Why we are making the status as red in monitor before deleting the red request in data target.

Hi,
If the update mode is "Delta" we need to follow this procedure so that the system recognises the next incoming Delta would not be normal delta but "Repeat Delta".
Repeat Delta means it picks up the data of previous delta(the one which has been deleted) as well as any new delta records.

check in Status tab--there will be a short dump..then go to ST22.
and also
Go to SM37 ..check for your JOB name and user
and find your job..it will be cancelled.. double click your job and read the job log (pencil on document).
there will be a some error.SYNTAX Error.

XI runtime Cache status showing red in Tcode SXI_CACHE

Hi,
After i installed XI the installation is successfull and everything is working except Cache.
I had checked the RFC destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and it is working fine .
but the problems are
1>SXI_CACHE XI runtime Cache status is red .when i click on display cache trigger it is giving error mesage"JCO.ERROR JCO.SERVER cannot find function 'SAI_CAC"
2>http://host:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=full is giving error message "THE RESOURCE REQUEST DOESNOT EXIST"
3>In http://host:50000/CPACache/monitor.jsp
when i refresh i get an error page which says the cache was not initialized to central access
Please can any one help me on this

1.Goto integration builder and goto "Tools" -->Cache notifications.
If you see anything in red try to refresh the cache for that item.
2. Also in SXI_CACHE txn goto menu bar and "START Complete Cache Refresh in Background" and "Delta Cache Refresh".
this should take care of this.
CPA Cache: Have you defined a user for this? there should be xidiruser to do this.

QM & Technical Status are RED thouh request is running

Hi,
I have one request which is running even now-- (load to ODS)
in the monitor the request is running but in the manage tab of the data target both traffic lights of technical And QM status were RED!
Before the load was scheduled i had changed the ODS settings to see the QM status automatically and activate the ODS data data automatically.
This is very huge dataload and if there is anything wrong then i need to change it immedietly ! it takes nearly 40 hours to finsih this load--
Should there anything to change or is it OK?

In General the moment you made the Qm status to RED it is
automatically stop all the related jobs or process in some
pecular cases you to kill the process via SM 50 . Just conatc t
your BASIS people immdeiately on this and ask themn to kill
the process related to the request.
And do the rest of the process like deltion of the request or
what ever...

Monitor status

Hi Experts,
I am not sure how to change monitor result status from red to green.
Would you be able to provide some clues?

Hi,
In transaction RSMO you can view 3tabs 1.Header 2.Status 3.Details.
Go to the status tab-> Double click on the red traffic light next to total->
Set overall status to status OK (1st option) click save.
By this way you can change the status from Red to green. But it is not advisable
to do so because the data is in your datatarget can be with errors.

Approval process monitor status turn to "Initiated" instead of "Pending", so awe is not routed

When I submit a transaction, after successful submission in approval process monitor the status has turn "Initiated" instead of "Pending". That's why it's showing "Not Routed" for the next approving person. So that worklist is not populated.
Please suggest me to resolve this issue.

Looking at the error message "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection" , It appears hostname and port may be incorrect. Review the targets.xml under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\emd and
emoms.properties under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\config folder to make sure host ( sap_solman) and port (1527) are correct.
As far as setting the environment variables goes, you can go to control panel -> system -> advanced -> environment variables and set the ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID

I have a L7680 All in with two new print heads but the new cyan/magenta shows yellow monitor status.

I have a L7680 All in with two new print heads but the new cyan/magenta shows yellow monitor status. Ink status, cyan more than 50% and magenta is a 25% w/no low ink warnings... Just ran a clean print head again, print out looks good now but the status of the new cyan/magenta shows yellow monitor status. Is it time to buy another..When I purchased this printer it had to be replaced 3 times because of problems... Just a lemon?

I have a Cisco AIR-LAP1131AG-E-K9 when I boot one accesspoint it gives Ethernet LED = Off; Radio LED = RED ; Status LED = RED and only next listing in the screen:

ABAP Proxy runtime is showing status as red

We have ABAP Proxy runtime for four different ABAP systems. Except one all the other three proxies are showing the status as red. Could you please help me with this regard - Points guaranteed

> R/3 connection to ABAP Systems -
> INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI</b>
Now press the Connect Test button, and chek it every thing is ok. You should not get any error!!.
If above one is ok in all three systems, then second option is
Go to tcode <b>SICF -
> default_host --->sap -
>xi</b> check if all the services are active (if active, will be in pure black color), if not active then activate them, may be you will require authorizations for this work.
Try the above solution and it will work.

Monitor status is yellow for many days

Hi All,
I am extracting data from CRM and when I try to extract data for both master data objects and cubes, the monitor status is in yellow for many hours and not getting changed.
Result: data is not come to BW.
Observation:
1) In source system the job is not getting started for ALEREMOTE_CR user and always in ready mode.
2) In monitor screen in BW when I click on OLTP push button, system not allowing me to enter in to Source system and saying check the connection parameters. (Source system connection check is OK)
Kindly look in to this and feel free to contact me for any explanation is required.

Hi,
I will suggest you to check a few places where you can see the status
1) SM37 job log (In source system if load is from R/3 or in BW if its a datamart load) (give request name) and it should give you the details about the request. If its active make sure that the job log is getting updated at frequent intervals.
2) SM66 get the job details (server name PID etc from SM37) and see in SM66 if the job is running or not. (In source system if load is from R/3 or in BW if its a datamart load). See if its accessing/updating some tables or is not doing anything at all.
3) RSMO see what is available in details tab. It may be in update rules.
4) ST22 check if any short dump has occured.(In source system if load is from R/3 or in BW if its a datamart load).
5) SM58 and BD87 for pending tRFCs
Once you identify you can rectify the error.
If all the records are in PSA you can pull it from the PSA to target. Else you may have to pull it again from source infoprovider.
If its running and if you are able to see it active in SM66 you can wait for some time to let it finish. You can also try SM50 / SM51 to see what is happening in the system level like reading/inserting tables etc.
If you feel its active and running you can verify by checking if the number of records has increased in the new data table.

Monitoring Status is Still Gray [Not Performed] When Technical Monitoring Setup DOne

Dear SAP Expert,
I have problem when setup technical monitoring SAP system through t-code SOLMAN_SETUP in Solman.
Managed system configuration (satellite system) was configured with green indicator for all steps.
Technical monitoring (system monitoring) steps were configured also with green indicator for all steps.
After configure technical monitoring, i found the status of monitoring status for that satellite system still gray (not performed).
And after 2 day the status is not changed yet to another indicator.
There is no problem with network firewall and server firewall.
Is there anyone of you have experience to solve this problem?
Please help me to solve this problem.

If the status is still grey please re-execute the steps mentioned in SAP note 1819848 - All metrics are grey in Technical Monitoring to see if this helps.

I don't know the particular API calls you need for that, but here's the general way to access Windows innards:
Use the CALL LIBRARY function, and point it to ADVAPI32.dll.
This particular call is set up to call "GetUserNameA", returning the logged-in user's name.
If there's an API for what you need, then configure this function to go call it.

Monitoring 1024x576 ("offline" RED)? wierd.

hi. i have a problem monitoring 1024x576 ("offline" RED footage, H.264) out of FCP (6.0.4).
when i send the external video to the Blackmagic card, i get seemless playback on the external monitor - but the canvas is is a "freeze frame" (despite having "Mirror on Desktop" checked).
and when i send it out to the DV deck, i get playback on the canvas - but a static image on the video monitor.
i have checked my system against other projects, and can confirm that i get "normal behaviour" with my video monitoring for those...

blimey... sounds weird... did you add any filters to your origonal clip in the timeline? because it sounds like you are viewing corrupted render files.
I how did you move your media from one place to another? using media manager? or 'by hand' outside FCP?
can't think why the source media should be shortened unless you used media manager and had a setting that deleted unused media or something...
the first step would be to locate your media on your hard drive... if you're not 100% sure where it is, you will be guessing about the problems in FCP...
on the desktop, press apple+F and do a 'search everywhere' for your 'untitled3' media
