Payment Program Document not automatically Cleared

Hi,
We created payments through F110 payment program and the vendor invoices were paid on 14th October.
We then ran the program again on 31st October and the same invoices were paid again.
We use the payment list to manually pay the telegraph transfer.
On investigation I can see the the payment document for the one on the 14th didnt automatically create a clearing document and is still open. 
Can anyone tell me how this would not clear down and how to check for such errors if they seem to go through the payment program ok.

Hi,
I could look into Tolerance Groups are proper set for the Company Codees. If the Tolerance Groups are not set properly, it would stop from clearing the documents.
I also hope you have set the config. steps proper in FBZP.

    In some instances when an invoice has been cancelled the accounting documents are not cleared automatically (while in most cases they are).
    Any idea why this would be.I would expect them to be linked and cancel each other out and therefore clear.

    Hey Satya,
    We didn't get any specific information why the automatic clearing is not happening. This is just behaving as if config was never made.
    Wierd thing is this is not the case in all the scenario's. in case of order related billing the clearing for cancellations happens fine and in some other sales orgs the clearing happens automatically.
    Do you have any idea where the clearing is actually linked in the configuration ?

  • Safari 3 - History does not automatically clear

    I have selected in my Safari Preferences for the history to automatically clear after one day. After waiting a week, it has not cleared. I have the same setting on both of my macs (I have an iMac and a PowerBook G4), but Safari has not cleared the history automatically on either of them.
    Does anyone know why the history is not automatically clearing? Is anyone else having this issue?

    So the issue is only that it will not automatically clear?
    Does it clear when you Reset Safari?
    (menu bar > Safari > Reset Safari)
    Can you test this in a new user.
    Create a new test user account.
    (Top left Apple > System Preferences > Accounts > unlock bottom right padlock > click '+' > username: test > Create account)
    Log out of current account, then login to test
    (Apple > Logout > choose Test)
    Then test for a while and see if the history automatically clears.
    Note: You will have to go through and set up these options again in Safari.
    If it doesn't work, you may need to Software Update, or delete Safari and Reinstall...
    or just reset your safari every now and then

  • Automatic Payment Program(F111) not picking Bank Sub accounts

    Dear all,
    The entiries genertaed from automatic payment program(F111) is not picking the bank sub accounts (Receipts/Payment GLs) which are given in the following node:-
    Financial Accounting --> Bank Accounting --> Business Transactions -->Payment Transactions --> Payment Request --> Define Clearing Accts forReceiving Bank for Acct. Transfer
    It is picking the Main Bank GL, which has given in bank master(FI12).
    Please advise.

    Is to decide bank sub account of the sending bank, when you are doing Bank to Bank transfer. This is manditory for cash management bank to bank transfer. Please read the config documentation again.
    I just cut and paste from SAP documentaion.
    "In this activity you define the offsetting accounts for the receiving bank accounts for bank account transfers (payments between house bank accounts) which should be posted to when payment is made.
    The entries are necessary when payment requests are created for cash management payment advice notes that result from cash concentration, for example. The offsetting accounts for the paying house bank are determined by the payment program specifcations and the payment methods used. The offsetting accounts for the receiving house bank cannot be determined from these specifications, however, but can be defined in this section. "
    Now, when you are creating payments with F111 and if you want to get sub accounts for house bank you have to do the following config.
    F111 -> Maintain Configuration -> Bank determination -> Bank accounts ( for each accont id and payment method combination ).
    Then you will see payments from this sub accounts and you have to setup posting rule to clear this account if you are doing EBS.

  • Payment Document not getting Cleared

    Hi Experts,
    I have created a document type for incoming payments and used the same for Clearing Sales Invoices. Now i am not able to reverse the same using FBRA and FB08 as well
    In FBRA i get the following error message
    Document xxxxxxxxxxx xx 2011 is not a clearing document
    In FB08 i get the following error message
    Document includes already cleared items - reversal not possible
    Please advice

  • Automatic Payment program checks not asigned in order

    Hi All,
    I configure Bank Details mandatory for check payments  in FBZP -> Payment menthod in Country -> India -  check payments-->In required master record specification - > check Bank details , then all vendors maintain bank details in master (fk02).
    Before this configuration in APP run Payment vouchers and check numbers assigned in Vendor Code order.
    After this configuration Payment vouchers generated in Vendor code order and Check numbers generated in Vendor Bank account Number order.
    My requirement is payment vouchers and check allotment in vendor code order only, Please guide me how to solve this issue.

    i am assing same role both users both user while doing f110 posting one use is succesed and another user was some time was sucesse ful and sometime getting error spool not created i tested in testing client same role here sucess.i checked in sm37 also but no error user go to sp02  some time he can display. whenever got the errore massage  he cann't see the display option.i cann't understand this problem.

    My guess is your user  SPAD - ADMIN ( Check over there )setup is incomplete, but as this is generally a BASIS responsibility
      spool requested is not created.

  • Document not auto cleared after performing FF67

    Hi all,
    firstly i would like to acknowledge that i'm using version 4.7.
    after performing FF67, bank recon document generated in main bank & clearing bank GL accounts. But it is not auto clear in the clearing bank GL account. the treatment is as post GL account & manual clear.
    after checking:-
    1. trans type ABC using int. algorithm 15 - use assignment field to clear.
    2. posting type in posting rule is 4 - clear debit GL account
    in FF67 screen variant, assignment field entered the same as assignment value in clearing bank account. by right, the documents will clear off automatically.
    anyone can assist what else that i miss out?

    we can perform manual clearing or F.13, but the pupose of having such posting rule and posting type is to minimize steps of clearing.
    by right, once ff67 posted, the clearing bank gl account will get cleared.

  • Cash desk and payment lots documents not updating in DFKKOP table

    Dear Experts,
    I have noticed that my cash desk payments and payment lot documents are not getting updating in the DFKKOP table. I have identified that for this documents, the document class is updated with "1" which means "Document does not have FI-CA items".
    But, the postings where shown in the FPL9 transactions and clearing is happening as per the settings and requirements.
    So please update me, on what basis the system would determine the document class for the document types in contract accounting..
    Your inputs on this issue will be really helpful for me.

    Hi Aditya,
    In a simple word, whichever documents are posted with MAIN/SUB creates a new row in DFKKOP with document number in DFKKOP-OPBEL.
    If a payment is posted as an open credit item, it should be there DFKKOP-OPBEL field and BETRW and BETRH will be populated with payment amount.
    However if a payment is posted as a clearing document against a debt, system updates that row of DFKKOP where DFKKOP-OPBEL is the cleared document number (debt, mostly an invoice). Clearing document (DFKKOP-AUGBL) of that row is updated with the payment document number.
    In either of the cases DFKKKO and DFKKOPK are updated and below are the reason.
    DFKKKO - document header level information (as who created, at what time, origin key, reco key etc.)
    DFKKOPK - (GL level information of the document)
    For payment lot and payment document related information you can refer DFKKZK, DFKKZP and DFKKZPT tables.

  • GRNI G/L Acc not automatically clearing (reconciling)

    Hi Everyone
    My GRNI account is continuing to build up and build up transactions without automatically reconciling itself.
    (I.e.: the Credit posted from the GR PO is not automatically reconciling with the Debit posted from the AP Invoice.)
    What could be the reasons for this?
    Is there a tick box I’m missing somewhere perhaps?
    I found this thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/1575608 which has a similar issue but the solutions are inconclusive.
    To try and cover what I done so far:
    My G/L Account Determination Allocation Account is posting to my GRNI Account, this is both at the main level and at the warehouse level as set by my Item. The warehouse has been ticked as Nettable.
    I have done an Internal Reconciliation to manually reconcile the all Debits and Credits in the GRNI account so I’m left with just the open items (or GRPO’s where there is no Vendor/Supplier Invoice received yet)
    I have run the SQL query from the thread above which pointed me to two JE entries which I’ve also manually reconciled.
    My SAP Version is 8.81 PL:08
    One possible solution offered in the thread is “You need to check the links between GRPO and AP Invoices.  Some links must be wrong or broken.”  - Does this mean the base and target document links in both the document row tables could be incorrect?
    Any further help will be gladly received.

    Hi,
    Goods Received Not Invoiced is the account balancing Stock on the Goods Receipt PO document. In SAP Business One this is referred to as 'Allocation Account' in Ware House and Item Group accounts definitions.
    Goods Receipt PO:
    Debit  - Stock
    Credit - Goods Received Not Invoiced
    AP Invoice based on Goods Receipt PO:
    Debit  - Goods Received Not Invoiced
    Credit - Supplier
    The account will also be used in similar way when posting Goods Returns and when either closing this manually or basing an AP credit on the return.
    Rule:
    If there are no open Goods Receipt POs/Goods Returns in the system this account should have a balance of zero.

  • Payment program F110 not generating IDoc

    Hi All
    while running payment program F110 I get a sucess message IDocs generated for company code and payment method, In the payment log i see this infomation.
    when i check these IDoc's in WE02 I can't find any of these IDoc's. It looks to me the program RFFOEDI1 with the variant I created is not getting executed in spite of the check box "Generate IDoc" being checked.
    can any one suggest what would be wrong?

    Thanks for the quick response. Following are the config made with forms;
    In Paying company code setup:
        Form for payment adivce: F110_US_AVIS
        EDI accompanying sheet form: F110_EDI_01
    In Payment method in company code:
        Form for payment medium : F110_EDI_01
        Next form : F110_US_DTA
    I have checked with all other configuration and seems to be in place. Please let me know if these config regarding forms are correct.
    When I run the program REFFOEDI1 with the variant I created these IDocs are getting generated. These are not getting generated when I run the payment program F110. I am missing some thing which is not triggering this program from payment program. Please let me know if you have any suggestion.

  • Invoice not automatically cleared while reversed

    Dear SAP experts,
    we are facing the problem which lasts from year 2002. There was posted an accrual invoice in period 06/2002. This invoice was reversed in period 07/2002 with Reversal Reason "Actual reversal in closed period (RED)".
    Both invoices (invoice and its reversal) are now showing as not cleared in FBL3N. Also there does not exist the field "Clearing date" on any of line items. But at the document header we can see the connection to the reversal (Reversed by....).
    When we try to simulate the same situation in the test system, there is always the connection field "Clearing date" and it is not showing in FBL3N.
    Is there any possibility to connect the invoice and its reversal (item by item)?

    You have to include the field BKPF-STBLG in the below path if you are in versions less than ECC
    FBL3N (G/L account line item display)
    Financial Accounting
      General Ledger Accounting
        G/L Accounts
          Line Items
            Display Line Items with ALV
              Define Special Fields for Finding and Sorting Data
    Once the changes are done, you can see the reversed document against the line items display in FBL3N.

  • Billing document not getting cleared

    Hi all experts,
    The billing document was cancelled through transaction vf11, but i can see that it is still over due in transaction fbl5n. then i tried to clear the billing document through transaction f-32 but i can find only the debit amount and not the credit amount. i tried to clear it in f.13 by selecting only "documents that can be cleared" and "error messages" but cannot find the document. if i select the option "document that cannot be cleared" then it is showing up.
    i cant understand what is the problem . can any one help me

    Good evening and greetings,
    Normally for a cancellation of invoice it is assigned to Billing Type S1 and that needs to configured as appropriately as F1/F2 (Normal Billing)...If S1 that is the cancellation of invoice is not relevant for accounting, then the credit item will not be available in the account and that is the reason the system is not able to clear the same...Please configure the S1 properly and release the S1 document to accounting to generate the accounting entry and then clear it...

    Whenever we post any invoice documents, those documents are clearing automatically with clg doc no "ALE-EXTERN". The thing is it is happening only in Quality system. There are no probs in DEV & PRD systems.

    Hi,
    As a standard, whenever you are receiving collections without refering to any invoice, both the items (means customer invoice and receipts) will appear in the dunning notice... !!!
    If the collection received by using SPL GL indicator, then you have to activate the particular SPL GL indicator in T Code FBMP and SP. GL indicator tab
