Multiple a/c assgt SRM PO - Error in process

Hi all,
SRM 5.0 SP 12 ecs
When I create a purchase order with mutliple a/cassignment in SRM and order it,it gets replicated to ECC with the indicators "Confirmation-Related Invoice Verification" and "Confirm Performance of Service/Goods Receipt " checked as per the vendor master.
However if I change these indicators in this PO,the PO is set to "Error in Process" and then on ECC side,I see the error "Goods receipt posted unvaluated due to multiple account assignment".
How do i process this PO further in SRM ???
Thanks.

Hi ,
I have checked it intially and both are identical.
Initialy the problem was, user had entered 128 times AA line items  ( added & deleted ) in the PO while in the SC it was having only 64.... Our system accepts line items till 99 , so i asked him to delete the items above 99 ..
So after that POs error has gone and it went for approval..
But after approval it again went into error in process

  • PO Error in Process with Multiple account assignment

    Hi ,
I am working with Extended Classsic scenario.
Problem is with PO with Multiple account assignement.
There is only one user who is getting problem with one particular account assignement "CCC" - Cost Center RP.. . When PO gets created with this particular AAC , it goes into "Error in process" only for one user.
In RZ20 it shows messsage as "Please enter quantity or percentage for account assignment" & "Distr. ind. and partial invoice ind. must be set f or multi acct. assgt.".
On other hand , other users are able to order the PO with the same AAC without any error.
What could be the reason behind this only for one user ?

  • SRM-8001 error

Hi team, I continue to get skipping, glitchy viewing on live TV and On Demand, both at random. Worse, when I often attempt to watch a TV show On Demand, I get the SRM-8001 error.  All my cables are tight and properly connected, so not sure what the problem can be. I often have to go back and forth after the message to finally be able to view the program. Please advise. Thanks.

I began getting this On Demand problem for the past few months after having an HD TV for 18 months with no problems with HD ON Demand.  I finally got COMCAST to send out a service guy at the beginning of July (after multiple "unplug the box attemps" over those months when I called) and he found a low signal level at the street (had to call in a separate team to fix), tightened all the connections, and gave me a new box. Since then I still get times when the picture breaks up then freezes then I get thrown back to the On Demand screen, and more recently a frozen blank screen when going from an "embedded commercial" back to the program, and then when trying to go back and re-start the program from where it was, I get the SRM-8001 error. It is nice to know that I am not alone, but after seeing "years" of this SRM-8001 problem on the forums, it is obviuosly not a priority for COMCAST, otherise they would have put enough resources on the problem to get it fixed... The "years old" workaround I read about in the forums (play an SD On Demand free movie for a few seconds, then retry the HD program that had the problem) seems to work at least for the rest of the time I am watching that day.

  • Purchase Order  in SRM Error in process

    Hello ,
We are using extended classic scenario . SRM 5.0 , ECC 6.0.
There is a PO on SRM with status 'Error in Process ' in process .But I checked the line items of the POs. PO has been successfully created and also transfered to ECC for all the line items. In ECC too the PO is visible.
Then why the status of the PO is not 'ordered' ? How can I do to change this status to 'ordered' ?
Please let me know how to find out the root cause of the issue as well as how to resolve the same .
    Regards,
    Saurav

    HI,
Could you please tell me, how did you solve this issue. I'm having the same type of issue.
Creation of shoppingcart thro'MDM catalog. It is approved. Local Purchase order is not getting
created because of the following error and it is not replicated to the ECC 6.0.
in Application monitor in SRM 7.0 Portal screen.
    1. Backend error: Enter G/L Account
    2. Purchase order still contain faulty items.
    3. Issue with error showing Sum of Quantities >1.728< larger than total quantity
    PO Status is'error in process'

  • PO Output is possible for SRM PO's in status Error in Process

    Hello All ,
We have a requirement, where system should not process the PO output when the PO is in u201Cerror in transfer status u201C .
While creating the PO -> If the SRM PO is in Error in Process status, output will be processed and its sent to vendor also.
Since Error in Process status in business point of view consider as error free PO but fails to transfer the PO to back-end due to some technical or customization.
While changing the PO -> if the SRM PO is in Error in Process, We can stop the process the output with the help of OSS Note 1324180 which has been already implemented.
Can anybody tell me how can we achieve this . Any pointers. We have also tried with condition based output workflow start conditions also .but it couldnu2019t work .
    Thank you
    Bharathi

    Dear Expert,
Please check in RZ20 what specific error is being shown and accordingly either error message can be changed to warning message or customization should be done so as to replicate the PO into backend.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Sathya Kumar.

My Acrobat 8 Pro is failing to print to a pdf from multiple software.  I get an error message that a repair fixes but only for a little while.  Pretty soon the trial version of 9 that I installed pops up telling me it has expired but it would take me to a way to buy a valid serial number and then 8 stops working again.  I’d be happy if the 8 I paid for worked right or I could get 9 for a small cost but I cannot afford $450 or $20/month.  I need a permanent solution that I should be already paid for with 8 pro.

After multiple repair procedures with reboot in AA8 I was eventually able to restore the printing to pdf function from various software.  However I have again lost my Acrobat tab in Outlook 2007.  I need that back, but today an even bigger problem arose.  AA8 has stopped printing to fax.  It faxes a blank page.  The only fax printing option is “Microsoft Shared Fax Driver”.  My fax software is “Windows Fax and Scan” and it was working fine just a couple weeks ago.  My OS is Windows 7 Professional.
I have tried doing the updates you referred to but I get error messages like these:
“No qualifying products found to apply this update, or update has been already applied”
    or
“The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing , or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program.  Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.”

  • PO:Error in Process while transferring to backend (ECC 6.0) from SRM 5.0

    Hi folks,
We are on an Extended Classic Scenario. We have a major problem occurring in Production system only for the the limit orders. Limit Orders are not getting transferred to ECC 6.0 from SRM (Error in Process clearly shows the non existence for PO created first time)
I also know that Error in Process/ Transfer Failed status comes up for several causes.
This was working fine for months together, suddenly this problem is coming up. 1 Week back we had a Patch Upgrade too. I have checked the Vendor data, Account Assignment and other Basic data too and everything looks fine. We have tried debugging the FM's on SRM side which transfers the PO(ex:BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2)
After debugging too we are not able to rectify from where the error is coming up..
I need your valuable inputs on this.
    Thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks a lot on your Key inputs Peter.
I just forgot to mention one more thing, i.e., in RZ20 (SRM) we could see the following errors for limit orders:
    (01) PurchOrder 003....012: Transfer failed
    (02) PurchOrder 003....012: Please maintain services or limits
    (03) PurchOrder 003....012: Purchase order still contains faulty items
    (04) PO 003....012: No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference
To trace the issue backwards we tried creating a limit order PO directly from ECC backend (ME21N Transaction)
One thing we could observe is in Limit tab if we not specify Expected Value and Overall Limit we are encountering the same error as shown up in RZ20.
This gave us a vague idea that the price is not getting transferred for Limit Orders from SRM 5.0 to ECC 6.0 backend. Any key inputs on specific FM etc.,to debug and see what value is getting transferred from SRM to ECC would come handy.
I hope Peter and others will help me on this.

  • Status message shows  " Error in Process" in SRM

    Hi,
At the time of Confirmation, status message shows  " Error in Process " in SRM.
So please suggest the solution & the possible cause for the Error.
    Thanks,
    Neha

Pl goto RZ20, SAP Enterprise Buyer monitor--confirmation and open the alerts.
All error logs have to be there. How will you analyse otherwise as to what went wrong?
Have you done the partner profile settings for confirmation? Defined ports in SRM? Are you on classic/extended classic?

  • Invoice status in SRM -- Error in process

    Hi,
I am on SRM6.0 (Extended Classic Scenario) with backend ECC6.0. I have a invoice posted in SRM and went into error while transferring to backend. We reviewed the reason of backend error (it was because of MM period close) and reprocess the IDOC in backend after allowing posting in previous period. IDOC got processed and we can see the backend document link in SRM Invoice now but the status of the invoice is still "Error in process".
I checked program "BBP_GET_STATUS_2" and "CLEAN_REQREQ_UP" is setup correctly and running sucessful in SRM. Appreciate any help to resolve this issue.
    Thanks,
    Sachin

    Hi All,
Any updates. Today I have another invoice where the IDOC got posted in backend sucesfully but system still shows invoice status as "Approved" whereas it should be "posted in backend".
    Thanks, Sachin

    Hi Kiran,
    Many Thanks for the reply.
I would like to inform you that its a Development server and just one n a half month back it was working perfectly fine.
Suddenly it started giving the problem although the Last PO which was approved and posted to backend was on 27.10.2010 ( i.e. In the month of October2010) successfully.
I am supprised like how come there is a need of applying SAP note on this since it was working perfectly fine one and half month before .
Well we have craeted SC and PO craeted successfully till 27th October 2010 , after that we have tried now in the month of dec its giving the Error in Process PO .
Well we have found the below notes :-
Seems to some OSS Note is missing in either you R/3 backend or the SRM system ->
    Note 841021 - Manual price entered disappears - error 06 218
Note 932236 - BAPI_PO_CREATE1: Purchase order price unit not transferred
Note 580225 - Purchasing BAPIs: Conditions and pricing
Note 853970 - BAPI_PO_CREATE1: Net price is not transferred
Note 571860 - BAPI_PO_CREATE1: Price is not transferred
    Note 487605 - ME21N: 06 218 'Net price must be greater than 0'.
Can you please advice which one you were taking about ?
Or is there any other way apart from applying SAP notes ?
