Acouple of networking questions i have bt infinity 2 but have been getting problems with my second HH5. I have brought a RT-N66U router. on the hh5 ive disabled wifi and dhcp so that the N66U servers as the dhcp server( or is this wrong). I have a newwork cable plugged in from the WAN port on the HH5 to the cable/dsl modem port on the N66U. when i go to setup i select pppoe and then add the account of [email protected] with no password. this then just retries and times out. I tried putting a password of 12345 in and that ended up changing the password on the hh5 so that i had to remove it for the hh5 to be connected. Maybe the hh5 doesnt work as a router i have ordered a hg612 anyway to use insted of the hh5 but wondered if that would have the same problem.

PO not picking up the Price from Info Record ???

Hi,
Pricing Procedure and the Schema Grp is defined in Schema Determination in SPRO.
Schema Grp has been assigned in the Vendor Master.
Price has been maintained in the PB00 condition type in the Condition Supplements screen, but shows 'Zero' in the 'Purchasing Org. Data 1' screen of Info Record.
However, while creating PO the system does not pick up the Price from the Info Record and both the Condition Types PB00 and PBXX appears and display the Amount as 0.00 ? Also the system does not take the value entered in the 'Net Price' field and the Price can only be entered manually in the Conditon Type in the Conditions Tab ?
Can anyone help in resolving this issue ?

This requirement is met if the condition exclusion indicator is not equal to 'X'. <b>This requirement can be assigned to a condition type in the pricing procedure to ensure that it is not accessed when a condition record with exclusion indicator 'X' has already been found</b>. Condition exclusion is a general tool that can be used to exclude conditions from pricing based on previous conditions that have been found in the pricing procedure. This requirement is intended for use in MM pricing versus SD pricing. For SD pricing, a variation of requirement '2' should be used which would also check to see if the item category is relevant for pricing
2. You have define all your supplementory condition in supplementory pricing procedure and you have to assign this supplementory procedure to your Condition type PB00.Then all these conditions will be displayed at item level for selection in drop down.
Since the supplementory conditions are dependent on PB00, you have assign to the PB00.
If you maintain the values for these conditions in info record, these values will be copied from info to PO.

JDBC sender channel running but not picking up the data from sp

Hi,
One of the jdbc sender channels in production is running at its schedule time but it is not picking up the data from the sql side, we have checked with the sp side and they are saying that sp is running fine. No changes have been done in its configuration. Last message coming in RWB is Retry interval started but that is of 1 day and its already been 3 days. I tried by starting and stopping the channel but of no use. The channel was re activated but that also didn't help.
Please help, what can be the reason for the same.

The JDBCadapter ( The respective channel) is definitely locked in PI . Ideally for each polling interval a lock is being created and once the processing is over , the lock should be released/deleted automatically to allow further polling interval. If the lock is not released by the system automatically,further polling will not happen as expected. ( This may affect all sender JDBC adapters as well. I would recommend to do a check in all sender JDBC communication channels)
You can see/delete the locks in Visual admin.
Go to Server>Services->Locking adapter and click refresh
The entries for JDBC adapter ( with name $XIDBAD.JDBC2XI) should be deleted by selecting those particilar entries and click delete selected locks.
If you have more than one node, then same should be done in all server nodes.
The temprory solution would be creating/copy the existing channel in ID with same properties and assign it into particular sender agreement.
But, the lock may be created again which potentailly stops all your database interfaces. Hence i would suggest to use Disconnect From Database After processing of Each messages in Advanced tab in the sender JDBC adapter.
Hope this solves your issue.
PS: The same bahaviour would expected for all file adapter as well

Please check Sap note 381030
Along with other thing It says
"Delivery costs are generally not supported in external services management and in case
of blanket purchase orders, item category D or B. Instead of representing delivery
costs via conditions, in case of service documents, freight costs and other, SAP
recommends to add in additional service lines."
So that is the reason you are not getting those account entry in the time of service entry sheet
Use another service line with text ( or service master) for the additional costs as suggested by SAP

Photosmart C4180 does not pick up 10x15 photopaper from the photo paper cassette

What can I do to get the printer to pick up 10x15 photo paper from the photo paper cassette? It wil only print when feeding one piece of photo paper at a time. This is tedious and annoying. No problems with ordinary paper.

I am sorry to read about the issue you are having with your new Photosmart 6520 not picking up 4x6 paper. I understand you have cleaned the rollers and that did not resolve the problem. I have researched this and have found a couple of documents that I recommend you look at to ensure all of the print settings are correct when printing on a 4x6 or any other size you wish to print on.
I am unsure if you have a Windows or a Mac computer, therefore I will post 2 different links for you to look at depending on which operating system you have.

Receiving Open Interface not picking Inter-Org records from Interface

I am trying to receive the inter org transfer through the Receiving Open interface, but the interface not picking the data from the interface tables (RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE, RCV_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE).
I am in 11.5.10.2, all the sources worked fine like Vendor, Internal Order, Customer but the issue is with the Inventory source (inter orgs)
Please could you advise what could be the reason for the interface for not picking the Inventory source data from the interface table.

Custom Manage Property does not pick up the value from mapping crawl property

Hi All,
I have created a custom list with the column name that's called "category".
Then I ran full crawl and I saw the "ows_category" crawl property is created.
Then I create the manage property names as "Category" and map with the "ows_category" and run the full crawl again. (Retrivable, Searchable, Refinable options are checked)
After full crawl, I searched Category:keyword but it returned 0 result.
But when I search keyword, that list item is retuned
I tried to debug with the spsearch2013 tool and there is no "Category" manage property in the return XML.
It seems the Manage Property does not pick up value from the crawl property. (Something might be wrong with the index schema)
Do you have any suggestion?
Do I need to reset the index?

When you search ‘category’ in crawled properties(Central Administration->Search Service Application->Search Schema), you will see ows_Category is mapped to DiscussionCategory, like the screenshot:
So, I suggest you create a new column using another name, then test again, compare the result.

Profit center not picking correctly in PO from sales order

Hi Experts,
Profit center is not picking correctly.. in PO
In material master Profit center is configured as XXXX
We have raised a sales order for the same material with two line items (e.g) 1500 kgs & 1600 kgs and profit center has been changed in the sales order to YYYY
There is one purchase requistion for the same material with two line items
But we have raised two purchase order for each line item in which the same sales order is linked to these two purchase order.
In the first PO , for the first line item in sales order ie., 1500 kgs profit center is picked from the sales order ie, XXXX which is correct but in the second PO, for the second line item in sales order ie., 1600 kgs profit center is picking as YYYY ie which is configured in material master.
What could be reason ? Help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Check the Account assignment in the 2nd PO.. Does it have E as Acct Assgn Category?
It should have sales order as the account assignment... If yes, then it must pick up PC from the sales order...
Try to put a deletion flag to this PO and create a new one, if possible... You would come to know if some one has changed the PC

Import Standard Purchase Order not picking data when submitted from backend

Then using fnd_request , i am triggering the Standard Program for importing these Purchase Orders. The standard program is getting triggered and completing normally. But it is not picking any records. I am calling the program as follows:-

CS2 Eye dropper and clone tool not picking up correct colour from image.

Hello everyone, Can anyone help me please. I have an iMac with 0SX 10.4.4.
Plenty of Ram and hard drive space. In using CS2 the eyedropper and clone tools will not pick up the exact same colour from the image that I require. It is always lighter in shade and has on occasion been white. Any help in solving this problem will be much appreciated.

Really? Not from the pixels in the file? So the same pixels are reported with different values depending on monitor setup? This is about how the eyedropper reports pixel values, not about how they are rendered to the screen, is that correct?
Just to be sure here, this is so even with the eyedropper set to point sample?

GarageBand is not picking up MIDI output from my Technics KN800 keyboard

I recently purchased a M-Audio USB interface to connect my Technics KN800 keyboard to my Macbook Pro. My Macbook and GarageBand recognize that there is a MIDI device connected to it but when I play the keyboard, GarageBand doesn't pick up any sound from the instrument. Any ideas?

Same for me man.. my Yamaha PSR530 is recognized by garageband.. says "one midi device detected" yet no sound.. i've tried to find drivers and everything, and nothing seems to help. I hope someone can help you with this because I am stuck in the same place and it is driving me freaking batty!! so much music but can't get it going! darn it!

Exchange sync not picking up appts created from Lotus Invitation

We have two iphones syncing with Exchange. Everything is working well except some calendar items. Appointments that were created by accepting a invite from a Lotus Notes user (via an attached .ics file) are not syncing. They appear correctly on the calendar in Outlook they just don't sync with the iphone. This problem started around 7/15/09 prior to that it worked okay.
Any suggestions?

I frequently purchase/download music from I-Tunes and things have always run seamlessly, i.e. transferring the purchased songs into whatever playlists I want, or creating a new playlist and transferring songs from "purchased". Then the next sync between Ipod and pc picks up all the new additions. But not this time? So weird. I've changed nothing. So I don't know what I'm supposed to change (correct?) in order to get my new purchases onto the Ipod. Any further suggestions? I checked the link you gave me ... could see nothing more I could do. Acrobat 9 Pro PDF is not retaining original page settings from Word doc

The document I am trying to put into PDF format (from Word 2000, using Acrobat 9 Pro (trial version)) drops my original Word page settings (5.5" x 8.5") and defaults to 8.5" x 11" in the PDF. Using "Crop Pages" does not remedy the situation - the doc just stays at the larger size in Acrobat/PDF. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

Change the paper size in the printer properties before creating the PDF. This is the same as putting the proper paper in a physical printer.
