I am making a first time purchase and it is saying the answers to my security questions are wrong. How do I retrieve my answers?
I am trying to make a purchase for the first time, it is asking for the answers to my security questions and when I type them it says I am wrong, how do I retrieve or change my answers?
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

Without a rescue email address, you can't reset them yourself. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

I dont receive password reset and my security questions are wrong
My account was locked for 'security reasons'. My security questions are always wrong and i have a feeling my alternative email address is one that no longer exists.

My Apple account password has been reset a couple times due to Apple telling me my passwords are incorrect. I know they aren't because I have already had to change the password three times, and I keep record of my password. Yet, it continuously tells me my password is incorrect. I have just changed it, again, and now I cannot log into the itunes store to download an app because it's telling me my new password is incorrect.
I just bought the new iphone 5s today, so does this have anything to do with it? Please help, this is extremely frustrating.Need to Resume download to complete the ongoing Process.
Last Resort, put the iPhone in DFU mode (Google How to do that). Connect in iTunes. Follow on-screen prompts to Restore. All Data would be lost, if not backed up earlier.
To save the photographs you may have to use third party software. Google is your friend. -
its almost 10 months,i purchased ipad2 32 3G wifi.itinially i got problem with applications and safari shut off frequently now since last 4 months my ipad starts with a message (connect iTunes)like first time start and going to restore mode and it occurs frequently.plz advise.
