Dchain Spec.Status(ECC) wrongly Updated in CRM Products

Hi,
The D.chain spec status from the ECC system is wrongly being updated in the CRM system. When D.chain spec status(MM03 -> Sales org. 1 tab -> D.chain spec status  ) is maintained as inactive for a material and valid from date (MM03 -> Sales org. 1 tab -> valid from)  is maintained as a future date and saved,it is implied that the material would become inactive from future date. When this material  is downloaded in to CRM system, the status(COMMPR01 -> Sales& Distribution tab -> Status) is set to be blocked or locked(in the product catalog) as soon as it downloaded which is not to be happened.
Did anyone face this kind of scenario?
Kindly provide inputs on resolving this issue.

    In my current assignment we will be downloading all the master data from ECC to CRM. For a particular requirement, we need a field in COMMPR01 in CRM from material master MM03 in ECC.

    I have a requirement to transfer material type DIEN in ECC system  to CRM product type Service.

       I dont think its possible to replicate material type DIEN from ECC to CRM Service Product.
       Service Products need to created in CRM, from here transfer to ERP. To transfer service product from CRM to ECC, you need to enable upload for Service Product in SPRO.
           Customer Relationship Management -->
                 Master Data -->
                        Products -->
                            Settings for Product Type -->
                                    Allow Upload for a Product Type.
       Now here select the check box for product type 02(service).
      To send product from CRM to ECC, open the product you need to send it to ECC in COMMPR01.
             Go To -> Transfer to ERP. Here give the ECCRFC Destination and mapping material type.

  • DChain-spec. status  updation issue

    Hi there
    when i create material with sufficient views..the material gets status active in sales and purchasing view..(we got some work flow to approve for it..b4 both shud be inactive i mean 10 in sales view and G5 in purchasing view..once approved both are getting status active..so working fine)..
    In case of extending material thru MM01 (no need for approve for it..so Work flow is not configured for it!)..am not getting status as active in both sales and purchasing views..even i give it as active...it is saving as inactive...
    What am doing is just extending sales view with different salesorg and distribution channel and purchasing view with different plant..
    My q: when we are extending the material for sales and purchasing view..need we also extend other views to get the material status ACTIVE.

    when you are extending to different Organization levels, you have extend the Accounting view also.Since valaution of materials carried out valuation area level.In general , plant will be defined as the valaution area. There is no need to extend other views Basic data1,2 & classification data.Please extend the Acconting view and check.

    I'm writing a specification on product search in crm and I have 2 quetions:
    1. I need to know the parallel  table and fields name of the following fields from ECC:
         transaction mm03:
       external matl group
       Dchain -spec status
        Where can i find the parallel fields in the CRM???
        Do they exist?
        Can we use different fields for the same information?
    2. CRM- transaction COMMPR01, tab "general" there are product statuses.
        on which table can i maintain these statuses????

  • Middleware: extended Material to CRM Product, EEWB needed?

    Hi all,
      If Material in ECC contains custom fields extended by EEWB to the MARA table, and these information are needed in CRM during replication, do I need to use EEWB to extend in CRM as well? (if yes, which table to be extended for product)
    Or creating new attributes to the attribute set and assign it to CRM Product's set type will do?

    You can create a new attributes to the attribute set and assign it to CRM Product's set type. But if you want to have the information in these Zfields in ECC to pass into CRM product master fields then you need to perform the below steps.
    Configuration Tables TBE24 and TPS34 in ECC must be maintained for triggering the CRM Middleware download of data from ECC to CRM. In Table TPS34 the Process CRM0_200 contains the entry for CRM Middleware download of data.
    1. Activate Customer Product by maintaining table TBE24 using transaction SM30
    2. Maintain the Custom product e.g. ZPROD
    3. Add the function module that the OPEN_FI function module can find for a Business Transaction Event (BTE) as an alternative to a standard function module by maintaining table TPS34 using transaction SM30
    4. Create Function module for mapping in ECC. For e.g. Function Module ZSEND_PROD_TO_CRM handles mapping the custom fields to be transferred to the CRM system.
    5. After this you should implement the source code to do the BAPIMTCS mapping to send the data to CRM.
    6. Finally, you will need to implement a BADI PRODUCT_CUSTOMER2 in CRM, method MAP_R3_TO_CRM_MATERIAL which will map all of the custom fields from ECC into the Product Master in CRM.

  • Shipping and delivery status from R/3 to CRM

    Hi all,
    we are creating sales orders in CRM and replicating it to R/3. CRM is the owner of the document.
    Now whenever changes are done to sales order in CRM, the changes are replicated to R/3.
    Let's say the shipping status is updated in R/3. Now the requirement is the changes need to be replicated
    back to CRM.
    I can use the scenario X + Y or X alone. But with X or X + y scenario Once I make changes in R/3 then the
    document owner changes to R/3.  this means any further changes in CRM will not be replicated back to R/3.
    I require all changes from CRM to be replicated to R/3, but from R/3 I require the shipping and delivery status to be replicated back to CRM. How could this be achieved.
    It would be great if you could share the experiences.

    I have a similar requirement. Can you please tell me how to go with it?
    The requirement is to send the user status from CRM (where the request is generated) to R3 (where the material is processed).
    The user status of the return order in CRM should be sent real-time to R3. Any updates to the user status in CRM should result in a corresponding change in the user status in R3.  Any updates to the user status in R3 should trigger a corresponding change to the user status in CRM.  All user statuses must be available in BI/BW for reporting and analytical requirements.
    <b>From R3 to CRM</b> – Standard R3-CRM middleware exchanges information between the two systems any time a transaction is created or changed.  At this point the order information is exchanged between the two systems depending on whether the item or the header level data is changed in R3. The development should be able to download the user status at the header & the line item level when the middleware brings down R3 sales transaction data to CRM. For the sake of simplicity the status profile in R3 and CRM will be defined exactly the same therefore we do not need a mapping table between the two systems. This information should also be exchanged in case the line item is deleted / cancelled / rejected.
    <b>The same from CRM to R/3.</b>
    <b>Processing restrictions :</b>
    This should not be transaction, item category or status profile specific so that as and when a new transaction type, item category or a status profile is added it should still be allowed to transfer between the two systems.
    Should be developed as an enhancement to the standard middleware data stream between R3 and CRM.

  • Equipment download from ECC 6.0 to CRM 7.0

    Hi Guys,
    I am trying to Replicate equipments from ECC 6.0 to CRM 7.0
    I did all the activities as specified still encountering issue while replicating.
    I did following activities
    1) Default settings
    OLTP-EQ-0401-0401-X(Delta)
    2) BADI - CRM_EQUI_LOAD_STDIMP (Activated)
    3) Specify adapter object for uploading objects
    0401 - DNL_EQUIPMENT
    I tried to load Equipment through R3AS for "EQUIPMENT" OLTP selected.
    A) I checked SMQ1, SMQ2 - No Queues are blocked.
    B) SMW01---Found 2 lines for BDOC Type CRM_EQ_DMBDOC with green light successfully processed.
    C) But if I Check through R3AM1 (monitor Objects) the Adapter "EQUIPMENT" is aborted.
    I checked the BDOC Message for the passed lines in SMW01 it says
    1) Start of Initial load.
    2) No Objects were selected.
    In ECC, I see enough equipments in EQUI Table. But I haven't given any filters in EQUIPMENT so that it will select all.
    Please correct me if I am following a wrong process or forward me the check list for Equipment load.
    I tried almost a full day on this but nothing accomplished and I found similar failure postings for Equipments a lot in Forums.
    Please advice.

    check there the table CRMRFCPAR
    Is there an entry for OBJ_NAME EQUIPMENT?
    If no create it.
    If yes check this entry if everything looks fine.
    Afterwards start a new initial load.

  • System status not get updated.

    hai any one can help me in this pls
    my client created sevice orders in crm system and in these some details are reflected in to mobile client.There is integration between in CRM & Mobile clients.
    present requirement is system status is not get updated.
    user status is released.but in system status showing like 1) open  2) contains error. This is occure for some sevice orders  which are created in perticular transaction type  for suppose if my client created 1000 service orders in that 200 or 250 orders status not get updated.
    Because of  this the followup document is not created.
    For temparary pupose to overcome this issue we are doing like this. There are two mandatory fields are there in that any one delete and reenter the same value then automatically the system status get updated in to release status.
    where the problem whether  is in configuration or it is in system
    or it is some technical. Before its worked properly recently they got this issue. How can i overcome this issue permanently.

    Sales transactions with errors can be transferred from the mobile client to CRM Enterprise.
    Check the table CDBD_STATUS

    We have a scenario where we have single R/3 system (ECC) connected to multiple CRM systems. I would be obliged if someone can send me some documentation on tht.
    Also if we are creating an order in ECC, two queues are generated which I think is wrong. Can someone give me some advice on this.

    I would define two different systems in ECC. In such a case, if say I create one material in R/3 (ECC) then should it generate two diffrent queues for flow to CRM.
    Also if say the CRM Release etc for the two systems connected to one R/3 are not the same, then how do i take care of the entries in the ECC Config tables for replication i.e CRMFILTAB, CRMCONSUM, CRMPAROLTP etc.
    And how does the ECC system identify what settings it has to take for what CRM system and what queues have to be generated? What are the queues to be registered in CRM and ECC in such a case.
    Would be obliged if you can give me a more detailed advice.

    I'm try to update the data of crm contract from sap isu contract, but isn't works fine, the status and the description of CRM contract for example is not updated. The Bdoc SI_CONTRACT is generated correctly, and the Badi's DOWNLOAD on ISU and CRM are enhanced with the fields, but the info is not updated in crm when initial load is launched or when a move-out it's do it in isu.

    Please tick the below checklist and tell me if they are set:
    1. Goto R3AC4. Is entry for object class BUPA present in the List. If not, add a new entry: Object class BUPA, RFC destination (destination of ISU)
    2.goto transaction SMOEAC and check if ISU site is subscribed is for BUPA_MAIN. If not, please do the same.
    3. Change and save a BP and check the status of the BDOC. Is it green? if not, let me know.
    4. goto ISU transaction SM30. table CRMRFCPAR. Is RFC destination for CRM maintained. If not, please do the same.
    Let me know if these things are in place.

      In the notification type, insted of quality notification just maintain the service/PM notification type system will create the notification in SAP ECC.
    We also wanted some other details to be pass from CRM to ECC for that we have created a function module in SAP ECC which updates the notiifcation and then that function module need to be called in SAP CRM after the Create Notification FM in SAP CRM Action.

  • Name field is not updating in CRM BP

    We have created a customer in ECC with the Account Group say Z008 (Say Forwarding Agent). The NAME field contains value MY PLC at the time of customer creation through XD01. The customer no is 123
    The BDOC is getting generated in corresponding CRM system and also shows the BP with the number 123 and the name as MY PLC.
    Issue
    When we have changed the customer name in ECC through XD02 and maintain as MY PLC - Update. Again BDOC is generated, and this BDOC contains the change in value as MY PLC - Update. (BDOC is fully processed - green)
    But when i open the BP - 123 in CRM, the name still shows as MY PLC only. The "- Update" is not showing in the name field.

    There is no Z-function module in my case. However, I noticed some patterns on the data-> those with the field RUFNM updated in R/3 will not get updated. Any possible reason for this?
    Btw, we are not in ECC6 environment yet. (only 4.6C for R/3 and 3.0 for CRM)
    In fact, I have another similar issue -> BP cannot even get updated in CRM if Industry Code in R/3 is filled.
