Reinstall broke WTK 2.5.2

Question

I reinstalled WTK 2.5.2 in a different directory and now it won't create the jar-file, only class files, Any suggestion why?
Details: Earlier on I had the WTK installed in C:\Program Files\WTK2.5.2\ and it worked fine, I created and compiled several small programs. But when I tried to install proguard it failed because of the space in the path. So I decided to uninstall WTK and install it at C:\sw\WTK2.5.2\ which did, including rebooting after uninstall. Now I get class files in the projects tmpclasses and classes directories, I also get a MANIFEST.MF and a jad file in the bin directory, but no jar-file? The JDK is at C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_01 and has not changed. Leaves me clueless. Any suggestions on what to do?
All this in Windows Vista (32-bits).
Nevermind, I had forgot to create package. But I still get an error which I do not understand:

Try to read my post again, please, I think you misunderstood those problem descriptions.
1. No package-list files - no javaddoc in eclipse 3.2.1. Just try it yourself and you'll see.
2. You didn't tried do you? The Manager.class is there, but Cipher.class is still missing. That doesn't break anything btw, it is just weird :)
