Responsible employee is comming by default when BP is created

Hi,
When i create sold-to or ship-to BP , has the responsible employee relation is getting attached , any idea how to stop this ?

Hi,
If you mean the default employee responsible is coming when creating a new BP,try commenting out the following method:
SET_DEFAULT_OWNER_DATA
You'll have to enhance the bp_head component if you have not already done so.View name:BP_HEAD/AccountDetails
Context node: EMPLOYEERESPONSIBLE
The mentioned method will be available in this employee responsible CN class.

This is to inquiry about a new behavior seen after SP15 and need your
help to confirm if it's because of SP15.
Before SP15:
When Buyer tried to Change GOA, (where Responsible Employee field has a
user who was Deleted in the System), the system will give a hard error
that "User is Deleted". Buyer didn't have the ability to Change the GOA
Responsible Employee field as the system didn't allow it. Therefore,
we had to Re-instate the Responsible Employee user back live and change
the GOA along with the Responsible Employee field value.
Now:
When Responsible Employee is now deleted, Buyer will be able to Change
the Responsible Employee field value for an existing GOA and Release it.
Please let me know if you see any SAP note that solved this issue.

Hi,
It might heppen , if reconsilation jobs are not set in your SAP sytem which does not update user data.
there are some housekeeping jobs need to set for authorization updates as per SAP recommndations to avoid such situations.

Safari on rMBP has 200% zoom level by default when viewing standalone images.

I have a MacBook Air 13" Mid 2010 and recently purchased a MacBook Pro with Retina Display 15" Mid 2012. I have updated Safari to 6.0 on both machines, but here comes the problem when I use Safari to view a standalone image on my rMBP.
Normally when I view a standalone image on Safari, the zoom level is 100% which means I see the actual pixeles of the image. Once you open an image in a new tab or a new window, if the dimensions of the image is bigger than the window, let's say 5000x4000, the dimensions of the image will be adjusted to fit within the window. And then the cursor becomes a tiny circle with the "+" sign inside (sorry for my poor description, I hope you can get it) which is the zoom icon, by clicking the image you zoom to the actual pixels of the image which shows 100% of the image.
However this works on my MBA but it doesn't on my rMBP as the zoom level is 200% by default. The following web pages are the ones where I found to have the same problem and they have better explanations:

Sorry for the long post, but I just wonder if there is a way to fix the problem or if Apple can do it?

I've seen this reported before -- sometimes PSE needs to have the zoom set to even multiples of 25%. You can try searching Adobe's site to see if anyone has found a solution.

How come My Sites can only be created when logged directly onto the Sharepoint Server?

   In Synchronization I populate the container with OU's that contain
Service accounts, user accounts created in the Sharepoint farm and a
domain local group containing a OU with all of the trusted user accounts.
   AFter populating the container I perform a User Profile Synchronization.
   After the User Profile Synchronization finishes MIISClient shows "success"
including the OU containing the trusted user accounts.
   Although I cannot Find all of the trusted users individually in Manage User Profile I
can find them with the peoplepicker when I add them to the web application
and the My Site Host application.
   The problem is if I logon directly onto the Sharepoint server with an account created
in the Sharepoint farm I can create a My Site with that account. But if a trusted user
logs onto their computer and tries to create a My Site they get an error stating
the page can't be displayed.
    Even if I click "sign on as a different user" on the trusted user computer
and with a user account that was created in the Sharepoint farm and try to create a
My Site I get the error stating the page can't be displayed.
    The reason the page can't be displayed on the trusted users computer is because although
it can access the My Site Host application it cannot access its default.aspx page.
    So the question is how come when creating a My Site the My Site Host default.aspx page
cannot be accessed from the trusted user computer but when creating a My Site directly on
the Sharepoint Server the default.aspx page can be accessed and the trusted user and/or the
user account created in the farm can access the default.aspx page and create a My Site?

How many servers you have in farm?
Are you using a single domain or there are multiple domains involved ?

How to collapse all bookmarks by default when rendering mode is set to PDF?

I have a SSRS 2012 report that I open via URL in PDF rendering mode. The report contains document map that renders as bookmark when opened as PDF. Everything works as intended but when I open the bookmarks tab in Acrobat, all of the bookmarks
are expanded by default. I know I can "collapse top-level bookmarks" but none of the lower lever bookmarks collapse. What I am wondering is, is there a way to collapse all bookmarks by default, as opposed to what seems like everything
is expanded by default, when I open the report in PDF rendering mode?

Rule modeler for responsible employee

Hello gurus,
I have a requirement to determine the responsible employee for a document based on the hierarchies replicated from R/3
I read it is possible to do this when the hierarchy is replicated as price
I was requested to do a Z table to link the hierarchy nodes to the org structure, but I want to see if it is possible to extend the category modeler to include region and city from the BP to determine the org structure where the responsible employee is assigned instead of creating a new table (anyone from the org should be able to process) this will apply for a particular document type, so I also want to understand correctly the usage of the contexts

US employee getting error in ESS when accessing 'view my benefits'

Hello All,
We are facing a problem with Benefits on ESS. An employee was divorced so he removed his spouse from benefits coverage. Infotype 21, subtype 1 (spouse) record was delimited as of 4/30/2011 and infotype 21, subtype 10 (ex spouse) was created effective 5/1/2011. New infotype 167 records were created effective 5/1/2011 and the spouse was not covered.
Now the employee is getting an error when trying to access the 'view my benefits' app. The first line indicates a problem determining the infotype 21, subtype 1. If I extended the infotype 21, subtype 1 record to the end of time (instead of being delimited), it resolved the error. However, we don't want that record to be valid to the end of time because then the system allows the 'spouse' to be convered by the employee's insurance even though they are divorced.
Further, this issue is being faced only for this employee. I have checked all the settings and have found nothing different.
The Error on the portal is as:
"A critical error has occured. Processing of the service has been terminated. Unsaved data has been lost.
Please contact your system administrator.
Details cannot be determined for related person 1/ "

Distribute Leads for responsible employees

Dear experts,
I need your help for distributing Leads in the CRM2007.
I have build a distribution role where I have assigned (00000014 u2013 employee responsible) as value for set the parameter function. The program CRM_DD_BATCH has assigned the responsible employee in the lead. But the employee gets no information (like an alert). Is there a possibility to send information to the responsible employee?

Yes I have customized the "DD_LEAD - Context for lead distribution". But there I can only reduce the attributes and the actions for the distribution.
In the context properties for DD_LEAD I have the follow parameter
ACTIVE Context is active X
OBJECT_TYPE Context for which kind of documents LEAD
I think that is correct because, when I s.tart the report CRM_DD_BATCH the rule works correct. But the responsible employee gets no information about the new lead.
The question is: Is it possible, that the responsible employee get an alert -or any other king of information- when they will assign to the lead?

Entries Should come by default in XD01

Can we do the setting like when we will create the Customer in XD01 some entries should come by default for the Fields in XD01 like Reconcillation A/c # 6458321, Payment term field- Check, Sort Key # 006 & Cash management Group # Z9.

The situation is we have more than one company codes & sales org. , Distrubtion channel & Division
I want the default entries only for one Sales Area.and for other Areas & Company codes it should be normal means no default Entries.
Will it be possible with this Tcode-SHDO ?

Back up all data, then test after each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved.
1. Press the down-arrow key. (Credit to ASC member iNeight.)
2. Quit and relaunch Safari. Force quit if necessary.
3. Click in the first field to be filled, and then select
Edit ▹ AutoFill Form
from the menu bar. You may have to reload the page in order to do this.
4. Select
Contacts ▹ Preferences ▹ vCard
and uncheck the box marked
Enable private me card
if it's checked.
5. Select your card in Contacts. Then select
Card ▹ Make This My Card
from the menu bar.
6. In Safari, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ AutoFill ▹ AutoFill web forms: Using info from my Contacts card

I need a small clarification.Agents should be able to send an alert or notification maito the responsible employee/group of a ticket in case of a customer follow-up. Is there any standard functinality is supports this requirment? Or is it needs development?

Hi,
Still you can use Action profile for your scenario as you can set action condition (can be any user status: Informed to Person Responsible) when to trigger notification mail to responsible person. The moment customer informs IC agent about issue IC agent will update User status and save the transaction it will send notification mail to responsible person.

if i clear the book so that it is all blanks and then try to load in the pictures i have it loses the chronology of the pictures that i had established in the album.
is there a way to import photos into an ibook template and keep the original order of the photos without having to do them one at a time?
also, is there a way to insert a photo rather than just dragging it? i have tried the cut and paste funciton but it doesn't seem to work, the target site doesn't seem to register with iphoto.

Photos are added to book in chronological order. So if you want to add them to a book in the order you have placed them manually in an album do the following:
1 - select all the photos in the album.
2 - use the Photos ➙ Batch Change ➙ Date menu option as shown here. Select any date and add 1 minute between photos.
3 - select just one photo from the album and create a book from it.
4 - in the book click on the Options button ➙ Book Settings button and make sure the checkbox for Auto-layout pages is unchecked.
5 - drag the album with your book photos onto the book icon and they will be imported into the Photos tray of the book in your pre-determined order but not into the pages themselves.
