Enhancement MAM in the Enhancement guide

Hello,
I'm implementing a mam enhancement to put the equipment sort field to the order list descibed on page 70 to 74, but I miss importand code to implement this. What I miss is the code for the onLoad method in the view controller and the code for the OrderListBO.
Can someone give me the code or some pointers how to achieve this enhancement.

I would like to know which version of MAM2.0 are you taling about. From my understanding this feature/requirement that you are talking about is already a part of the standard application in MAM2.0 SR4.
But if you still need it , then i can give you the sample code to be put ...

Creating Enhancement Implementation for the Enhancement spot in ECC 6.0

Hi All,
I have an urgent requirement of creating an Enhancement implementation for the existing Enhancement Spot in ECC 6.0 ..
I never worked on enhancement in ECC 6.0.
There is an existing enhancement spot called "ES_SAPLIQS0" in the package " IWOC". which has got three existing implementations
1. DI_ROT_SAPLIQS0
2. ISU_SAPLIQS0
3. DIMP_GENERAL_SAPLIQS0
I need to create another implementation for the same enhancement spot.. Please let me know the detailed procedure to create the enhancement implementation for the same spot..

First of all find out the include program where you want to write the logic.. Click the spiral button to go to enhancement mode.. then click on Edit > Enhancement operations> Show implicit enhancement points.
This will hightlight all the enhancement points in your include program. Right click on exact enhancement point and select Enhancement Implementations --> Create,, It should give you the same Enhancement spot you are talking about. select that and write the code.. This code will be automatically appear in the same enhancement spot. You can see one more Enhancement implementation in the same Enhancement spot from the transaction code se19.

Problem with transporting the enhancement screen.

yeah u can change the package.
check SE80 or se03 here u can change.

and in the second list box give ur Local PACKAGE like $TMP, then u will get list of OBJECTS in that LOCAL PACKAGE.
2.Select object which PACKAGE u want to change.
3.Right click on that Object ,there u will get option like CHANGE PACKAGE.[/code]</b>

After deleting enhanced view still the bsp application is showing in se80

Hi,
I enhanced one component then after some reason i deleted the enhanced view at that time it's asked do you want to delete bsp application i click on yes then after also still i showing in se 80 under my package it's showing.
after deleting enhancement view and deleted enhancement component.
after deleting these total still all the z classes are showing in sm24. if i enhance from starting on wards from enhancing component and enhancing view i need to new bsp application name because previous bsp application is still showing and some of the context class. after transporting in to quality server this component is showing there is context class which i redefine in the development and view is not defined in the run time repository. why it's showing these errors in quality server.
my guess is in dev i deleted which are deleted still the classes and bsp application are there older one if provide new bsp classes also.
what are important things we need to follow if delete the view enhancement and deleting the component enhancement. because if i transport after deleting with new bsp application name and with a previous existing class with a new request also it's not working quality server. because lot of classes are generating automatically in when we redefine the context class in development so these classes are not there in quality server.
please guide me if delete any enhanced view and component why still bsp application and redefine z classes are showing in se80 and se24. because if enhance newly also and redefine also it's considering previous bsp application and previous redefine classes.
what are precautions i need to take if i delete enhanced view and enhance component.please guide me.

You should follow the following SAP Note in deleting enhancements. There are a few steps to be done in SM34. If we just delete through the wizard we are bound to have these issues.
SAP Note 1122248 - Consultation:Procedure when dealing w/framework enhancements
Briefly, these are the steps to delete the enhancemnet-
1) In SM34, view BSPWDVC_CMP_EXT. Select enhancement set and then select enhancement definition. You will see your component there.
2) Select your component and in left side navigation click Controller Substitutes.
3) A list of the enhanced views are displayed.
4) Select the views and delete it. Before you delete make a note of the BSP application these views are attached to. Hopefully, you attached them in a Z BSP application
5) Go to SE80. Select the Z BSP application and delete it.
Go through the SAP Note to understand the process in more detail.

I think you're seeing standard SAP behavior. However, a discussion with your SD/LE functional team member might be beneficial. Personally, I don't think SAP supplies a way to "add back" to that quote. However, you might develop something that changes the quantity on the quote (essentially adds to the original quantity), based on the fact that a SO line got rejected.

Can you run both Premium and Enhanced agents on the same UCCX system?

No; all seats must be of the same license level. The design guide mentions this around page 1-2 when it talks about product packaging options (i.e. Enhanced, Premium, etc).
Cisco Unified CCX deployments must have all product components and optional features of the same package type. Mixing components or options from different packages is not supported. For example, Enhanced Inbound voice option and Premium Quality Manager option are not supported.

Enhancement to change the quantity while creating outbound delivery

Dear All,
Is there any enhancement to change the Actual Quantity while creating the Outbound delivery.
I have tried using the BAdI LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC in the method CHANGE_DELIVERY_ITEM. But i am not able to change the quantity. In the runtime it allows me to change the quantity. After saving the document the quantity is not changed.
I do not know what all are the parameters and fields to be passed to change the quantity. If anyone knows please help me.
Anyone guide me to do this requireemnt.

I have a similar issue, i have done the same as you did by changing the fields LFIMG_FLO and LGMNG_FLO.
But though Delivery qty is getting update but picking qty is remaining the same.
Suppose when user give Delivery qty as 8 and Pick qty as 8, i am able to change the delivery qty to 5 but not Pick qty to 5.
can you please let me know how to acheive it.

Use Gmail but NOT the Enhanced Plung-in?

Is there a way to bypass using the Gmail enhanced plug-in? IE as a POP or just plain old IMAP? the Enhanced plug-in kills my battery big time as it runs all the time. I love the feature but it makes battery life a bit of drain ... yes much pun intended.

I think the fact your device is roaming much of the day could be a large part of the problem.
Anyway, if you want to remove the enhanced gmail plug-in, and you are a bit techy, do this:
1. First, use Desktop Manager to backup your device.
2. Make certain that the OS release installed on your BlackBerry is also installed on your PC.
Look at Options > About, third line down beginning with a "v.4.xxx" What is yours?
a. Locate your carrier and the OS file that matches that above, which you wish to use.

b. Download the OS file to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.
3. Go to c:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\your OS installation folder\, and remove "net_rim_bb_gmail.alx". I create a folder in that folder named "Removed" and move the ALX file to that Removed folder.
4. Plug in your BlackBerry and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located at c:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\apploader
5. Follow the prompts and App Loader should tell you that it is removing that one file as you proceed.
Be patient, App Loader will do its job and and the device will reboot.

What are the best practices for using the enhancement framework?

Hello enhancement framework experts,
Recently, my company upgraded to SAP NW 7.1 EhP6. This presents us with the capability to use the enhancement framework.
A couple of senior programmers were asked to deliver a guideline for use of the framework. They published the following statement:
"SAP does not guarantee the validity of the enhancement points in future releases/versions. As a result, any implemented enhancement points may require significant work during upgrades. So, enhancement points should essentially be used as an alternative to core modifications, which is a rare scenario.".
I am looking for confirmation or contradiction to the statement "SAP does not guarantee the validity of enhancement points in future releases/versions..." . Is this a true statement for both implicit and explicit enhancement points?
Is the impact of activated explicit and implicit enhancements much greater to an SAP upgrade than BAdi's and user exits?
Is there any SAP published guidelines/best practices for use of the enhancement framework?

Acrobat (Pro or Standard) does not apply a "default" protection. It appears that someone or some other process has applied protection.

I can't find how to apply sound enhancements (EQ) for the podcasts now with iOS 6.0 update on any of my devices(iPhone 4s, iPhone Touch (4th Gen), iPad (3rd Gen). Most of the "Podcasts" I listen to are music content based and wanted to apply sound enhancements(EQ) like before when integrated with ipod function. Can you consider to "fix" this issue?

OK Emanuel I found a solution! I dowloaded and installed "Denon Audio" app from the iTunes store & it works great! It has an EQ you can set curves on manually or use the (few) built in pre-sets. It is a player like the Music app that comes with the iPhone, etc. but restores the EQ functionality so we can adjust the audio of PODCASTS:-) Until Apple fixes this what I consider a bug I will be using the Denon app as my default music player!

Have a look into SPAM or System-Ststus
Any component which is be release 6.01 or 6.02 or anything higher then release 6.00 is showing or not, if it is showing then youy EHP has been installed for that components otherwise no EHP is installed.

i am using the enhancement SAPLV01Z for using the user defined batch number.
In which i am allowing the system to generate the internal batch number if it is newly created batch for that particular material,site and MRP combination.For this i am using the function module EXIT_SAPLV01Z_001 and if the batch is already available in ztable suppress the internal batch number generation.
And by using the function module exit EXIT_SAPLV01Z_002 i am copying the already available batch and passing to the variable new_charge in that function module.
every thing is OK. But the prob is system checking the availability of the batch for combination of materila and site in batch master table MCHA and throwing an error saying that no batch is found,enter batch.
Now i want to skip the checking of MCHA table if it is already there in my ztable.For that i am implemented the OSS Note 1035372 but it is not working.
And one variable call_vb_create i need to pass X for that i need access key.
Can any body have solution with out using the access key..

Set up table contains the enhanced field information?

Hi Experts,
I am enhancing a field in the datasource 2lis_11_vaitm,
Things i did :
1.Enhanced the ext.structure with the required field.
2.Activated the ext.structure.
3.Witten the logic in the CMOD.
4. Deleted the Setup table and refilled.
Now my question is :
1.Did the setup table contains the ENHANCED FIELD with the historical data ?if so where to see that?
I checked in RSA3 the enhanced field is displayed with the records.
The code i have wriiten is WHEN "DATASOURCE " then -> logic from the base table.
Now will the data come from the base table or from the setup table?
Can any one help me in this issue.

Why do we need to delete the setup table after doing enchancement with standard Datasource.
Ans :
You neednot refill the setup table just because you enhanced the datasource.
You need to delete and refill if the postings happened after you filled the setup table.
Meaning you will miss the current posting.Unless you have done a init in BI/BW side.
