select "Terminal"
    3. Type the following.
    sudo nano /private/etc/hosts
    4. Enter the OS user's associated password when prompted
    5. If any entries in the host file include keywords such as "ims" or "adobe," please delete those entries.
    6. Press control+o to save the file
    7. Press control+x to  close the file
    8. After the nano dialog closes, type the following in the Terminal window and hit the "Return" key
    dscacheutil -flushcache

  • Screens missing when the Recording is processed : XK01

    I need to upload vendor master data. I also need to capture second address under the International Versions section. I could record it ( selecting the checkbox "Not a Batch Input Session") in the very first screen of SHDB.
    Otherwise we will not be able to see the actual screens in ME11.
    Problem:
    When the recording is processed, the International versions screen is not displayed and the process stops in the very first screen itself. It is not proceeded further.THe recording shows that everything is captured perfect.
    Can anybody give me the solution for this.This is very critical.

    Try checking the Central Address Mgmt check box in the first screen while taking a recording. Or, if you think it is an issue with authorizations, try recording with an MM (functional) user id.

    I am facing the same problem. I maintain the international address versions for TW (language ZF - Chinese tranditional). It works just fine for regulat vendors, however when it comes to a one-time vendor (account group CPD), I can only enter either the English or the Chinese name in the one-time vendor screen, during the invoice entry.
    I checked the international version is maintained in FK02 of the one-time vendor. Where and how do I enter the vendor name in EN anf ZF in the same document?
    I also am struggling with the account holder field, which is unavailable for one-time vendor.
    Please advise.

    1.    Maintain Solution Manager information in the system’s SLD data supplier. In case of ABAP system using tcode RZ70 and incase of Java system using the Visual Administrator/NWA(for NW 7.3 onwards)àSLD data Supplier.
    2.    Once the data supplier jobs gets executed you system will appear under SMSY under Server, Database and (Technical System in case of Java systems).
    The ‘Data Source’ should be LMDB.Note: Please don’t changes to the system in SMSY
    3)Execute transaction code ‘LMDB’ in your solution manager system.Select Technical system(Give Application server ABAP and SID of the Server)
    4)Click on Edit and select Software
    Click ‘Add’ and it will show Product Version screen  and  search for your installed product.
    5)Select your relevant usage types and once done choose ‘Close’ and save the data.
    6)Assignment of Product System :
    Click ‘Assign to Product System’
    Now Product system does not exist, hence we have to create one. Choose ‘Create’ and confirm
    7)After that complete Landscape Verification check..it should be green.
    8)Go to Solman_setup and complete Managed system configuration.
    after that Create Maintainence transaction and generate stack file.
    Before doing all activities make sure that ST-PI and ST-A/PI Patched should be applied in Managed server(NW 7.4) and run rtcctoll.

    Hi we have created a BDC for creating PO with reference to PR.
    we have a requirement for extending this BDC to  a new plant.
    In their master settings they have configured version management for PO in which requestor is mandatory.
    I am unable to record this version screen in my BDC.
    I cannot replace this BDC with BAPI. Can you please let me know how to handle this.

    Hi Gurus,
    There is a requirment from my client side that:
    The document type has two versions such as 00 and 01. To check these versions the Endusers has go to the particular document type and goto Extras and click on the versions  now he/she can view the versions available for the document type.
    My question is whether we can able to move the  EXCEPTION (which has green indicator for the new version) from the version screen to the DIR screen near to the CAD Indicator as we have  (* Deletion Flag *Document Structure *CAD Indicator *.xxxxx * Hierrarchy).
    XXXXX = Exception versions

    One approach to achieve this would be to ask your ABAPer to develop a z-program to introduce a 'Version Indicator' row with associated entries in the table in the 'Field Selection' section for the relevant Document Types in DC10.

    I bought the full version of Direct Cinema app yesterday, but till now the app still has the free version screen and I cannot view most of the movies.
    My card has been charged $9.99 but the app is still not updated to the full version. I've tried app support but it goes to an Arabic blog site. What should I do?

    See if this does anything at all. Settings>Store>Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad. Go back and sign in again. Go to the purchased tap of the app store and see if you can download the purchased version.
    If you continue to have no success, contact iTunes as lllaass suggested.
