    If you are getting the 'open' option on the Purchased tab in the App Store app then that implies that you still have the app installed - you've checked all of your iPod's homescreens and app folders for it, and tried searching for it via its spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the right) ? Do any of those find it, or if you tap on the 'open' button does that open the app ?

    It was working fine from march onward when I bought it but when I tried to sign in today it's saying all my products are just trial version and when i go to activate it, it asks for a serial code which wasn't give to me in my emails or anything? I have the transaction in my bank on the day that i paid for it. I've tried re installing and updating but nothing is working. What. The. Beep. This is really annoying.

    Sign out from Creative Cloud and sign in again using email ID using which you had purcahsed subscription:

    Then launch CC apps which is asking for serial number and check.
    Still asks for serial number check the hosts file for Adobe entries , if present remove it and try to activate.
    Windows :
    1)Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and look for file named "hosts" inside etc folder.
    2)Copy the hosts file to Desktop and open the same with notepad.
    3)Delete Adobe entries present inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc
    4)Copy and paste the Hosts file back to "Etc" folder.
    Make sure to select "Replace" option when prompted.
    Mac:
    1) Right click on the Finder icon on dock and select "Go-To Folder" option.
    2) You will get a text box, type-in below mentioned command and then hit 'Return' key.
    /etc
    3) It will open the etc folder, please look for file named "hosts" and copy the same to Desktop screen.it
    4)Double click on Hosts file , it will open it with TextEdit, If present Delete Adobe entries present inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc
    5)Copy and paste the Hosts file back to "Etc" folder.
    Make sure to select "Replace" option when prompted.
    Then launch CC apps which is asking for serial number and check.
    Note: If the hosts file does not have Adobe entries , you can try below steps:

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
    Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.
    appdata
    Then navigate to Local>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db file.
    Mac:
    1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
      2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)
    ~/library
    3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db file.
    Once you had deleted opm.db file , launch Creative Cloud desktop application and sign in with valid email ID.
    Then launch CC apps which is asking for serial number and check.

    I did download the installer for the Adobe PDF Desktop Printer, but due to hardware settings on this laptop, couldn't finish installation. But that is moot-- I'm at a copy center at which I planned to print these documents once I got them converted to .pdf. That was $9.99 I could have used for something more useful than this exercise...

    I am sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel your Skype account because you were not able to use your calling subscription. I can imagine how you feel and would like to help you resolve this.
    If you cannot hear the other party during a call, the problem is most likely be connected to your speakers. I'd suggest that you check the sound settings you have for Skype and ensure that your preferred speaker option is selected correctly.

    Before I paid for that, it was disaplayed in two places (I have screen shot), saying: Buy 12 months now and get 240 extra minutes per month.
    After I paid for that, it was displayed in my subscription: 15 extra minutes per month.
    How big a difference it is? Why?

  • RIDICULOUS...Account restricted within minutes of paying for 3 month subscription

    This is ridiculous. I literally just paid for a 3 month subscription and my account is already restricted. I wasn't able to make even a single call before Skype restricted my account. Now I have to wait 24 HOURS for an email that might POSSIBLY tell me why the account is restricted but will probably be useless according to some of the other posts. If there was such a big problem why did you take my credit card payment. I'm in the military stationed overseas and am currently using a VPN. This is the only thing I can think of that may POSSIBLY be a problem but I have absolutely no idea why it would be a problem. And if it IS a problem I will appreciate a PROMPT refund of the $18 I paid for a subscription I never even used. And I sincerely hope Skype does not tell me the money is nonrefundable because the number is considered used (I did see that note) once they assign it. If they do, that is straight crap because I literally NEVER USED the number!!! Beyond frustrated and this is BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!
