I cannot update my payment info on CC membership

I've searched the forums and saw this problem appearing many times. Once I try to "edit payment info" I get this common error: "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later."
My old credit card information is about to or has expired and Im trying to update it but the website doesn't allow me to. I need to fix this before october 30 or my membership will be canceled. It seems to me with all the threads about this problem Adobe really needs to look at how their website is structured and fix it. I have tried calling and chatting with customer support and they didn't help me at all, partially because they were indian and didn't fully understand my problem. This is extremely frustrating. Can someone please help me on this

    Have you tried selecting 'none' on the payment details screen, exiting it, and then tried going back in and re-tried entering the card's details ? If you leave it as 'none' then you should be able to download app updates, and (depending upon your country) you might be able to get iTunes gift cards and use them as your payment method.

    i went back to check the Mac entry just to make sure it stuck.  when i enter the CORRECT security code it seems to accept it.  i click done and it seems to save the info.  but when i re-log in, the security code and exp date are empty.  this is the correct info.
    this is so frustrating that you are not able to speak to someone by phone at Apple about this type of issue.

    If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.

    Nothing will be deducted from your credit card if the app is free.
    There will be a authorizing hold of US$1.00 to verify your account information. It will be credited back to your account later.

    Last week I tried to change my payment info with changing credit card number. It wasn't possible. I received a message: "There is a problem with the card information entered here. Please review and try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer support." I checked my card and its all data and it was surely OK.     I tried to do that in different environment (Windows, Mac, Firefox, Safari, Chrome). No effect.

    Please, check this issue.

    I have problems as well. I've updated my payment info a week ago, there are enough funds on the card. I'm still getting a warning that my subscription will shut down. I have only one day left. And the worst part is - there is no way to directly contact Adobe about this. The only "contact" they offer is a FAQ and this forum. This is insane.

    I think the best thing to do is contacting your bank, they can tell you if there is something wrong with your creditcard. Cause to me it seems like there is something wrong with your creditcard (or just the security number) instead of with your iTunes ID

    Is there any sort of error message on the payment details screen on your account ? If not then if you enter your card's security code does that trigger an error message ?

    Hello. I seem to have the same problem and I've been trawling the net for similar cases.
    My old card was misplaced and had been discontinued so I was trying to put in the new details for the replacement card. The form you have on the website is quite different from all the other e-commerce forms I've encountered: no type of card (visa, mastercard, etc), no name of bank and no security number options. I've been told that my card is invalid and I should check my card details which I find strange because the only detail the form is asking for is the credit card number.
    I was in touch with three different customer support personnel (2 on chat and 1 on the phone) yesterday trying to solve the same problem. One sent me a link to the help page, one gave me a customer support phone number to call but the number was invalid and the last one (who I was able to call using a different support phone number) tried to guide me through the process (which I already tried to do myself prior to calling customer support) but told me that because my account had expired (because I couldn't update the card details) I would have to subscribe again using a new Adobe ID.
    I would like to know if the last option is my only recourse to getting back on Creative Cloud?
