ClusterRoutingTubeUtils not ready, solved in weblogic 10.3.5

Hi,
I'm getting the following error when calling a web service:
<faultcode>S:Server</faultcode>
<faultstring>ClusterRoutingTubeUtils weblogic.wsee.jaxws.cluster.ClusterRoutingTubeUtils@107621d6 not ready, no WseeClusterRoutingRuntimeMBean/WseeRuntimeMBean</faultstring>
The application is deployed to a cluster which has two server instances running on one physical machine.
I've read in another post
https://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=1133925&start=0
that it was neccesary to install a patch for weblogic versions 10.3.3 and 10.3.4.
So, the question is, if it is also neccesary to install a patch for weblogic version 10.3.5 (and which one), or this version has the bug solved? And in this last case, if the bug is solved, which can be the problem??
Thanks for your help
Oscar

Hi,
Please remove the WebLogic server completely from the cluster, restart the WebLogic server and resubmit the web services request.
Or else apply following BUG 10056851 to fix this issue.

Kal

  • ClusterRoutingTubeUtils not ready, no WseeClusterRoutingRuntimeMBean

    Hello,
I have a web application deployed to a cluster which has two server instances running on one physical machine.
This web application runs web services where I can load the wsdl through a SOAP UI.
However when I make a soap request, I get this error:
    <faultcode>S:Server</faultcode>
    <faultstring>ClusterRoutingTubeUtils weblogic.wsee.jaxws.cluster.ClusterRoutingTubeUtils@f0c91dc not ready, no WseeClusterRoutingRuntimeMBean/WseeRuntimeMBean</faultstring>
What could be missing here? A configuration for the cluster? For the servers? Or the way I make call..?
    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Aylin Yorulmaz

    Hello,
Thanks for your reply. Here is the log I retrieved from system out. There is no load balancer in this case, request is submitted directly to the web server.

I was originally not in the network and networkmanager group but tried adding myself in the course of reading your post, because I thought maybe that could be the reason, but it didn't change anything
I had to create the networkmanager group because it was not existent but https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Groups#Groups says this group should exist.

  • HP Officejet Pro L7590 &/or HP Slimline computer NOT ready for market

I purchased the Officejet last August and used in through December with a Dell with no problems whatsoever. When I bought an HP Slimline with Vista 64 the printer started spitting out a dozen pages with a few lines of garbage characters for each document including the Test Page, and did not completely print the documents. I spoke with three technicians who were all given remote access. We each spent about 3 hours per session. They were unable to make ANY progress in solving the problem. HP provided a VISTA 64 installation disk. It should not have done so. HP has taken no responsibility for releasing a product to market that is not ready for use but will not accept it back and will not give credit for the expensive paper weight that it has become. Moral of story: stick with Dell, don't buy anything from HP.

  • CAD "Select reason for not ready" not appearing for some agents? Please help!

    Hi all,
I have some users who when they click on 'Not Ready' in CAD (Cisco Agent Desktop) - they are not presented with the 'Select Reason for Not Ready' dialog box - it just goes straight to Not Ready.
I have searched high and low but have not found any suitable results (maybe I'm doing it all wrong?).
    Anyway - we use CUCM

    Hello,
I recommend not the xmlpull jar file, but the xpp3-*.jar file found with your Enterprise installation.  It's in the "external" subfolder where you got your other Enterprise jar files.
You'll have to remove the xmlpull jar, since they'd version conflict.
    Sincerely,

  • Bluetooth is not ready after waking from sleep on Windows 7

After upgrading my Tecra M10 from Windows Vista x64 Enterprise to Windows 7 x64 Enterprise, sometimes, when I wake the laptop from sleep, Bluetooth is not ready.
Hibernating doesn't solve the problem, it needs a reboot which is a problem for me beacuse I usually have lots of applications open.
When this happens, the only Bluetooth devices on Device Manager are:
    * Bluetooth RFCOMM
    * Bluetooth USB Controller-5 from TOSHIBA
When all is working well, the Bluetooth devices on Device Manager are:
    * Bluetooth RFBUS
    * Bluetooth RFCOMM
    * Bluetooth RFHID
    * Bluetooth USB Controller-5 from TOSHIBA
How can I restart Bluetooth without having to restart the whole system? Turning wireless communications on and off on the side silder doesn't work.
    Thanks,
    Paulo Morgado

    Hi,
I have a *two week old X500-10T* From day one I have had a number of issues, working with the Toshiba Technical support I have had to disable hibernation for mains power and battery use. My screen went to sleep and just could not wake it up without doing a reset procedure including the removal of the battery etc.
I have been told to look out for another updated BIOS that should solve this issue. I already have a later BIOS on my laptop than the ones the Toshiba Tec support have.
Having sorted that (not really) I also have an issue with my Bluetooth and mouse. It seems to work till you leave it for about two hours, then the icon in the task bar goes ??RED?? and you can??t in any way get it to connect again. By doing a reboot it mostly comes back into action but not always. I have to fiddle about with switching on and off from the Bluetooth manager till it comes back to life.
Again with the great support from the Toshiba Technical support (TTS) we tried almost everything, loading the latest stack, going back to a restore point before the installation of the Windows update etc etc, but nothing solved the issue.
Again TTS suggested I keep an eye out for a BIOS update. My previous Toshiba has worked well for many years and I am sure Toshiba will eventually come up with the cause. Very disappointing, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for a satisfactory solution (shortly I hope)
I hope this helps some other X500-10 users.

  • Not Ready Timer

    Hello,
I got a requrement to display timer (to each representative) of how much time he is at "NOT READY" status.
We are working with IC_AGENT profile with integrated CTI (sap sertified).
Any Idea how this can be done?
    Thanks in Advanced
    Eli

    Hi Christina,
Unfortunatley we didn't solved it yet.
If you will solve it please share your solution.
I open an innovation request foir this issue:

While sending an e-mail from hotmail account, in a few seconds a message is received - Widows Live hotmail does not ready to accept your request. This is not the case on Safari.
It requires me to download the latest version of Silverlight, which is done, yet I do not know how to get to it on my hotmail page. I am using mac.

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app.  I am certain other applications also need this information.  Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information.  Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. Thank you!

    Hi,
I think that happens mostly in Nokia phones..You can try by connecting your phone to the computer and then installing Nokia PC Suite. From PC suite try to delete the unwanted messsages..
That is just one of the solution..Here is a link from Nokia that will give you few more tips..
    message storage not ready yet
    Note:
If you have HP Support Assistant installed on the computer(The Blue Question Mark) then open it ==> Complete all pending Updates & Tuneups==> Restart and Check. It may solve your problem
Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

  • Foi server not ready

I just downloaded Mapviewer 11g and set it up using the quick starter kit. When I am running the demos i get following error..
[MVThemeBasedFOIControl.foiLoaded] MAPVIEWER-05523: Cannot process response from MapViewer server. (foi server is not ready!
Can you tell me how to fix this? I also tried the URL 'http://host:port/mapviewer/foi' which gives me the same message.

I am doing an exploded deployment on weblogic server. I get following error(see below). I granted 777 permissions to all directories under 'mapviewer.ear' folder but still it fails. If I manually create this directory then demos work fine. But why do I have to do that ?

  • [Not really solved] Video with Pidgin is not working

    Hi,
I would like to use video chat with Pidgin, but it doesn't work on my computer.
I have a webcam (:D), and it seems that it is correctly recognized because ` vlc v4l2:// ' shows me my face. I'm using XMPP (with a GMail account, but this shouldn't matter) and want to chat with someone using Ubuntu and Pidgin 2.6.6 (she has a webcam which seems to work correctly)
In the "Voice/Video settings" plugin, there are three options in the field Video → Input → Plugins : "default", "Test Input" and "Video4Linux" (and only "default" in the field Device, for the three plugins)
    "default" and "Video4Linux" give
    (21:03:34) Error with your webcam
    (21:03:34) Conference error
(21:03:34) The call has been terminated.
as soon as I try to start a video call, and "Test Input" only shows me a test pattern (but I guess this is the meaning of "Test Input" )
BTW, I wonder why there is only "Video4Linux" and not "Video4Linux2"
    The Pidgin's FAQ says this
How do I configure my microphone/webcam?
Currently, the command-line gstreamer-properties program is used. This is only available on GNOME-based systems. On other systems, Pidgin makes its best guess as to which device to use. A plugin is planned to support this functionality on other systems.
But I don't use GNOME, my desktop environment is LXDE.
What could I do to make my webcam work with Pidgin?
    Thank you!
    Edit:
    - my system is up to date
    - I have farsight2 and gstreamer0.10-{good,bad,ugly} installed

Well, the problem is not really solved actually.
Pidgin recognizes my webcam but I still cannot open a video chat.
When I try to start a video chat, the following errors are displayed in the debug window :
(17:38:41) mediamanager: gst pipeline error: Could not encode stream.
    (17:38:41) mediamanager: Debug details: gstx264enc.c(737): gst_x264_enc_header_buf (): /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstBin:conf_0x306c000/FsRtpConference:fsrtpconference1/GstBin:discover_1_97/GstX264Enc:x264enc0:
