I preordered and picked up this game and I have yet to receive my $10 BB rewards yet while a few of my friends have received theirs.

I wouldn't worry just yet! It typically takes 15-20 days from the time of shipment or pickup for pre-order bonus certificates to post, and they may not always appear as pending. Hello!
I recently got off the phone with a Best Buy representative and wanted to confirm what was said is true. I was late on jumping on the order ship for Shadow of Mordor. I was planning on pre-ordering, but was waiting for confirmation on which is the "better" version (PS4 vs Xbox One, resolutiongate continues!). As a result, I didn't "pre-order" and ordered it today.
The phone representative said that any order before the 3rd of October still qualifies for the pre-order bonuses (despite the game coming out on September 30th). Is this true? I'd like to confirm that I'll be receiving the $10 rewards certificate and pre-order bonus code before picking up the game.
I'd confirm it myself, but it appears the My Reward Zone site has changed and you can no longer see pending points.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Like Kinsella5 mentioned, pre-order bonuses are typically only available to customers who reserve an eligible item prior to its release date and subsequently purchase it. I'm not personally aware of such an extension being offered, so I'd have to say the rep you spoke with was mistaken.

I purchased Shadow of Mordor and at the time it was still advertising the $10 rewards certificate for doing so. However I just looked at my Purchase History and it did not append the bonus 500 points ($10 reward credit) as it has done with similar purchases in the past. Please Help!

Missing "pre order points" for Shadow of Mordor.

I've recently received Shadow of Mordor, I had the game pre ordered, but I'm positive that I didn't receive the 500 bonus points for pre ordering. I can't tell if they're pending or what with the new system, and I can't report those points missing through the "report missing points" menu.
Can I get some help with that?

It can generally take up to 20 days for points to post to a member's My Best Buy™ and Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor was only released a few days ago (9/30/2014), so it might be a few more days before any points officially post to your account. As far as I can tell though, your pre-order should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus points. Missing Pre Order 500 Points for Shadow of Mordor.

I preordered Shadow of Mordor on 9/19 and picked it up on release date. Purchase point was posted to my account today, but I'm not seeing bonus points pending or posted to my account.

Please keep in mind that these bonus points may not appear as pending along side the base points. $10 in rewards for pre-ordering Shadow of Mordor?

On 9/12/14, I pre-ordered Shadow of Mordor for PS4. I picked it up on release day and it's been four days and I haven't seen the points show up on my account. I understand that it takes up to 15 days for them to post but when I look up my pre-order I don't even have the 500 points pending. I pre-ordered Destiny with the same offer and that at least showed that the points are pending. Will the site update with "Victory is Pre-Ordered" listing? I just want to make sure that I get the points for the purchase.

Shadow of Mordor Price match adjustment request.

Hi, I am writing this post because I am asking for a price match adjustment on my purchase from 9/24/2014. I am an elite plus member so I have 45 days to get an adjustment and I am also a gamers unlocked member. I will supply my order number to any BBY admin who messages me. $10 reward certificate for Shadow of Mordor.

I am hoping that the string of errors that I have encountered does not prevent me from getting the reward certificates that should come with pre-ordering Shadow of Mordor. Let me start my adventure with this....
On August 6th, I preordered Shadow of Mordor, along with two other games, on the same reciept. Now, I wanted Shadow of Mordor for my PS4 and the other two for Xbox One. I didn't pay attention and the checkout person made all 3 of them for the Xbox One. After I noticed I told her about the mistake and she assured me that I can still use it for the PS4 version and that my reward certificates wouldn't be affected. Okay, so I bought into that.
When I went to purchase Shadow of Mordor on September 30th I was assured again that it would be okay. Now, I thought I had nothing to worry about....but as I looked at the reciept yesterday I just noticed that the customer service person never used the pre-order credit towards the game....sigh. I didn't notice at the time because I used some reward certiciates, the gamers club discount, and a gift card. I didn't do the math in my head because I was rushing and just got off work.
Is there anything I can do to get the $10? What happens to my unused pre-order credit now that the game has been released? I don't lose it do I? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Missing Pre-Order $10 Certificate

Hello -
I recently pre-ordered and purchased Shadows of Mordor, and I don't think my $10 RZ certificate is processing correctly. When I pre-ordered, I selected the XB1 version, but chose to switch to the PS4 version when I picked it up.
I asked the CS Rep when I picked it up if switching to the PS4 version would void my RZ Cert reward, but he had already canceled out the original pre-order at that point. And then told me I wouldn't qualify for it now due to the way pre-orders are handled.
I'm hoping someone can look at my purchase history and see that I preordered the game and purchased it - I just ended up buying it on a different platform - and grant me the $10 RZ Cert.

The 500 bonus points you can receive by way of the "Get $10" pre-order promotion is a great offer, so I can understand feeling concerned that the last minute change with your Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor pre-order may prevent the bonus points from posting to your My Best Buy™ account. If your pre-order had to be cancelled because of the change from Xbox One to PS4, then the bonus points may not post to your account because it took place after the game was officially released.
