Verizon Not Receiving My Payment

Pay my bill online + on time, get conformation # + "Thank you for your payment" e-mail. It is deducted from my credit card but does not register in my account. This has been going on for several months. I've called several times, spent hours on the phone with rep's, Verizon has my phone # wrong in my e-mail conformation page & still no
resolution. Please help. Just got off the phone with a rep for about the 6th time. He said it will be resolved. As the rep's have said in the past. PLEASE HELP!

  • I purchased the light room program on jan 14 and still have not received payment receipt confirmation or download link.

    hello i purchased the LR program and still have not receive an email with the downloadable info. however i did receive they had confirmation of my order and it was currently being processed and that i would receive and email within 24hrs with payment confirmation and the link to download my program. so far i have not received either of those and its been 10 days. really need that program, i have customers photos i need to edit.

    A quick trip to Google would confirm that you don't need a "special" link from which to download the software:

  • Not receiving secure PDF for offline payment

    Hi all,
    I've had a website running for the past few months that takes users details for offline payments during checkout. When I first set the site up (several months ago) everything seemed to come through fine. I could see the users details and had everything I needed to take payment.
    However I have recently gone back into the site to make a few changes and have realised that I am no longer receiving the secure PDF for offline payment. I have set my new password, triple checked that my email is selected and have tried several times but still can't seem to find any user details that would allow me to take payment.
    This is currently the only system I have in place as I am assessing whether or not there is enough traffic on the site to consider setting up a realtime payment portal but even as a temporary thing I would like to get this working.
    Any information about this would be greatly appreciated!

    I'll need you to submit a support ticket on this issue and specify which site this is occurring with as well as the email address that is not receiving the secure PDF. The support team will be able to investigate why this is occurring and get back to you with a solution.

  • Using Verizon Messaging and people are not receiving my texts NOR am I receiving texts that were sent to me!  Went to old iphone and disabled imessaging but still not working. I'm a big texter for personal and business and am ready to go back to iPhone. 

    Just got the Samsung Galaxy s5 and am very frustrated that I am not receiving text messages that were supposedly sent to me.  Also, it says 'sent' but it is never delivered.  Or it might get delivered but mine still just shows being sent.  I re-started that phone and disabled my texting on my old iphone as some have suggested.  I'm ready to go back to the iphone just because of this issue.  Please fix this Verizon!

    I'll tell you it is some marketing coup that a problem Apple has created and has control over is being passed off on Verizon.
    This problem is the result of you migrating from iMessage, a messaging platform controlled completely by Apple, back to a more mainstream messaging system of SMS/MMS. Verizon has no control over other iPhones "thinking" you are still using iMessage. NOTHING Verizon can do will fix this problem.
    Try texting the word "stop" to 48369. Others have reported this has worked. Doing this should de-register your number with the iMessage system. You should receive a confirmation reply. It may take a day or 2 for other iPhones to completely register that your number is no longer associated with iMessage. You can also try calling Apple support and let them know you are not receiving messages from iPhone users after switching to an android phone from an iPhone.

    Turn off iMessage in your phones settings.   Apple devices can only use iMessage to other Apple devices.
    Turning off iMessage will allow the messages to go as regular text messages.

    I can’t text some international (Irish) numbers from my Verizon iphone 5 32G. The number format is correct. I receive message NP and my messages appear as sent (ie Green) but they are never received at the other end. Impacts 1 in 10 of my international contacts.

        I'm sorry your messages are not being sent to all your international contacts RMD1999. If your message has a green check mark, your message was successful and transmitted over our network. If they did not receive it, the issue is on their end. The only time the issue will be with Verizon Wireless is the moment you receive a red x or an error message when trying to send a message. Make sure everyone you send to internationally, has their phone set up to have international messaging enabled.

    I wanted to add my voice to the growing chorus of people complaining about VZW's trade in program. i received the exact same excuse for denying the full value of my perfectly good and DEACTIVATED iphone 4s.
    i DID manage to get through to the trade in team, and after explaining the situation, i was told that my problem could be escalated the the tech team. the anonymous trade-in woman transfers me to the normal VZW cust support line... huh?
    i wait again and finally get through. unlike the trade-in woman, the cust support rep immediately identifies himself. willie was as helpful as he was allowed to be, but sadly, that wasn't very much. the trade in people and VZW hold all of the cards.
    THEY say that the de-activation lock wasn't turned off, i say it was.
    there is no way to prove either assertion.
    there is no appeal.
    they just deny, deny, deny, as evidenced by all of the other complaints posted here and elsewhere.
    willie WAS able however, to get me an additional credit for my 'inconvenience'.
    while i genuinely appreciate his effort on my behalf, it doesn't absolve the company from the way they handle the trade-in program, whether it's farmed out to a 3rd party or not.
    i will be filing complaints with the PSC, BBB, and NYS Att'y General.

    I have redeemed my globaltestmarket for £40 in my PayPal account and forgot to change my details to my new PayPal account when redeeming and did not receive this as my account is limited, can it be checked for me as I contacted the globaltestmarket customer service and they told me the payment has been made from their side so I would like to find out and if so would like it to be transferred to my new PayPal account please, thank you.

    If your account is limited then normally you can't open another.  You are only allowed 2 PayPal accounts if x1 is personal and the other one is business.  You can contact customer services but it's doubtful they will transfer it from a limited account and you risk your other account being limited dependent on the reason for that limitation.

    I have been using the verizon 8330 and my gmail account with imap.
    before today I had no issues with gmail and my blackberry...but today, some of my email was getting sent and others were not.  I can still send email, but i am still not receiving email after the following:
    On the blackberry
    deleted gmail off BIS
    reset up email
    resent service books
    resent host
    deleted service books 
    pulled battery
    gmailenabled and disabled both pop and imap
    Any other suggestions?

    I don't know if you listed the steps in order, but I would proceed this way.
    Decide on what you want the account to be Pop3 or IMAP on Google and save the settings.
    Delete the email account on the Blackberry.
    Recreate the account on the BIS site either on a PC or on the Blackberry
    Go to options advanced options, Host Routing Tables, click to enter. DO NOT click on any listing.
    Press menu key, and select register now.
    You will get a verification email. Then go to email settings and send service books.
    You will get an email per account. Do a battery pull and see if the problem is
    resolved.
    Let us know how it goes.

    No data will be lost when doing the following: pull the battery while the device is ON.
    Replace after a minute, Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed.

    Bhai for all that I know your problem may have been an internet connection time out. I'm nit sure what a perfect solution would be but you should try checking once if the app is still available on the app store. If it's there then try downloading the trial version of the app, and then put the license code when they ask ask for the upgrade.
