Impossible to order new services

I'm trying to order a fios bundle on the website. I start at this url  http://www22.verizon.com/residential/bundles/fiosb​undlesab
When I click the "Get Started" button on any of the offers on the page i get directed to this url https://www22.verizon.com/ForYourHome/GoFlow/Natio​nalBundles/BundleQualify.aspx?getstarted=FTBU
I input my ID and password and get directed to this url https://www22.verizon.com/ForYourHome/Registration​/Reg/RegInvalid.aspx?err=UNLDB
which gives this mesage:
"Our records indicate that the User ID you entered is not available. Please check the User ID and try again.
If you continue to experience problems, please contact us."
If I go the other route and use the new customer info I input my address and get a page that has me confirm my address because the system has found my existing account.
Once that is done I am asked how I would like my existing services handled when the new ones are added. I indicate that Yes, I want the existing service to remain connected, as I want to add or change services to my existing Verizon account.
I am then directed to this url: https://www22.verizon.com/foryourhome/registration​/reg/ORLOGIN.ASPX and asked to sign in again.
When I do : https://www22.verizon.com/ForYourHome/Registration​/Reg/RegInvalid.aspx?err=UNLDB

If you continue to experience problems, please contact us.:

    HI,
    You just define number range in tcode VN01, but remember that number ranges are not transportable.
    Once you define number ranges in development, do the same in quality & production client.
    Then attach number ranges in document type & transport this config to quality & production
    Please see that before transportating, the number ranges must have been created in quality & production thru VN01.

    I want to create a new service purchase order with items category D. However when I give ref. of some another purchase order the vendor and org. data fields become grey. How do I change these fields in new purchase order which I want to create? In case of material P.O. these fields are editable.

    Please check at the time of Service order creation the document type of purchase order is for services. If no please first change document type in ME21N select document type for service po then enter reference of document number in field of purchase order and it's line item at item detail level.
    So please compare your process of purchase order creation with below detail.
    Enter ME21N -Select document type for po.
    Then enter purchase order number in field of reference purchase order field. then check your data.

  • Ordered new Internet service a month ago and still nothing!

    At the end of August I placed an order to upgrade the speeds to my Internet (sounds good so far doesn't it verizon). Well it's now September 28 and I still haven't received anything from these people. I've called about 5 times in the past month, the first call I was told I don't need anything done because it's just an upgrade to speeds and should take hold within the day. The second call I was told I need a new o n t box (a211 instead of the box iI have now) and they would have to send a technician out to do so. The tech guy walks in my door looks at my router and says everything is fine and walks out the door. I check my service the next day and low and behold no upgrade. Call 3 "sorry about the inconvenience we'll be sure to fix the problem,transfer transfer transfer, the problem was we're seeing that the tech guy put in order completed but it's not showing the new o n t box was installed! We'll get a tech guy out ASAP! Day of installation nobody shows. No we're on call 4, (at this point I'm calling to cancel because this is absolutely ridiculous, three weeks have went by and I'm still waiting for the new service at which Verizon would be getting paid a higher rate from me and they are treating the situation as screw the customer we don't need him or his business) " we understand your frustration but if we can fix the problem would you be willing to try again? We can set up a new appointment for you ASAP and get your new service up and running. I will personally make sure the work gets done correctly as I am leaving notations in bold and all caps on your file. " I myself was exhausted by the ordeal but did want higher speeds on my Internet so I said" sure we can try again". This is where the biggest load of bull came in. The tech guys come to my house and state "the order that was put in was a repair job and not an installation so they can't do the work"! Are you **bleep** kidding me! Is this the way you people at Verizon do business! The worst part of it all is the fact that over the phone your reps seem to know what their doing but can't communicate it to the rest of your people to actually get the job done. UNACCEPTABLE! Call 5" once again I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the trouble we've caused I understand that you want to cancel by now and I would too if I was put through this ordeal but can we try one more time to rectify the situation, if we try I can offer bull**bleep** deal after bull**bleep** deal and get your new service installed at your discretion"? The kicker is I accepted the **bleep** deal because I really need a higher speed Internet. Let's see if they add more fuel to the fire or actually fix the issue. Verizon practices in customer service thus far has been absolutely deplorable. Try thinking about the customer for once and not your bottom line! If they do screw up again I will cancel service and go somewhere else for television and Internet service.

    first: why did you download the iOS Beta 8? If you are a developer, go to the Apple Developers website and check what they can do for your case.

    The SDN WIKI for Integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems states that...
    "Now, as of Enhancement Package 4, each time a production order is created in SAP ERP, that action automatically invokes the Notify of Production Order Creation service operation, which informs the MES system of all the details of the new production order. "
    I am not able to locate any further documentation and definition of the Notify of Production Order Creation service.   Please provide assistance on where to find documentation of this service.

    I have a 4s IPhone and am switching to new Iphone 5.  We are on family plan and my son's Iphone is available for discount update.  I am not.  I am ordering a new Iphone 5 with my son's # for me as he does not care (plus I pay the bill!).  Can I go to an AT&T store and switch the sim back to my # without the new phone yet received???  Then insert correct sim to activate once new Iphone 5 arrives in mail to operate prior to delivery, or, do I need to physically take the Iphone 5 to AT&T store to be activated?  Thanks for any info! 

    Suggest you contact AT&T to see what they are referring to as new service. Use Do
    Not Disturb to prevent notifications.

    We are on ECC6.0 and CRM5.0
    I need to add new condition type to the existing pricing procedure.It should be activtaed only for service orders and not for sales order.I can achive this by adding new requirement in pricing procedure to limit this condition type based on order type.
    Example:  if KOMK-AUART eq ORDER_TYPE.
                    sy-subrc = 0.
    But I don't want to do this,because I would need to change this requirement everytime I add new service order type.
    Is there any field in Pricing structure KOMK bu using which we can achieve this. ?
    Please suggest any other idea by which I can achieve this

    Currently ,we have one pricing procedures for both the scenarios...
    We control if the perticular condition type to be active or not by writing a requirement which checks the order types.
    This has been done this way because we  built the pricing procedure in ECC and tranfer it to CRM.Also we donot have service orders in ECC.
    any further alternatives guys..

  • CRM 2007 New Service Ticket Transaction not visible in WEB UI

    I don't understand why this is so difficult.
    To me I have done everything correctly.
    I have a Service Ticket Transaction visible in the WEB IC.
    I now want to make it visible for use in the WEB UI, I have set the channel to WEB UI.
    Yet when I try to create a new Service Ticket from the Service Professional Role under Service Order the Transaction is not visible. Yet I can can search for the Transactions created in the WEB IC from the WEB UI without an issue.

    I needed to add the Service Ticket Object Create option into the Navigation Bar Generic OP Mapping Option.
    After that the Transaction Type was visible.

  • Moving out and roommate wants new service in her name... 5 day wait?

    Phone/internet/DirectTV are in my name. I am moving out and my roommate would like to have new service in her name. She works a lot from home/is on call and can't be with out internet for any extended period of time. I thought I could schedule termination of my service on one day and she could schedule her new service to start on say the next day. When I called customer service to verify we could do this I was told she would not even be able to put an order in for services until mine were already terminated and it would take at least 5 days from her order date to begin her services. This does not sound right to me. Anyone know if this is true or not?

    We've just set up a new service that can be used to receive email alerts during BC incidents(at the start & finish of the outage).
    To subscribe you need to go to our system status page (http://status.businesscatalyst.com/) and on the right hand side you can find the "Subscribe to essential updates via email" link.
    Although we hope that we'll rarely need to use this service, I believe that this will help us communicate better and keep us tightly aligned during the most critical situations.

    I do apologize for the problems experienced this past few days. We have been doing our best to communicate in due time the information that we had available, but sometimes things just don't line up properly.
    I wanted to clarify some of your items you stated here, since some are just missunderstandings:
    the forum thread that was locked actually pertains to last week's e-mail issues. In order not to create confusion the support team has locked it, so that people can actually refer to the new threads set up for this particular incident. Otherwise people might look there and see that the issue was solved when in fact the correct status might be another. We have not at any point deleted any posts, and will never do that. The forums are a free space for communication, and we would not intervene in such way.
    The e-mail notification service had indeed a problem: it was too new. We did not expect it to be put to the test so soon, and unfortunately the processes needed internally were not 100% in place. That is why we had a small delay in sending out the notification e-mails.  The support team had not had the chance to test and learn this new process, so we apologize for the delays in information there.
    We were not able to provide a proper ETA on the issue as we were waiting for information from an external team. Due to this, our support engineers did not have any public ETA they could make available. There are times when this happens and unfortunately not much can be done while the team investigates. Rather than providing the wrong ETA we chose to say that we do not have one at that particular point.
    I want to stress yet again that we find your feedback extremly important. We have not, and will never delete any messages from the forums, be they public or private forums. We are sorry if this has happened while the thread has been locked, and our team is currently looking into why that post has been deleted.
    We will keep you up to date with an incident report once the team has had a chance to investigate as well as with proposed solutions to these issues.

  • Trouble with signing up for new service.

    Hello, I have a problem that I hope you can help with. Tuesday I went online to see if I qualified for your service with no deposit(I did). Unfortunately, I never saw a confirmation notice of approval and I went a few steps too far and actually purchased the phones from you. This wasn't what I intended and I called to cancel. That went ok, but the items had already shipped. I was informed by customer service to just refuse the items and Fedex will send the phone package back.
    Wednesday, I never got the shipment and called Fedex to find out why. Apparently you had requested it get returned and that is what they are doing. As of last night it was en route back to you.
    Thinking everything with that was taken care of, I decided to still sign up for Verizon Wireless, but wanted to go through Best Buy for the Gold and Blue Galaxy s5's. When I get there I am informed that I already have an account, yet there is no phone number associated with it. So the Best Buy rep has no idea how to proceed, as they cannot set up new service since it appears I already have an account. Nor could they do a work around and upgrade as I had no number.
    While I was at the store I tried calling customer service and they were very rude and said they had to have the phones that I ordered back on their way to them. I said they were and told them that I could look on the fedex site and see that they were en route. But the customer service rep was unwilling to help any further.
    I was wanting to move over to Verizon as I've heard the service and support was much better than ATT. But I am pretty tired of this mess. I am reaching out to you via facebook and this forum to see what my options are. I was wanting to get these phones by this weekend as the specials that Best Buy were offering may go away. 
    Please let me know what can be done.

    According notebook specification AC power supply for your notebook has part number PA3290E-3AC3. I dont know where do you live but Googling around and using this part number as search term you will, I hope, find enough online stores where you can order new AC adapter.
    You can also contact nearest Toshiba service provider and ask them to order it for you.
