Downpayment is not clearing even after invoice has been fully paid

Good day to everyone,
I am currently having an issue with a down payment not clearing even though the invoice has been fully paid. to my understanding, once the order is fully invoiced- down payments should be cleared as well, am i correct?
The order related billing's status containing the down payment is set to "fully invoiced", yet when i view the document flow containing the down payment, it states "not cleared". What could be the problem? Could i just manually release the down payment? thanks in advance!

if you are doing vendor manual payment program then you clear down payment as below.
T-Code-F-44 Clear down payment
Select special gl indicator
then press enter and clear down payment against invoice.

Kindly use the transaction F-32 (Clear Customer). Select both Uncleared items or document numbers.

Old Invoice mails from WF triggered --even though invoices has been posted

We have received email notifications for old invoices to our Lotus notes where the invoices has already posted a year ago in the system.

The problem could be in SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 or in the program called to send the mail
SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 places the mail in SOST (how many messages you can see there?)
If you see only one message the problem could be in the program to send the mail

My company email is starting to save numerous drafts of the same email even after it has been sent

Earlier today my company email (set-up in Mail) started saving numerous drafts of emails even after they have been sent out? Any idea why this is-I have talked to the service provider and they have led me to believe it is an Apple issue

There is no anti-malware for iOS, at least none that actually does anything useful. The odds of getting any malware infection via an email attachment on an iOS device is quite low - practically non-existent. Unless you are seeing any issues, there isn't much to do, other than deleting the email and being more cautious in the future.

Apple TV is requesting payment verification constantly, even after it has been confirmed multiple times, why will this not stop?

Apple TV has gone off the deep end and is constantly asking me to re-verify my paymetn info... I do it time and time again and the message never stops. It pops up alomst anytime I do anything... When I first got the apple TV I only had to do this occasionally... Now it asks multiple times a day... Any idea on how to make this stop??? To the point that I will start using another streaming device soon...

I have been able to eliminate the Verification Required problem. I believe the thing that made the most improvement happened to be an OS update on the Mac where the home share lives, but it might also be the combination of trying many fixes. The Mac was already running the latest iTunes (10.7), but the my OS (OS X Lion, 10.7) was not patched all the way up to 10.7.5. I am not running Mountain Lion. My Mac is a Mini, 2 GHz Intel Core 2.
I applied the OS patches, after having changed my AppleID password (more complex) and payment method back and forth, and now with all of that done, the Verification Message has gone. I do, still, have the ATV saying it can't connect to the iTunes store frequently, but that message is not as frequent and as annoying as the constant Verification Required message. Note that my ATV showing the error message about "Can't connect to iTunes Store" is on Ethernet and I believe that there is a bug with the ATV update that pertains to Ethernet connectivity which is discussed in the Support Forums on other threads (one I can recall is MLB TV not working, look for MLB, Update, and Ethernet if you want to find that).
Summary of my personal experience to arrive at a fix for Verification Required:
iTunes on host Mac is up to date (10.7)
AppleID password is complex enough (it previously was not)
Payment method was changed away to another method and then re-established, re-confirmed to my Visa
Mac OS Lion was updated to latest patches, 10.7.5
Also, for what it's worth, my Mac is also on Ethernet and my switches are all new Linksys GB switches with the exception of my Linksys WiFi/Router which is only "switching" for WiFi users and connections off of the LAN to the internet.

Impossible to add a contrat to PO item even if invoice has been cancelled

Hello Experts,
I want to add to an agreement (EKPO-KONNR) to my purchase order. Initially there was an invoice on the PO item which I cancelled.
Transaction ME22N :
The agreement and agreement-item fields remain greyed out on the screen.
I tried the transaction MASS:
I works fine when my agreement has just one item. But if it has more than mone item, my purchase order is not modified.
After debugging, we found out that if the PO has history data, it does not accept any agreement except when the agreement has just one item.
The goal is to add an agreement to such a purchase order.
Can someone please confirm to me that what I actually want to do : is it possible and is there any other way possible to do this ?

Hello Mahesh,
If follow-on documents already exist for a purchase order, changing the
purchase order is generally a problem. Therefore, you should consider
the changes and the possible consequences carefully.
The field EKPO-KONNR is not available for input after a GR regardless of whether
this is reversed or not.
The only real option open to you would be to delete the existing line and create a new line or a new PO.

Modifications to a jsp file not getting loaded after it has been served out once

I am using Weblogic 6.1 on solaris platform.
I have created a new managed server under the default domain. A new
default web application was created with a DefaultWebApp directory which
acts as the default directory for JSP files for this server.
problem 1:
In this new server if i make changes to a jsp file which has been served out
once, the modifications are not reflected until and unless i restart the
server.
problem 2:
If I start the server and after that I add a JSP file to the DefaultWebApp
directory, if I try to access it it gives a 404 error which is file not
found.
These problems do not occur in the original server which got created when i
did the installation.
Can someone help me out please.

Hi.
On reflection I believe this is normal behavior for WLS 6.x. In order to see
changes to jsps (or other elements in the webapp) you need to either
undeploy/redeploy the webapp via the console or the command line utility, or you
can use the refresh utility if your webapp is deployed in the exploded directory
format (ie not a war file).

It is remebering login info even after it has been deleted and cookies removed.

The newest version of Firefox is remembering login information even after I have removed it and all associated cookies that I can find from every known location. How do I stop it from doing this.?

To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store or have a Recent Mac you can find it in your Purchases List.

Material goes straight into 'unrestricted' even after QI has been setup

hi SAP gurus,
QI has been setup for this material, in the PO and also MIGO goods receipt, stock type has been defaulted to "QI" as well.
however after the GR has been posted and i checked MMBE, the stock went straight to "unrestriced".
how to i know if there's any user exit or setup in the QM that causes this?

Were you able to get an inspection lot for this GR? Is the Q-info record maintained for the material?
This could be another reason besides the 'Post to Inspection stock' activation.

Helix not waking properly after lid has been shut

I have a few Helix and they are all having this problem.
If you shut the lid and then open it the screen will stay black. You then have to shut the lid a second time and reopen for the screen to power on.
If you open the lid very slowly it powers on 100% of the time, when you open it quickly the screen powers on 50% of the time. When the screen doesn't turn on you can press the power button and it will turn on but it should be turning on whenever the dock is opened.
I have updated the BIOS and the Firmware each to version 1.14, and the issue persists.
Anyone else seeing this issue or know a resolution/workaround?

The issue occurs when:
You shut the lid the causing the Helix to sleep
If you reopen the lid before the red light in the ThinkPad logo (on the back of the Helix) has a chance to turn off that is when the issue occurs.
At times it takes up to approx. 8 seconds for the light to dim, if the lid is reopened during that time the screen stays black.
When this occurs, closing and reopening will get the screen to come back on, pressing the power button only works after the light on the back of the Helix has gone out.

Compressor/BatchMovnitor won't stop even after file has been removed?

I was trying to compress a 12 minute FCS file and it said it would take 1200 hrs. so I figured I'd better stop and try again. I hit Cancel in Batch Monitor but it kept going anyway, so I quit and re-started and the same file showed up again even though I didn't place it in a new batch or anything. I deleted the preferences for Compressor and BatchMonitor and re-started and it still shows up - says it's "canceling" but never cancels. How do I stop this from happening and get rid of it?

In classiclly typical fashion , immediately after posting (after searching compressor topics) I searched under Batch Monitor and found a bunch or similar problems. The answer came by deleting a file from the Qmaster folder. Now it appears to be working "normaly" again.

Having issue viewing purchases done through one Apple TV, on other Apple TV's, even after it has been downloaded to the synced I-Tunes shared account.

The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

Is a reinstall necessary to fix possible corruption, even after BSOD has been resolved.

My question is a little strange, and I am having difficulty getting a straight answer through search engines, so I thought I'd go straight to the source. I just built a budget gaming PC and I was having issues with my video driver causing BSODs while playing
Far Cry 3. I resolved the issue by reinstalling my drivers and my game. BUT, I wanted to know: Just because I've fixed my original BSOD errors and my PC is now working fine, is there a chance that future data corruption can happen as a result of the BSODs
forcefully restarting my PC? If so, I plan on reinstalling as a precaution.

If you’ve resolved your driver issues and everything is working properly now, you shouldn’t run into any related errors down the
road. With that being said though, it can’t hurt to go ahead and look for any other errors that might be existing.
In order to do this:
Press your Windows key and X simultaneously.
This will bring up a menu with administrative tools you can choose from.
Select Disk Management.
Highlight your C:\ drive by clicking on it.
Right-click on your C:\ drive and select Properties.
Go to the Tools tab.
This will bring up a tab that has the options for error checking and also to
defragment and optimize your drive.
Click on Check under error checking.
This will scan your drive for any errors and also repair them.

Audio from video clip comes though even after it has been removed

I have detached audio from my movie clips and they still come though on some clips after I share to iDVD. I then muted them and they come through, I then just move them to 0 volume and they still come through. It was working in iMovie and then when I shared it would come through. Only after I shared. Now it is happening in iMovie. I have spent days on this. Any help would be grateful.

Yes, on the speed slider you will see tick marks at the presets. I think they are 25%, 50%, 100%, 200%, 400%, 800% but there may be some more.
