Premium account subscribtion doesn't reflect

Hi, I subscribed on Spotify premium and I paid using PayPal, and the 0.99$ was deducted from my account, and I 'm still free Spotify account, and searched in the Help pages and I found that the solution is to reinstall Spotify on Windows and that didn't help, also on Spotify website I 'm still seen as free account, What can I do? Thanks in advance,Ahmed

I spent 30 minutes trying to access the "chat support" but the window for the chat never came up; then I realised my pop up blocker was doing its job and blocking it!!!
I then spent 30 minutes chatting with Mabel, I'd guess a Filipina, who told me the same as we've all discovered; the unlimited world doesn't start until your subscription renewal date. I asked to speak to someone else and she gave me a Microsoft helpline number; +1800-6427-676.
Another 5 minutes listening to menu options, skype was never mentioned once; I chose "Billing" as it seemed most appropriate, got talking to a Filipino guy in Mall of Asia in Manila, very helpful, he compiles a quick "case" file and emailed my contact skype email the corresponfing number, then transferred me to their skype support department.
Talked to a lady this time, helpful but still the bottom line was that the unlimited world would not befin untill my renewal date, which for me is in 2 months.
The premium cost me 42.16GBP, unlimited uk would be a few pounds less, unlimited world is close to 100GBP if paid one time annually; they give us 8 months upgrade for free.
So basically, while the email we all received was misleading, as it sort of suggested the free upgrade would take effect immediately, it's still a good deal IMHO, assuming that, most premium account holders chose the premium option to obtain unlimited calling to 1 country, which was true in my case.

For the first time today we couldn't get everyone on video and we kept getting ads popping up for Premium, even though I have already purchased it.   • Premium account not working-purchased last night

    I am new to Skype. I purchased a premium account last night so I can make call to family. I can not get my account to work. Half of the time it shows my premium account the other half it doesn't. When I went to set up and choose my country of choice for call it keeps bringing up a error message.

  • My spotify won't recognize my premium account

    Whenever I log in to spotify, it says that I have to either update my profile for the country I am in, or upgrade to premium.  I updated the country to match my IP, and it wouldn't work.  Then, I upgraded to premium, and that doesn't work either.  It won't let me go online or listen to music.  What should I do?

    Is your account showing as premium on your online overview?
    If it is showing as premium then you should be good to go! Sometimes a quick log out and back in again is needed. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application. 
    If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. If you can't find your account, don't subscribe again as you might be billed twice, instead get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.
    If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

    I recently upgraded my account to skype premium with unlimited calls to Croatia. It seems it doesn't work since I still need credit to make landline calls to Croatia.
    Did I buy the wrong subscription? Where do I check that? Or, do unlimited calls apply only for certain time?

    I just upgraded to the premium account, but when I'm in Skype for PC there is a hover over on the phone icon that says I can make calls to my friends mobile or landline at low rates.  The premium account allows me to call for no cost, right?  If i log into my account via the web site, it shows premium status there.  Doesn't the software know that I'm on premium?

    Will one Premium account and multiple non premium HD accounts work for video calling? Basically the idea is 10 HD skype devices, the set top boxes connected to tvs will dial into one Premium Mac or PC account for multiple video conferencing.

    Yes, one user needs to have a Group Video Calling subscription.
    Unfortunately, not all devices support Group Video calling (TV's for example, do not).

    Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

  • I paid for an in-app purchase of $10 which doesn't reflect in the app but has gone off my balance.

    I paid for in app credits of $1000000 for $10 in the App Store. My balance has depleted accordingly but the app doesn't reflect the credit. There also isn't a way to check in the app. It is Tiger Woods 2012 from ea sports.

    I'm not sure I can make sense of this but without asking too many questions, you can resolve your question by contacting iTunes direct.

    Best step in my view is to make sure you don't get similarly involved in future.  You must know roughly what you were doing.   Then writie it off to a not to be repeated experience.

       I dont really want to buy a premium account for sharing screens with multiple people. I am using that not that often Why cant I pay it on the go per session ???

    Screen share between mulitple people is a Premium subscription benefit as sharing a screen is considered a video feed, and multiple video feeds require a Premium subscription regardless of whether you are referring to the video feeds as a video call or screen share.  Skype has not announced any plans to make paying for this feature  available via Skype Credit only. 
    Remember this: only one person participating in the call where three (or more) video feeds occur must be a Skype Premium subscriber.

  • Skype Premium Account; still getting pop-up ads.

    Ads are popping up in the client for Skype credit and Skype premium, despite having a paid premium account in good standing.  I contacted support and was told by two different agents that I had to purchase Skype credit on top of the Premium account to get rid of these ads. 
    http://www.skype.com/en/premium/ specifically states that a Premium Account has NO advertisements, not SOME advertisements.  This smacks of false advertising.
    In addition, I get an error pop up in the client if I try to save my options settings with call forwarding enabled that states "You need to have some Skype Credit to forward calls to mobiles or landlines" despite that being included in my premium subscription.  I can set up call forwarding via the website with no trouble, and it works fine, but then I am unable to change my skype settings without deactivating it and going through the whole process again to get it active.

  • HRMD_A idocs sent and processed, but Org chart doesn't reflect it sometimes

    From our HR box, we send HRMD_A idocs to our FI box - We have an intermittent issue where we have a position change & the idoc gets created & sent over.
    On the inbound side, the idoc gets posted successfully with Status 53. However, this EE does not appear in the org chart as it does on the HR side.
    We have these IDocs set up to process immediately, so it passes to the FI port and is processed all within a few seconds.
    We come across this issue once about every 3-4 weeks and I can't seem to get anywhere trying to resolve it.
    any ideas?

    There are two main annoying problems with Flash Builder and swc's:
    1.  Flash Builder doesn't reflect changes made to swc files
    Solution : First of all - keep your swc files inside your project folder, you can also disable global swc cache: change as3api.cpp code,refresh swc in flashBuilder bug!
    2. Flash Builder breakes content inside swc files (and also popular problem "TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert flash.display::MovieClip@1f21adc1 to...")
    Solution : locate the project .actionScriptProperties file and set useFlashSDK=”false” :  Flash Builder 4.7 – useFlashSDK | In Flagrante Delicto!
