Issue with the Travel Management Workflow

Hi Experts,
I have developed a Custom Travel Managment Workflow which is triggered whenever a Trip is created in SAP. Now in the Workflow If I change the trip and Save the Trip again my Workflow is triggering because the CREATED event is triggering along with the CHANGE event (Verified through SWEL transaction) which doing SAVE operation. I am not sure why CREATED event is triggering instead I am expecting only CHANGE event should trigger.
Please help me how can I achieve the above request.

Hi Srinivas,
It is a standard behavior of Travel workflow. Even you change the travel request, the Created event will trigger.
But you can manage this using Fork step and Wait event. In the workflow create a forq atep and create a wait for event in one branch. In the wait for event, create a BUS2089 - Changed.
In the fork branch will be 2 and necessary branch should be 1. So if the change event occured the wait step will be triggered. In this branch you can implement your business logic.

Issue with the Drag Manager for Mac+Firefox combination

The drag manager is not capturing the drag events when using Flash 10.0.44.2 + Mac OS 10.6.3 + Firefox 3.6.3 (it fails even in older version of firefox).
(When i drag an image from TileList into the canvas, the image is not dragable for about 1 minute, after 1 minute anywhere i am able to drag it).
This works fine when tested on the below combinations: Flash 10.0.44.2 + Mac OS 10.6.3 + Safari (any version) and also in Flash 10.0.44.2 + Mac OS 10.6.2 + Any browser.
Any help will be greatly appreciated as this one issue is holding us from going live with our new website.

My code works perfectly in all other browser and operating system combinations.
This is a operating system/browser specific problem i am facing.
Please can any one of you help, as it is a huge showstopper for my work.

Issue with the Instance Manager !

Hello,
I have schedule a report, where it will generate a .pdf file and save in the specfic folder every day.
Today when i see in Instance Manager the report schdule status was failed but still i recieved my .pdf file.
Error Message: The Web Intelligence server is busy. Save pending changes, and try again later. Please contact if the problem persists to the BusinessObjects administrator to continue. (Error: ERR_WIS_30284).
How can this be possible? Please help? Why instance manager is showing failed status?

I think you have schedule the Job adjusted some parameters to increase the
1) Number of retries allowed
2) Increase the time intervals

Travel Management workflow WS20000050.

I am using Travel Management workflow WS2000050. The workflow works fine in ourdev system But in PRD when the superior resends the work item back for corrections, in the traveller login, when the traveller tries to open the work item, it opens the Travel Expense screen instead of the Travel request which is up for correction.
Any idea ?

Symptom
You would like to use the standard workflow WS20000050 'Approve travel request' with the travel request of Transaction TRIP.The following errors occur:
If the travel request is approved in the workflow (or in Transaction PR05), the status in the overview of Transaction TRIP stays 'Request recorded' (only in Release 4.6C);
 * If the travel request is changed by the receiver of the workflow, Transaction PR05 is called up instead of Transaction TRIP;
If a generated travel request is changed with Transaction TRIP, the system triggers no 'Changed' event;
If an approved travel request is changed with Transaction TRIP, the status of the travel request is not reset (only Release 4.6B);
If an approved travel request is changed with Transaction PR05, the status of the travel request in Tansactin TRIP is not reset (only Release 4.6C);
Events are triggered several times when you save the travel request;

Issue with the pVal.BeforeAction in Item_Pressed event

Hi all,
I am facing an issue with the pVal.BeforeAction in the Item Pressed event.
In delivery notes, When I press the Add button, i am getting the control, which is passing through both of the if blocks [if (pval.BeforeAction=True)block and if(pVal.BeforeAction=False)].
But
When I try the delivery using Pick and Pack Manager form with in the Inventory Menu, I am getting the same Delivery form in Add Mode. When I click the Add button in the form, the control is passing through the if(pCal.BeforeAction=true) block successfully, but after that, the form closes and it never comes to the if(pVal.BeforeAction=false) block.
I need to run the codes, what i have written in the second if block, in this case also.
Is it possible?
Please help me to solve this issues.

Hi. Trying to connect iomega ext. HD. i have to reformat for Mac. When i plug in & go to Disk Utility,the external shows up and i'm supposed to click "partition". When i do, a box comes up saying ""Disk Utility has lost its connection with the Disk Management Tool and cannot continue. Please quit and relaunch Disk Utility." I quit and relaunched, same results. After googling my question, i came up with this:
"Disk Utility has lost its connection with the Disk Management Tool and cannot continue. Please quit and relaunch Disk Utility."
(Quitting and reopening Disk Utility does not help.)
The following also appears in Console log:

Workaround
Quit Disk Utility.
From the Finder's Go menu, choose Go to Folder....
Type the following, then click OK: /Library/Receipts
Temporarily remove these iTunes receipts from /Library/Receipts (sort the folder alphabetically as a list):
iTunes.pkg
iTunes4.pkg
You can put them on the desktop, for example. Do not remove iTunesX.pkg or iTunes Phone Driver.pkg.
Open Disk Utility and repair disk permissions again.
Quit Disk Utility.
Put the removed iTunes receipts back in /Library/Receipts.
Note: This issue does not affect Disk Utility's verify or repair disk features.
All seemed good, for a moment, until, upon going back to Disk Utility after removing itunes4.pkg and putting on desktop (i did not have itunes.pkg to remove) the same thing was happening. When i highlite my iomega ext. on left of page, disk perrmissions is grayed and does not allow me to click on it. Same problem from the start. Can somebody please help me out here? That would soooo awesome. Thanx!

You shouldn't be scared of that, because you should already have backups. If you don't have backups, then backing up is the first priority.
Insert the Snow Leopard DVD and restart. When you hear the chime, hold down the C key and keep holding it until the Apple logo appears on the display. You should now see the language selection screen. Select your language, then choose Utilities > Disk Utility from the menu bar. In the Disk Utility window, select the external drive (not the internal). The drive may already have a data partition, in which case there will be another icon below the drive icon. Choose the drive icon, then select the Partition tab. Create a single partition with the default options (GUID partition table, Mac OS X Extended Journaled).
When the partitioning is done, select the startup volume on your internal drive in the DU window. Select the Restore tab. Drag the icon of the startup volume to the "Source" field. Then drag the icon of the newly-created volume on the external drive to the "Destination" field. Make sure you have this right. Then click the Restore button, and the data on your startup volume will be copied to the external drive.

OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.5.0) - Issue with starting Node Manager

Have anyone faced an issue with starting Node Manager in OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.5.0)? OS is 64 bit Linux, WebLogic is 10.3.5. I used the software-install method and followed by running config.sh. Everything completed successfully. I updated the catalog and rpd location in the FMW control screen.
To get it activated I bounced services and when I try to start Node Manager it gives below error --

I see the same issue reported in ML OBIEE 11g - Node manager fails to start upon upgrade [ID 1329442.1] and WebLogic Server: Node Manager Startup is Failing with java.io.IOException: Unsupported cypher suite [ID 1329260.1] I tried to modify commEnv.sh. But it didnt help me.
Please let me know if anyone have faced similar issue and what exactly did you do to resolve it.

Hi,
There are Two types of Cipher suites --- Certicom Cipher Suite and SunJSSE Equivalent Cipher Suite. And with Weblogic 10.3.5, you are using Sun JSSE Cipher Suite, and by default Node Manager uses the Certicom Cipher Suite.
In the nodemanager.properties, Add CipherSuite=SSL_RSA_EXPORT_WITH_RC4_40_MD5, save and restart Node Manager.

As you cannot access you can go for standrad one.
SAP provides standard workflow for Trip Approval work flow in the travel management (FI) : WS20000040
You can go to tcode SWDD and you can analyse the scnario and flow.

Issues with the Nokia N96????

Im currently on a contract with THREE network here in england. I am due my upgrade, and I was planning to go from the N95 to the N96 - on paper it looks like an awesome handset.
Ive been into my network suppliers shop today to ask about the N96, and was warned by the manager in the shop that Nokia have ceased shipping these handsets to them due to complaint and problems with the processor on the handset.
Ive been warned by several people that the handset is very slow, freezes up when performing anything demanding, or even when trying to find a file on the handsets internal memory and thats its just not fast enough.
The manager in the Three shop told me that there is an issue with the processor not being powerful enough for the phone, and the amount of memory the phone has. He also said that software teams across most UK networks were working around the clock on a software update to paper over the cracks, but he reckoned that this wouldnt fix the problem completely, as the chip is just not up to scratch full stop.
I just wanted to find out how true everything he is saying actually is. I know first hand from people I know who own them that this handset is infact really quite slow, and Im now put off owning one at all. If there is someone in the know actually from Nokia reading this, your replies would be appreciated I really want this phone and have done since I heard about it, but Im not prepared to risk signing a new 18 month contract with my network, and then end up with a handset which is not fit for purpose!

The N96 as shipped with the v10 firmware had major issues.
The v11 update fixed most of these and the v12 was a further improvement.
Your shop manager is lost about what is happening with the firmware. The networks themselves don't write it or fix problems, instead nokia provides them with the updates and they alter them with there own network branding, add apps etc. before allowing Nokia to make it available to those who hold there branded handsets, some of these alterations have made the problems worse.
Because it takes the networks time and money to do this to every firmware patch they are sometimes slow to release or don't release at all.
Note that it is rumoured that Nokia are working on the v20 update but no release date has even been rumoured yet

display of an image through Microsoft Picture Manager, I asked about registration. Several times I answered yes, and license code, implementation of tracing the proceeds smoothly. The problem is that by next preliminary to display images with Picture Manager
and it does not hsuker that I am registered and authenticated user.
What to do and what can I check out?

Z40-70 compatibility issue with your power management system

I noticed today that the Action Center says "Compatibility issue with your power management system." The description underneath is: Your power management system isn't working peoperly because a compatible driver is not available for this version of Windows. When I click on View message details it just says "Your computer was unable to download the solution at this time. Check to make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and then try to download the solution again later." All power related functionalities however seem to be working. Battery is charging; battery percentage is showing; I can adjust screen brightness. I am not sure when exactly this problem started but it defenitely was not there before. Tried downloading and fixing the Power Management Software and updating BIOS. Still have the same message. System: Windows 8.1 64-bit

What model do you have? Can you post your MTM or model name?
Sometimes these messages are a false alarm.

After downgrading form win10 back to 8.1 due to endless driver malfunction and a significant decrease in overall performance, I got this message in windows action center: “Compatibility issue with your power management system”. When I click on it it says: This solution could not be downloaded
Most likely causes:
• Your computer was unable to download the solution at this time. Check to make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and then try to download the solution again later. As you can see, my internet connection is fine. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks,

Issue with the recovery

Hello, I have a Hp Pavillion laptop Model number: HP2000-2202TU with preinstalled Windows 8.I had some issues with the virus so i formatted my laptop and directly installed windows 10.I was unable to use the product key of the Windows 8 to activate windows 10.From friends and this forum i got an advice to recover the Windows 8 and then upgrade it to Windows 10.But i am trying it from two days i am unable to go back again to windows 8.I am unable to find which version of windows 8 is installed on this model.I am not finding the windows 8 64 bit to download.Can you please tell me what to do or can give me links for1. HP recovery management downloads2. which version of windows 8 was installed?3. Link for the windows 8 64 bit which i can use this OEM product Key.Any other methods to overcome this.

According to the matrix documentation of 11 release 1 which clearly state that 9.2.0.8 can support all as my installation
as following
databases version (9.2.1.0, 9.2.0.8, 10.2.0.4, 11.1.0.6)
Rman catalog database + Schema + Rman utility is (9.2.0.8) database
Now 11 release 2 matrix documentation says no you have to use 10.2.0.3 even oracle documents are confusing me
I have successfully registered all the database in my catalog as well run ( crosscheck archivelog all, report schema ) was functioning smoothly
when its came to the integration part to HP - Data Protector it started to through me an error ( this version of database its not compatible with recovery manager)
