Difference in Confirmation Status

Hi Gurus,
Greetings.
I am encountering problems in delta report(/n/sapapo/ccr). I cannot reconcile the error nor sendig to APO does not
correct error 173.  Difference in confirmation status o R3 against APO.
I checked the process order in r3 it is alreay delivered- with final confirmation against APO with release
status.
Kindly help if someone has already encountered th same problem.
Thanks
Armi

Hi Armi,
We have encountered the same problem. In our system, the cause why it can't be reconciled via Delta REport is the changes made to the master data. The routing for the material is changed in our scenario.
The inconsistency can be rectified by putting the order in Status TECO.
Hopes this helps,
Raymond

  • Confirmation status in Sales order header

    Hi,
I have processed one sales order until billing. The processing status in Sales order is as below.
    Overall Status: Completed
    Confirmation Status: Not yet confirmed
    Delivery Status: Fully delivered
I want to know why the Confirmation status is shown as "Not yet confirmed" when the Overall status is 'Completed'.
    Please provide your inputs.
    Rgds,

    Dear,
I think after accounting of billing it will show the completed.

  • Confirmation status is changed

Hi Folks.I am working on SNC7.0.I created New PO and then iam confirming PO.While click on save button confirmed status will be CONFIRMED but after click on publish button confirmed status is changed to NOT CONFIRMED.These changes are in Po details screen. In that PO header General tab.
Any suggestions how to resolve this issue.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Srinivas,
In path:SPRO>Supply Network Collaboration>Basic settings>Validation>Own setting you will not get any values(even if you press F4 also).
There is no check here if you enter any junk value also system will save.
As i suggested earlier you need to maintain validation setting manually(do not press F4).
Save the validation setting as suggested and recheck now.
About validation check PO_CONF_RELEVANCE_CTRL :"Set Confirmation Status for Changed PO Item to "Not Confirmed"
If this validation check is active, SAP SNC sets the confirmation status of a purchase order (PO) item to Not Confirmed if the customer has changed the following item data in the customer back-end system and has sent the changed PO to SAP SNC:
    ■Goods recipient
    ■Ship-to location
    ■Product
    ■Requested delivery date
    ■Incoterm
    ■Price
Validation check PO_CONFIRMATION_DELETE:"Delete Confirmation Schedule Lines for Changed Purchase Order Items"
If this validation check is active, SAP SNC deletes the confirmations schedule lines of a purchase order item if the customer has performed a change that requires confirmation by the supplier. Changes that trigger deletion include the following: Quantity changes and the changes listed in the description for validation check PO_CONF_RELEVANCE_CTRL

  • Difference between confirmation cancellation and return delivery

    Dear Gurus,
can you explain to me the difference between confirmation cancellation and return delivery in terms of processes and impact on ECC postings?
Thank you in advance for your collaboration,

    Hi
Confirmation Cancellation --> is used for reversing a confirmation which is posted wrongly in the system. This is generally used for reversing a faulty transaction.
Return Delivery --> is used for sending the goods back to vendor. This happens when we receive goods from vendor and for some reasons the delivery does not meet customer's specification due to any reason. In these cases you record the goods movement as Return delivery sent back to Vendors.

  • Difference between system status and user status.

Can someone explain to me the difference between system status and user status in details

    Hi,
As you mentioned there are 2 status can be maintained for documents like Equipment Master, Notification, Maintenance Order & other important business documents.
In case, client feels that system status is not enough to capture the details of the object, then user status can be used.
System statuses will be updated automatically based on business transactions which will be done on SAP.
For example, once the equipment is created, System status would CRTD (Created). If you install the same to some superior equipment or FL, then status would be INST (Installed).
If you keeping that equipment in Spare, then for that, you have to maintain separate User Status like AVLB (Available in Stock / Spare) so that through IH08, by using User status, you can the report which is available as spare.
These user status as per the name, should be updated by the user manually.

  • Exact Difference between Total  Status And QM Status

    Hello All,
I want to know Exact Difference between Total Status in Monitor And QM Status in Data Target.when these two are going to be changed manually. i am facing a Problem.
daily delta upload is going on from R3 to BW.Today it has given a problem while loading data. please give me u r ideas on this. how this delta should be Success.By changing which status ( Total, QM status) i need to chage for deleting the failure Request , to load delta again.
    thanks in advance.

The global monitor queue time can be set in transaction RSCUSTV2. This is the time that the system allows to elapse before it sets a request to 'Terminated'. If the time of the last received message that logged a processing step on the monitor for this request has taken longer than the monitor queue time, the traffic light in the monitor is set to red.
If the monitor traffic light was set to red due to the queue time, this does not necessarily mean that the request can no longer be successful.
If the data is very delayed by the time it reaches BW (because the source system needs a long time for the extraction or because the link between the source system and BW was interrupted) or if the processing in BW needs a very long time in which the processing step does not log any messages on the monitor, the monitor traffic light becomes red and jumps back to yellow as soon as a new log for this request reaches the monitor. If you manually set the QM status in the monitor, this also does NOT prevent the updating of data for this request in BW! However, then the request can no longer turn green, since the manually set QM status always overrides the technical status of the monitor.
    Bye,
    Roberto

  • CO11 Transaction with confirmation status

    hello friends,
I have a excel sheet with two field - order number and quantity to be confirmed.
i need to upload this excel file into sap system, record transaction CO11 and then call transaction.
after all this i need to download  a excel file with four fields-
    1)order number
    2) material number
    3)quantity to be confirmed
    4) confirmation status.
can anybody please guide me what to be done after calling the transaction.....

    Nikhil,
Try using the Database View "CRMV_INDEX_JEST". You need to pass Status to the field STAT and transaction type to the field PROCESS_TYPE.
    Hope this helps.

  • Difference partially confirmed activities via CN22 and CN25

    Dear,
Apparantly there seems to be a difference in the SAP logics in partially confirming activities:
when we partially confirm an activity using transaction CN22, the activity is not planned anymore..
however we we partially confirm an activity using transaction CN25, the activit is still planned (status = DSPT)
What is the standard SAP logic around this ? Why is their a difference? Should and can the difference be corrected?
    rgds,
    bert

    Hi Bert
Can you clarify - what are you trying to do? DPST is a system status when you try to transfer the dates from forecast to Basic.
Wheras using CN22 you can confirm the activity - means whatever been planned -trying to convert into actuals of the work performed. The same can be done in CN25 but with one network activity. Collective (work)confirmation can be done using CN27.

  • Sales Order: confirmation status at item level

    Hi,
I am trying to locate a status field in sales order tables which truly reflects the item level quantity confirmation. I have checked table VBUP. In some cases field BESTA, COSTA shows the status correctly. But I am not able to find a table which is true in all cases. I can do it by checking confirmed quantity at schedule line level, but trying to avoid that since it involves addition of schedule line confirmed quantities etc.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

  • Confirmation status I1016 release rejected

    Hi SRM gurus,
We are working on classic scenario on SRM 5.0. We created a shopping cart, PO and confirmation.
We have the status of the confirmation as I1016 release rejected when we do the conf. from EBP. If we do the GR in the backend the conf. is updated.
For all PO's the EBP conf. is not transfered to the backend. We tried to run the clean req req report manually. We tried to search thru the OSS notes and also thru this forum but could not find worthy info.
Can any one suggest what could be possible reasons?
We have our workflow working fine with the status as approved. If we try to replicate the same manually with the BBP_PD_CONF_GETDETAIL it gives the same status.
Is there any way to change the status of the conf. so that it will be updated in the backend.
Workflow conditions are working perfect as there is no workflow error also.
    Best regards,
    Sridhar.

    Hi
    Please try this ->
The status of the Rejected shopping cart can be seen under Stats : head.
You can see the status in CRM_JEST table using the GUID of the shopping cart.
The status will be updated with I1016 (Release rejected) from I1015 (Awaiting approval).
Also look in the transaction - bbp_pd .
    See related Notes ->
Note 958297 Search for confirmations with transfer errors
Note 537459 Confirmation cannot be reversed despite invoice quantity = 0
Note 1073012 Search for Confirmations with Status 'All'
Note 1014108 No DocB status change after SRM document is rejected
Note 827638 Populate possible statuses for PO correctly in extraction
Hope this makes you clear. Clarifications are welcome.

  • Confirmation status "Currently being transferred"

    Hi,
We are using Extended classic scenario in SRM 4.0 with SRM server 5.0.
Some of the confirmations posted for the POs are in status Currently being transferred or Error in process.
We need to delete some of those confirmations but we the Delete and Return delivery buttons are disabled in those confirmations.
When I checked the header status of confirmation it is showing that Currently being transferred. But the confirmation has been transferred to back end.
If the status is in "Transmitted to back end" then the Delete and Return delivery button will be enabled.
Is there way by which we can change the status of the confirmations.
    Please help me.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
SAP OSS notes 644963 and 1143245 solve the issue.
An explanation about reproducing the issue as it follows:
    Create PO. ( i.e 3.5 units)
Confirm 2 units. An entry in table BBP_document_Tab is created.
    Clean_reqreq_up runs.Cleans entries in the BBP_docuement_TAB.
Confirm 1.5 unit.An entry in table BBP_document_Tab is created.
Cancel Confirm 2 units. The entry in the BBP_Document_Tab is overwritting the last GR of 1.5 unit. Here is the root cause of the issue.
    Clean_reqreq_up runs.Cleans entries in the BBP_docuement_TAB.
    Summary:
All confirmations are posted succesfully in both systems, but the confirmation of 1,5 units remains in the "Currently being transferred status" as Clean_reqreq_up has never processed an entry for this GR an the status "Currently..." has never been put inactive.
SAP note 644963 cleans the wrong GR.
SAP note 1143245 fix the gap in the code and prevents the error ocurring again.
    I hope this helps.

    Abraham
