These are user to user forums, you are not speaking to Apple here.
I would advise that you review your purchase history:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727
If you still believe that the balance on your account is incorrect, contact iTunes support:

  • I have some charges on my credit card and I didn't charged those charges

I need help with some charges that were charge in my credit card that I didn't puerched

You've checked the purchase history on your account ? You didn't have any pre-orders and/or auto-renewing subscriptions that were due ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If you don't recognise the charge, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it, then try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • HT3702 i have two 1 dollar holds on my credit card but i never purchased anything, i just set up a new account, will they come off hold?

I just opened a new account and have 2 one 1dollar holds on my credit card, will they come off and i won't be charged, right?

The Apple Support Communities are an international user to user technical support forum. As a man from Mexico, Spanish is my native tongue. I do not speak English very well, however, I do write in English with the aid of the Mac OS X spelling and grammar checks. I also live in a culture perhaps very very different from your own. When offering advice in the ASC, my comments are not meant to be anything more than helpful and certainly not to be taken as insults.
They should disappear when Apple does nothing with them further. They were just to verify that there is an active, usable account.

Choose the None, no credit card, option.

  • I have an Apple charge on my credit card and don't know what it is for?

i Have a charge on my credit card and don't know what it is for.  How can I find out?

You can view your account's purchase history via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
Or you can view the last 90 days purchases on a browser via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If it's for $1 or approximate local equivalent then have you changed the card details on your account ? If you have then it's likely to be a temporary store holding charge : iTunes Store & Mac App Store: About payment card authorization holds - Apple Support.

Best to contact your bank if you do not have an iTunes account my friend. They will not be able to find anything if again, you do not have an account. They will not have any basis what so ever or ways in locating the charges if there is no account to start with. Your bank will be better in communicating to iTunes about this.

  • HT3702 I have two charges to my credit card for the same dollar amount at two different times. First on 2/27/14 & second on 3/25/14 for $4.34. today's is pending payment and last months has been removed form my account. I have not purchased anything.

If they are regular payments for the same amount then it sounds like you have an auto-renewing subscription - there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

I have visited a genuis bench at Fountain gate however, they tell me I need to ring apple support which I will do on the next working day.

You are going to need to change the email address you use with your old ID. Once you have got access to your old account you will then log into both accounts at the same time on your Mac and transfer your data to a single account. We can do this later, but need you to get access to your old account first.

    Hi judifrom!
I have some links for you that can help shed some light on the subject of gifting through iTunes and Apple IDs. The first can be found in this link:
    Gifting - Apple Store (U.S.)
    http://store.apple.com/us/help/gifting
and the relevant information in that link can be found right here:
Gift Cards and Certificates are valid for use only in the country in which they were purchased. Only residents of the U.S may redeem gift certificates purchased in the U.S.
You can still help them set up an Apple ID without payment information so that they can download free items through the iTunes store though. The steps for performing that can be found in the following article:
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!
    Cheers,

  • HT201272 I have 3 charges on my credit card same day same time.  How do I find out what they are for?

I have three charges on my credit card from apple, same day and same amount.  How do I find out what these are for?

You should receive an email receipt for any purchase (though it may not appear immediately, mine sometimes appear the following day).
You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account, Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11, menu option on your computer's iTunes), and have you made any in-app purchases ? If not and you haven't added or changed your credit card details (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) then you could contact iTunes Support and ask if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • I have unexplained charges on my credit card

I have two charges on my credit card from I tunes that I don't know what they are for
