How to configure WebLogic to use TopLink?

Question

I am using BEA Workshop to develop a webservice and I am having some issues to make it work. Basically, I am using Toplink plus JAX-WS. The main problem is how to get the EntityManager from the context in order to persist the data into database.
Here is a piece of code, hope it can help to understand the issue:
Context ctx = null;
     Hashtable ht = new Hashtable();
     ht.put(Context.INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY,
               "weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory");
     ht.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL,
     "t3://localhost:7001");
     ctx = new InitialContext(ht);
EntityManager em = (EntityManager) ctx.lookup("persistence/LogicalName");

Maybe this can give you a better idea of what I am talking about. I changed a few things based on the tutorials that oracle provides:
I keep getting the following exception when I try to deploy into weblogic:
