Trying to Cancel Broadband

Foolishly I agreed to switch BB supplier when cold called by BT last week. Thought I had agreed to sign up to BB Option 3 + BTVision with a 12 month contract. Friday last week (18th Feb) received 2 e-mails confirming my order.
1. 12 month contract for BB Option 1 - no mention of BTVision - Non automated payments
2. 18 month contract for BB Option 1 - no mention of BTVision - Payment by Direct Debit
Rang Monday 21st Feb and received runaround. Decided it was pointless trying to explain what I wanted, nobody seemed interested so told them to cancel orders. Told they were cancelled.
Somebody from BT rang me that evening about cancelling. Explained situation again. Later that evening receive another e-mail from BT with yet another order number confirming my order for BB Option3 + Calls. Went to bed angry!!
Tuesday 22nd rang BT told them saga and again was told first 2 orders were cancelled (although apparently it was only 1 order with Different Order Numbers!!) and that most recent order would be cancelled as well. Receive e-mail confirming cancellation of last order.
Cancelled my DD by inetrnet banking!!!!
Wednesday 23rd recieve e-mail saying deleivery of HomeHub will be completed on Friday25th and it has been despatched by royal mail!!!
Never knew cancellation was so difficult!! What do I have to do to get through to BT I don't want BB from them.

    We went to bt.com/bbtalkcancel only to find it doesn't work and with an error message.
    All we want to do is cancel BB Talk we don't have an account for it as we never used it. It was part of the package we upgraded to last time.
    How can we cancel it on line we want to avoid hanging on the phone trying to get through to the right person as has happened in the past.

    I would gladly have paid the £3.50 a month to keep BB Talk as this would have far outweighed the hassle that I've had since losing it, not to mention the by now familiar quip "We tried to ring you but your phone wasnt working" 
    In that scenario, the product replacement for BB Talk [if that what it is] BT Smart Talk has been a non-player

I've been trying to cancell a subscription to a magazine from the AppStore but can't seem to find any email address to contact them.  I can't even find my account.  I've been billed thru iTunes, but can't find contact details for them either. I thought that I had cancelled it at one address but was billed for the next issue today so obviously I got that wrong.  I'm in Australia, if that makes a difference.     Greetings Everyone,
    l am having an issue when trying to cancel an invoice document via MR8M transaction. It gives me the following error message;
    SYSTEM ERROR: error in routine MRM_DRSEG_CR_CREATE
    Message no.M8008
    Procedure:
    Contact your system administrator.
    This invoice was related to a check payment. The check has been voided already and there is no clearing document for the accounting document. So, the item remains open. However when l try to reverse, it display the error message above.

    Could you please let me know what version of OS are you using.
    Also, go to Control Panel/System Preferences in Windows/MAC and check whether Acrobat 9 is shown under installed programs list.
    You might also try running Acrobat cleaner tool to remove all traces of previous versions of Acrobat:
    Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
    Then, install Acrobat X again from the link mentioned below:
    Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X
    Let me know if this works.

    Hi Friends,
    The limits were not updated. Used a program to fix it and the user was able to cancel the invoice.

  • Error when trying to cancel an incoming payment using a Credit Card

    I have searched and tried several things but I cannot seem to cancel an incoming payment when the credit card tab was used. I have tried to cancel before deposits, after the deposit (cancelling the deposit and then trying to cancel the inc. payment) but I still get the error. I have yet to see any post that will give a good process on how to fix this error.
    I did change the general settings for the credit voucher from automatic to manual in hopes that this will help future postings but I need the prior ones corrected that were made with the credit voucher option set to automatic.

    I was searching in fórums and I found:
    Cannot cancel Incoming Payment. One of the credit vouchers were cashed.

    Problem Reversing a Credit Card Payment
    Perhaps the easiest solution is changing the server date and making the operations to cancel the incoming payment.
