Cancelled PO remains

If there's a PO that got cancelled, why would it still show on the BW report. We have daily delta loads that should update the records. Appreciate your help on the matter.
Fran

Dear,
you have to work a little to find the answer, don't you think !?
Anyway, if you think that everything in BW is equal as in R/3, you are on the wrong road...
In purchasing, a deleted item doesn't disappear, but still remain in your BW and you can recognize it only thanks to this indicator ! So, if you don't want to report on your query the deleted items, you have to exclude it on the basis of this infoobject !
Look at this help page:

Hope now is clearer...

  • Removing 'Cancel and Remain Item in Inbox' Button from Workflow

    Hi,
When I create an option in workflow by default we get one option 'Cancel and Remain Item in Inbox' I think this option appears in ECC 6.0 & above. I want to remove this button from the workitem which is automatically appearing below my approve option.
Can anyone tell me how to remove this option.
    Thanks & Regards.
    Shweta

    Hi,
There is no standard way for hiding this option in the decision step (if I understand correctly what you mean). This has been "always" there - even before ECC 6. Basically this option is actually quite useful, if the user does not want to complete the task at the moment, and keep the work item in his inbox to return to it later.
If you really need to hide it, it will probably mean that you need to make your own version of the decision task (and the method). You can check/debug the code of the method, and see where you could hide the button. BUT if you just need to hide this button for one certain task, it might much easier to just create your own simple screen and use that instead of the standard decision "screen".

  • Customer Cancels Balance of Sales Order - How to Enter This in BYD

I have a customer who ordered 25 units. I shipped 21 units, and the customer canceled the remaining 4 units. The sales order is "in process" and the customer demand still has 4 units open. How do I remove this from the customer demand and set the sales order status to complete?
I have tried to do an adjustment confirmation, but that does not seem to work.
    Any suggestions?
    Hans

found it - Please navigate to the sales order, select the line item and maintain the 'reason for rejection'. The sales order will then be completed and the customer demand dessapear.

  • Exchange iOS calendar sync 4 cancellations & accepted meetings

Using corporate Exchange 2010 servers for calendar and email me and my co-workers experience the following annoyance.
When a meeting in outlook is cancelled and this is accepted using the windows client, the cancelled meeting is still shown in de ios calendar. It is noted cancelled using strikethrough, but it still clutters my calendar. As my calendar is a battlefield these cancellations make it hard to see which meetings I do have... How can I change this behaviour?
Similarly for accepted meetings, these (with cancellations aswell) remain unprocessed in my ios calendar tray while I allready accepted or rejected the invitations using outlook in windows.
I'm referring to ios because I have this problem with both my iPhone (4S on ios5, no iCloud sync for calendar) and iPad (2 on ios5, no iCloud sync for calendar).
Result: cancelled meetings have to be removed manually on iphone en ipad, invitations in outlook have to be processed three times (pc, iphone, ipad).
My questions: is this behaviour recognized? (i.e. is our Exchange setup different or is this a general problem).
Any tips/hints how to solve these bugs? or should I try to accept them as features...
    Thx!
    Mike

Having same issue with following equipment:  PC (standard corp issue laptop), BB (Blackberry phone), Tablet (Blackberry Playbook tablet)
    Here are the steps:
    Send out 3 meeting invites
The emails shows up on all 3 devices, PC, BB, Tablet
Before you open the email and accept/tentative/decline that invite...all 3 devices show the 3 "unaccepted" meetings on the calendar
Then accept meeting invite #1 on the PC, accept meeting #2 on the BB, and accept meeting #3 on the Tablet
After the acceptance all 3 meetings they show up fine in the calendars on the PC and BB...no problem here.
But only meeting number 3 which was accepted on the Tablet shows on the Tablet
The problem is that the other 2 meetings which were on the Tablet before being accepted, are removed when accepted.

  • Cancellation of an order

I have enter a sales order 8700123 with item A qty 100 nos, now customer canclled the order. i have deleted the line item from the sales order and save. But in future i can not get the information about the sales order that why it is cancelled, is there any procedure to maintain the record for such cancellation so that in future we can see those reason of cancellation.

RE:What if that line item partially delivered say 50 no delivered out of 100 nos and we want to cancell the balance 50 nos,
My suggestion for this case is:
    1. do a VA02 for your existing order
    2. modify your line item Order quantity from 100->50
    3. enter a new line item for the same material with Order quantity = 50, then enter a reason for rejection for this "balance" or backorder.
In this way, you still keep track of a sum of 100units ordered, but you can see that you have delivered the 50units and has cancelled the remaining 50units via a reason for rejection.  This works even if your initial 50units delivery has been invoiced.

  • To cancel GR with partial Quantity

    Dear All,
i have made gr for 5 Qty now i want to cancel the GR for 2nos
    how can i do this
    regards

    Hi,
i can not cancel the GR wuth 5 Qty because i have already sold 3 nos and i want to cancel the remaining Qty.
    You can do it.
I think you should follow Sridhar's instruction: MBST and a new GR.
The missing stock cannot cause problem because you can recreate it (MB1A202proper posting date) and eliminate it after the GR (MB1A+201).
    1. MB1A + 202 for 3 pcs
    2. MBST
    3. GR for 3 pcs.
    4. MB1A + 201 for 3 pcs

  • Can't cancel Creative Cloud

I met my annual contract commitment, toward the end I was sent an email letting me know the annual contract was ending. The email stated that I needed to stop the auto-renewal or the membership would continue, which I did stop auto-renewal. Once I did stop it, I received an email stating that my CC would turn to a free account. When I tried to cancel my free account, I was sent to chat CS who told me that I never stopped auto-renewal and that the reason I haven't been billed is because of billing issue with my credit card. Furthermore, my membership (free or otherwise) cannot be cancelled. He went on to inform that I would not be billed for the months that passed (why?), but if I were to cancel I would be charged 50% for early cancellation. This isn't true. I specifically remember the email giving the option to end auto-renewal. What I do not like is that I cannot get into my account the way I could when Creative Cloud started 8/2012-9/2013. Also, I don't like that it's so hard to cancel, find mailing address or speak to anyone. I have reviewed my contract over and over and no where does it state that I have an lifetime commitment with Adobe Creative Cloud.
What the Live Chat CS told me want not true. I barely use Adobe CC, I got for school. I met my commitment, but I feel this is entrapment,  by making it soooo difficult to cancel and using vague language, this will be a class action case in the future. Why does it have to be this way? This reflects  horribly on this company. Before I live chatted with  CS I was considering a Photoshop only option, but I just want out of Adobe. Can anyone help me?

    Hi Boe,
    Welcome to the Adobe Forums!
The renewal for the Photoshop Photography Program has been stopped.
The subscription has been cancelled and remain until June 27, 2014.
Please, let us know if you have any questions.
    Thanks.

  • Cancelling a BT Contract due to government Pension...

I am a 72 year old Disabled Pensioner and due to the Governments pension cuts, I now cannot afford to keep up my payments to BT, in addition they (BT) want me to pay them £200.00p to cancel the remaining period of 14 Months of a two year contract.  How do I get out of this contract thanks to the government cut backs?
    Graham Cheadle

    Hi Graham
    Sorry to hear this.
I can't promise anything, but I do recall the BT forum mods being able to look at a similar issue for another fellow customer a few years back. He too had difficulties due to his financial situation. Their issue was dealt with off this public forum so I don't know the outcome.

  • What is the correct process to cancel a partially received dropship line?

I'm on 12.0.6.  My situation is similar to where a customer ordered 100 pieces of ItemA.  An order line sourced externally was created and the PO for the 100 pieces of ItemA was created and approved.  80 pieces were received, which split the line into a line of 80 that was closed and invoiced and a line of 20.  The customer now wants to cancel the remaining 20 pieces.  The supplier has not shipped those 20 pieces yet, so they have not been received in the system.   I have disabled the constraint that prevents cancelling for an Approved PO.  That got rid of the "You are not allowed to cancel...." error message, but now I'm getting a message "The specified control action (Action = CANCEL) is invalid for this document."  I think this message is coming from the purchasing side.  So what is the correct process...should I attempt to cancel the PO line first, then cancel the SO line, or vice versa?

Please try to cancel the PO 1st and then Cancel Sales order...

When I try to close Firefox, an error box pops up with the message "If you exit now, 1 download will be canceled. Are you sure you want to exit?" I click on "Cancel 1 remaining download." (The other option is "Don't exit.") But the next time I try to close Firefox, the message pops up again. What can I do?

  • Best Buy is about to and Elite Plus customer

I've been an extremely loyal Best Buy customer for over 20 years.  I've been an Elite rewards member for 6 years, and Elite Plus since the new tier was created.  I've already re-qualified for Elite Plus for next year.  Needless to say, I shop at BBY several times per week.
That may all change unless they can fix this colossal f$#k-up that is placing several of my pre-orders in jeopardy.
Long story short: I've placed 6 orders that consist of video game pre-orders for limited edition versions, which are now fully reserved at all retailers, as well as several other pre-orders for pretty much every A-list release coming in Q4/Q1.  Some of these orders were placed as far back as February, right when the items became available for pre-order.
My BBY credit card was recently updated from the in-store card to the BBY Platinum Mastercard.  The old card--which I used for all of those orders--has now been deactivated.  I've updated my account to include my new card as primary payment, but there is no self-help option to specifically update your payment on existing orders.
I hit a snag when two of my orders that released yesterday went to process, and were denied payment, since they tried to ping the old card.  These orders were then cancelled for invalid payment before I had a chance to respond to the email regarding a payment problem.
I called support today, to see if they could manually update the payment information on my outstanding orders, and we found in a conference call with Citibank support that even though my new card is valid, since the process of updating existing orders doesn't provide a way to enter the CVV code of my new card (since it's not required by .com's systems), when they go to enter the order, it registers as a CVV mismatch and the payment is denied.  After a few tries with one of my orders for a common-stock item, the order hit enough denied payments to be automatically cancelled.
After being on the phone with them for 3 HOURS, I was essentially told that they had no way of fixing this.  The problem is, that when these limited-edition pre-orders hit their release date, they will encounter the same payment error and then be automatically cancelled.  But, if that happens, or if we cancel the existing orders and I attempt to re-order them, THEY WILL BE OUT OF STOCK AND UNAVAILABLE!!  Essentially, unless this error is fixed, I will lose all of my limited-edition pre-orders and since I can't order them anywhere else, I won't be able to replace the order anywhere, unless I shell out a ton of money on the secondary market.
Obviously, I don't find this satisfactory.  I've entrusted Best Buy with thousands of dollars of pre-orders, and because of a stupid glitch in their system, they have now essentially told me that this is an inevitable problem that even their top tier of support cannot correct, and they offered nothing to fix the situation to ensure that I will receive the items that I had ordered several months in advance.
This is absolutely outrageous, and it's the last straw.  If someone from Best Buy is reading this and can help fix the situation before my first LE pre-order of Q4 enters processing on 11/3/14, I would ask that they please contact me.  Otherwise, this screw-up is enough to finally end my two decades of loyalty at Best Buy.
I am very serious about this.  If no solution is found, and my orders continue to get auto-cancelled, I intend to cancel all remaining pre-orders (over 15 pending items), cash out my $500 worth of banked points, then cancel my Best Buy accounts and never set foot in a store or visit them online again.
I know people often make these claims of "never again" to be hyperbolic and blow off steam, but this is not just idle talk or grandstanding.  With Amazon Prime giving me release-day delivery and competitive prices, and 3 GameStops and 2 Apple stores within a 10 mile radius, I could very easily get by without ever giving Best Buy my business again, and I am fully prepared to do so if these orders cannot be rectified.
I would figure that Best Buy would go the extra mile to take care of their most loyal customers.  Heck, with how the customer base has eroded, I would figure they'd bend over backwards for ANY customer.  I can't imagine Best Buy can afford to lose too many more customers like me, but they're about to, unless something gets fixed and fast.
Ball is in your court, Best Buy.

    Good afternoon zsciaeount,
Thank you for being a loyal Elite Plus customer. I am terribly disappointed to read about all the wasted time and frustration you have been through regarding your pre-orders. Updating your credit card information on these orders should not be so difficult, and I am truly very sorry for all the inconvenience and frustration you have encountered.
According to our records, I see you are working with our Executive Resolution team. I encourage you to continue to work with them to get this resolved immediately to avoid any more pre-orders from being impacted. Should you still need my assistance please do not hesitate to let me know. I assure you it is my goal to help our loyal customers in any way I can. I will also be documenting your experience for further review.
Once again, I am truly very sorry for any disappointment this has caused, and I hope we are fortunate to continue to have you as a loyal Best Buy customer.
    Sincerely,

  • Goods receipt in intercompany purchase order

    Hi,
In case of an intercompany purchase order ( plant to plant with different co. codes) when Goods Issue is done in supplying plant and Goods Receipt is done in receiving plant, then still reversal of Goods Issue is possible and stock gets updated in both the plants after reversal.
In supplying plant it is added equal to reversed qty but in receiving  plant it does not get cancelled but remains the same as after GR
Logically system should prevent the reversal but it does not happen
The same case with stock transport order ( plant to plant in a single co. code) if executed system prevents GI reversal if GR is already done
The movement type called in intercompany flow is 643 where as in stock transport order it is 641
    Can somebody explain the reason?
    Nitin

    hii
Its possible to change the order number while doing GR- MIGO.
Go to ME22N, before GR do the changes in order in account item category in item level tab in PO.
    Then do GR .
    Thanks

  • How can I file compliant to Customer service or about Customer service?!!!

    Dear Verizon Manager,
I am writing to you file a formal complaint about the Verizon customer service, and to request the refund regarding my Internet service of Verizon FIOS (Account No. 6703004253) for March 2013. This internet service was meant to be cancelled on 25 February 2013, but was not successful, due to errors by Verizon, until 14 March 2013.
I am a client of Verizon FIOS (Internet + TV) since January 2010. Due to the recent move of my family, I cancelled the service in my old place separately. I had successfully cancelled the TV service on 15 February 2013, prior to the move. And after I moved on 23 February 2013, I called on 25 February 2013 to cancel the remaining Internet service.
The associate on the phone told me that the Internet cancellation would be effective 26 February 2013, i.e.. the next day. He said I would be receiving a prepaid stamped box, and had to mail back the wireless router. A few hours after the call, I still did not receive any email confirmation, so I logged on my Verizon account and saw the service page showed “unable to retrieve your plan details” – therefore, I assumed that the cancellation was successful.
The said prepaid stamped box was also never received two weeks after the call – I had to come back to my old place several times to check.
On 14 March 2013, I noticed that my credit card has been charged $61.33 by Verizon in March. So I called Verizon at 1-800-837-4966 on 14 March 2013 at 18:01EST to seek clarification, and was informed by the general customer service that the cancellation was never recorded in the system or processed by anyone!! He said the cancellation would be back dated to 26 February 2013 and refund will be proceeded, and then transferred me to your “discontinue service department”.
From there, I was speaking to the associate named Brennan, who insisted that I never called on 25 February 2013, nor there was no records showing that the cancellation request was received, and therefore refused to back date the cancellation to 26 February 2013 – even I had my call phone record in front of me, which indicated that I called Verizon at 1-800-837-4966, on 25 Feb 2013 at 12:57 EST, for 8 minutes!
Brennan went ahead to cancel the service, but did not refund the charge in March, and simply saying that I only called and cancelled the service on 14 March 2013, therefore, no refund whatsoever.
There would be three reasons why my record did not show up: 1) I did not call on 25 Feb; 2) your associate did not put in the record after the call; and 3) your system failed. Basically, your associate Brennan was implying that I am a liar – I never called on 25 February 2013.
I find this insulting and unacceptable. I requested to speak to her supervisor / manager, and was refused and told that there was no supervisor or manager on duty. She said she will inform the supervisor to call me within 24 hours after this call.
I hope your company record customer service conversation, and you could find the record of my call on 25 February 2013 at 12:57 EST. I don’t know why the Associate I spoke with that day failed to cancel the service, or why you system failed, but again, I find it totally unacceptable that Verizon’s customer need to be punished for the company’s negligence. I also find it insulting that your associate, Brennan, make conclusion without proper investigation or evidence.
FYI – for the reason I stated above, I have disputed the charge of $61.33 with my Credit Card Company.
I and my family have been a loyal customer of Verizon, as we admire your customer service (in the past), and your job well done to drive away customers. Just after the move, we continued with Verizon FIOS and my husband ordered the internet and TV service immediately.
Now I have a second thought. I guess we should be using the company who appreciates our trust.
Look forward to hearing from you on the way forward.
