Sales area issue in CRM
Hi,
We have CRM 5.0 linked with R/3. BPs are maintained with sales area. Suddenly something has gone wrong in the system. When I try to open a BP, I get a message "There are no sales areas for maintenance". And I don't see any sales org in sales org dropdown in "sales area data".
I checked tables CRMM_BUT_LNK0010 and CRMM_BUT_SET0010. They still hold data.
Any idea what might have gone wrong?
Regards,
Kaushal
Hi,
I am also getting the same message. I would like to know the solution, but I don't think it is an autorisation issue, since my user is a sap_all, sap_new user.
Thanks,
Regards Camilla
I found the solution. I had not maintained the org.structure correctly.

Issue regarding sales area data in CRM standalone system
Hi Guys,
Currently we are working CRM 5.0 portal standalone system. we have defined a division and assigned it to Organization Structure. But when the user tries to assign the sales area in account management the system gives 2 options like
1.sales organization distribution channel and division
2.sales organization distribution channel and division(as blank)
now the user wants only with the combination of sales organization and distribution channel. Is there any way by which the sales araea without division can be deleted. so that it does not appear in Account managemnt sales area .
Regards
Basavaraj Patil.Hi Patil,
I couldn't check on my system at the moment.
But I just wonder if this has something to do with Dummy division.
Check that on SPRO (setting for master data org model, there is Dummy Division setting)
Hope this helps.

Sales Order Issue From CRM to R/3
Hi Gurus,
We have an issue where all Bulk ISS orders are showing up in the OTD BW reports as unreported even though they have been reported shipped. The issue appears to be, that for ISS orders only, the schedule line item number for the base bulk line, shows up as "4001" and not "1" as it typically does. The manual orders and all EDI orders do flow through with a schedule line number of "1", but not the ISS orders. Please investigate why this is occuring for ISS orders. .
Further to this issue ...
Order XXXXXX is a CRM order for sales BOM material and this order in R/3 has the schedule line item number for item XX as XXXX. It appears that all Sales BOM orders from CRM are getting the schedule line item number of 4001. Please debug and investigate as to where this is coming from.
It is basically abt Schedule line number instead of
1 it is 4001 ...
Please guide me
How I do I go abt this .. is there a bapi call that I need to refer to
Please help points guaranteed...Middleware are a set of transactions. For replication some tx are:
R3AC1 Objetos de Datos (Business and Condition Objetcs)
R3AC3 Objetos de Customizing
R3AC4 Activation of Delta Download
R3AC5 Adapter Object Overview (Customizing Download) - Initial Upload of Condition MD
R3AM1
R3AS Initial Load
SMQ1 qRFC Monitor (Outbound Queue)
SMQ2 qRFC Monitor (Inbound Queue)
You need to create a Site (r3) and suscription for replication in tx SMOEAC . The suscriptions area standard: product, business partner, sales document, etc.
Also you need defined filter for customizing replication and data replication in tx R3AS and R3AC1.
You can use best practice for replication. You can access on: http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/index.htm. Access to "C03: CRM Master and Transaction Data Replication".

RajeshHi Rajesh ,
What is return Vendor?
As per my undetstanding , when you are doing returns the sales area determined automatically from customer master?
Note-Vendor can also customer OR Customer also can be Vendor , here there is link between these two ,once you assign that vendor in Customer master general data-Control data - you have field you can assign that vendor code there, the same with vendor you can also link customer with Vendor in the same assignment in vendor master data
May be this assign is done already for that customer or vendor plz check.
Hope it is helpful to you

Transport Sales Area Data from CRM to R/3
I have created a function module within DSAVE event in BDT so the Sales Area BILLING BLOCK REASON could be updated with a fixed value according to the Sales Area selected by the user.
That worked all right using the standard function module CRM_BUPA_FRG0100_SAVE (within the event), but the real problem is the once you save the new Business or modify it, it does not replicate in R/3 (using Middleware).
I discovered that the function I've created runs after the COMMIT that save the data in the Data Base Tables and also send the information to R/3.
I also tried DSAVC event but I had the same result.
Does anyone has the clue to make the information be sent with the rest of Partner data?
Thank you in advance.
MarielaHi,
You can upload products to R/3 from CRM system but you cannot upload organizational model from CRM to R/3.
To upload products from CRM to R/3 do following settings:
Execute transaction: SMOEAC
Select site view and expand site R/3.
Create a R/3 site by specifying the RFC destination of the same while creating new site.
Create a subscription from publication: Material(MESG)
Assign the newly created subscription to R/3 site.
save settings.

regardsAbhijit,
I still get a feel that the reference sales orgn config in the below path is not correct. Can you please check it once and if everything is fine can you give me the full error message that you get during order creation.
SPRO -> SD-> Sales -> Sales document -> Header -> Assign sales area to document types -> Combine sales orgn. Here 4100 should have reference sales orgn 4100.
SPRO -> SD-> Sales -> Sales document -> Header -> Assign sales area to document types -> Combine division. Here 4100/01 should have reference division 01.

Prospective Account Sales Area Data on CRM Online
Hi Experts,
I am using CRM2007 SP4, and i am trying to assign Sales Area Data to a Prospective Account on CRM Online. However, unlike a reqular Sold-to account (CRM000) there does not seem to be a Sales Area Data Button where the Sales Area can be maintained for a Prospective account.
The BP Role for the Prospective account is BUP002.
It only seems possible to maintain this through the Web Client. Is there anyway which the Sales Area can be assigned to a Prospective Account through CRM Online.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
JonathanHi Sasha,
I've been checking it in our system (CRM 6.0). The field Price group (cust) from ECC (KNVV-KONDA) gets standard replicated to field Price Group (Cust) on the billing tab of customer data (BP).
No additional customizing or development is needed.
The field is stored in: CRMM_BUT_SET0030-PRICE_GROUP

ERP Reference sales area usage in CRM organization determination
Hi Experts,
Our client, in its ERP applies reference sales area to reduce mater data maintenace efforts. (It manages about 30-40 division which definition is based on product portfolio basis.)
As result of this structure, in CRM business partners are created only this reference sales area level, meanwhile in the business transaction we should need information about the real division.
Is there any experiences on this area?
Thanks for your support in advance.
AnettGo to organization management and see what kind of profile options are assigned to ur user.

Hello,
When we download BP or product for R/3, the sales area data are not available in CRM.
We checked :
- in the org model, the flag 'object relevant for determination'
- programs HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE and CRM_ORG_INDEX_CREATE
But no effect.
What we noticed is table CRMD_ORGMAN empty.
Any advice?
Thanks
Regards,
FredHello Frederic,
I also maintained the table T77OMATTR to activate buffering for Service and Sales.
Next I ran the report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE .
The job runs, but on our system (development and quality) the job is finished after only 4 to 5 seconds, which seems a bit to fast in my eyes.
do you have any idea which tables are being filled by the report?
and has anyone an idea about the time it takes in average to run the report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE ?
thanks for a reply

Tables in CRM- Sales Area Data
Hi,
We have downloaded the Customer Master from R/3 to CRM system. Initial Load was successful and delta is also working fine. We are getting the R/3 sales area data in CRM system when we open a BP.
But here our issue is, we could not locate the sales area data in any of these below CRM tables -
CRMD_ORGMAN
CRMM_BUT_FRG0081
CRMM_BUT_FRG0080
This data we require for BW purpose, Can anyone help me where I can get this data?
The Bdocs coming from R/3 to CRM contains complete sales area data.
Thanks®ards,
kalyanIt depends on the tab you have maintained for sales area.
CRMM_BUT_LNK0011 holds the sales area data for the sales tab on the screen.
CRMM_BUT_LNK0021 holds the sales area data if the shipping tab is maintained.
Similarly if the billing tab is maintained, you ll find the data within the CRMM_BUT_LNK0031 table.
I hope this helps.

Hi gurus,
Kindly let me know the steps to Define/modify a sales area in SAP CRM.
I need this because in BAPU_MAIN BDoc there are some error messages stating "Invalid sales and distribution area" . Hence your solution will help me resolve this error message.
Thanking in anticipation.

Lakshmana RHi,
If you want to determine wether a particular org unit is assigned to another org unit, in PPOMA_CRM search for the child org unit and double click on it. once the child org unit is displayed goto function tab of the org unit where you may find three subtabs depending on the org unit (Sales Organization, Sales Office & Sales Group).
You can find all the assignments done in these tabs.

Sales Area Data isnt replicating from CRM to ECC
Hi Gurus,
We are replicating some BPs of certain groupings from CRM to ECC.
We performed all steps relevant for this task mentioned in Best Practice u201CMaster Data Replication C03u201D. After performing the
steps results are as follows:
u2022 BP General Data is replicating without any trouble.
u2022 When registering sales area data in CRM and trying to get this replication to ECC we see that the BP Sales Area data isnu2019t replicated.
Monitoring SMW01.
The BDOC BUPA_MAIN ended with the following error:
Messages for business partner 0007000362: Fill in all required entry fields
Action already taken:
After reading this message I have reviewed the mandatory fields per Account Group in ECC and mapped them with the CRM ones. Even this changes I still can get sales area data in the ECC BPs replicated.
Is there something I am missing here.
Thanks for your help.Hi,
Regarding debugging from CRM to R3. Please follow the below steps.
There are 2 methods to debug the Business Partner (BP).
First Method:
1) In CRM, Go to SM59 -> ABAP Connections => The ECC client -> See if the saved user (in logon details) that is used to connect to ECC from CRM is a Dialog user.
2) You can use transaction code SU01 to check User Type of User.
3) Deregister the Queue through SMQS.
4) Make changes to BP.
5) Go to SMQ1, Select the Queue name Double Click 2 times then select the Tool bar (Debug LUW).
Second Method:
1) Put a break point in Function Module SMW3_MFLOW_UPDATETASKBDOC.
2) Create a BP and before save, type /h to activate debug, Mark update debugging option.
3) When stops in Function Module u201CSMW3_MFLOW_UPDATETASKBDOCu201D you must be sure to set header-dbgmode = 'X' this will make the BDoc stay stopped in SMW01.
4) Go to SMW01 and type /h and process the BDoc.
5) Put a breakpoint in Function Module u201CCRM_UPLOAD_AFTER_MAP_HANDLERu201D and be sure to change LV_SYNCHRON = 'X' this will allow you to connect in ECC.
If the variable LV_SYNCHRON does not have any value, then it will work as background task, if the value is filled with the value u2018Xu2019, then it will allow debugging in R3.
And another point to be noted here is, the user type of the R3 should be Dialog User. If the user is not dialog, then it will not connect with R3.
