Whitelist request being rejected

We host a number of web sites and switched to a new VPS provider (Wired Tree) a few months ago and began having problems sending mail from our system to Verizon.net addresses. We have reason to suspect that at one time a spammer may have been using our new IP address to send out bulk e-mail and it eventually was recycled by Wired Tree to us. We've been able to successfully clear up a few other RBL blocks where we found our IP address was being blocked.
Attempts to get communications whitelisted via the web form at http://my.verizon.com/micro/whitelist/RequestForm.aspx?id=isp result in nothing but rejections despite the fact that our hosting service has never conducted any spamming and applies proper SPF record entries to our domains. The rejections state:

Why don't you get your provider to change your IP to one that is either not dynamically assigned (if it is, but it sounds like it isn't) or a different one from the one they assigned you (that apparently has a spamming history)? If they gave you an IP that is know to have spammed in the past, you should require them to change it.

For No. 2, I m seeing that the DNS name is not resolving. How can I be sure this issue is not from my side ?
For No. 3, It seems to be some problem from that domain itself, and even mails from outlook.com are being rejected.
Is there any best practice that I am missing out on ?

Check your Exchange Servers DNS settings.

Music CDs are being rejected by my PowerBook G4

I have the latest OS version, the latest iTunes, etc. I never had problems loading and playing music CDs in the past, or uploading music from my CDs to iTunes.
Last week I bought some new CDs and all are being rejected by my Mac--they make a lot of noise trying to load, and then spit back out. I tried my old music CDs, one's I have previoulsy played with no problem and loaded, and they too will not work.
The CD drive does not seem to be the problem, as data disks, sofware disks, and BURNED music CDs WILL play with no problem
Cany anyone shed some light on this? What is going on? I'd think it was the copy protect thing on some CDs, but even my old music CDs are not being accepted into my compute. Has iTunes done something to reject music CDs?

Unfortunately, that doesn't address my problem. (Fortunately, however, my problem is not as severe as the one in that link!)
My problem manifests itself as some CD's not mounting: the Superdrive spins and makes noises for a while, then ejects the CD.
As far as I can tell, this happens only with one company, and only/primarily with more recent CD's. (Not sure about this, but I think some older CD's from that company that used to work no longer work after I inserted a fairly recent CD.)
I am sure it is related to some copy-protection scheme, but I can't find any files (visible or invisible) that the CD deposited on my Mac.
Any suggestions on what to look for?

SOAP request being sent only half sometimes

Sometimes, the SOAP request being sent (By Clicking a Button) has all the fields filled with data like say for example,

Did you first enable Web Services on the printer? That has to be the first step before trying to sign in.

If your account credit does not cover the full cost, then you must have a bank card to charge the remainder of the balance. For whatever rason your bank card is being declined, so the sale cannot be finalized.

Check the Ethernet connection to the AirPort Express. Make sure that the Ethernet connection from the Comcast modem is connected to the WAN port on the back of the AirPort Express. The WAN port is the one with the circle of dots shown over the port.
It sounds like you are connected to the Ethernet LAN port.

Header of message which is being rejected

I am an administrator of our Office365 email server.
I am working with one of our clients whose email service is rejecting email sent from us.
Their server's tech support people want the message header of the message being blocked. The message is NOT being bounced, but the delivery is being rejected.
Can I use the managment UI or Powershell to view the message header of that message?

InDesign CS6 license number being rejected as "invalid"?

Why is my new InDesign CS6 license number being rejected as "invalid" although it is the one that came with the disc and it is assigned to me on Adobe's license website? I have a Mac.

Email being rejected as spam

HP OfficeJet 6500A on a Win 7 Pro System.
I've read the other responses to people having this problem and found nothing that resolved the problem.
I've sent several emails to my printer and they were rejected as spam and deleted.
The emails contain an MS Word document that is about 13k and a jpg file that is about 15k.
The subject of the email id "Hi" or "test"
These are simple files that I am using to test how the system works and it appears that it doesn't.
Has anyone gotten this to work?

Its mainly to filter out things like small adds or smilies in signatures. If they werent spam filtered and someone had say 5 of those on the signature of an email, a page would print out for each. The other thing to look out for if it is being rejected as spam is that you have no one in the CC and BCC fields. The next most common factor in spam is the message being sent to dozens of people at once, so you can only send an eprint email to the eprint address, not to others at the same time.
If it still fails after this try sending just an image, and see if that has ant effect. The next step would be possibly trying another email address, as sometimes they add things in to the signature without you knowing.

Podcast feed being rejected by iTunes, with no explanation

I've tested my feed numerous times, but whenever it is submitted to iTunes it comes back rejected due to 'technicaly reasons'. I want to e-mail them about this but there is no contact address in the message, how am I supposed to fix the problem if they are so vague in the e-mail!
Anyway, does anyone have ANY idea why my feed is being rejected, it is really starting to infuriate me. Someone on another forum mentioned that as my show contains music that iTunes get paranoid and will reject it for copyright reasons, except, I've received permission from all the artists involved to use the music, so there is no issue with copyright.

Make sure the information on your account is the same with your bank. I'd also suggest calling the bank and inquire if there are issues with your account. You can also contact support and have your account checked.

Radius connection being rejected by server

From my Cisco 881 k9 router I run test aaa group radius server 10.20.1.10 username password legacy - -and I get user authentication request was rejected by server --
using windows 2008 as Radius server -- the IP address of Cisco Router is configured as client on server end -- Are the AAA parameters supposed to be set a certain way for access to an external Radius server for authentication?
