Customer number not picked up

Hi Friends,
i have created a 3rd party sales order, as you are all aware the purchase requisistion gets automatically created in the back ground, now if i go and the PR to my suprise there is no customer which should be present in delivery address tab, instead of that adress number of that customer has picked up.
please be aware sold to party and ship to party are different.
earlier the customer was reflecting in PR under delivery address tab and now suddenly this is not picked up.
kinldy let me know what needs to be checked for customer number vanishing.

I agree with navneetha comments also. Please check the configuration ,and also Please check the other documents which has been created with the same data. If old documents data is coming correctly then kindly debug then only you know what is  the issue also. so kindly take the Technical team help

    Hi,
    Check the following:
    1. The check box clearing with customer and clearing with vendor has been selected in both the masters in the payment transactions tab.
    2. Ensure the vendor is not locked up in any payment proposal in F110.

              I again assert the same thing..No matter what you maintained in sort key field like PO numbers, vendor or customer numbers can be fetched in reports in FBL3N, FAGLL03 or FS10N line items.. Reason i quoted above..However you have an option to fetch this field using Business transaction event 1650 using FIBF..Your ABAPER will need to modify structures and then modify the contents..Please check it with your ABAPER , i am sure you will get your issue resolved..

  • Customer number not in the inspection lot for a make to order scenario

    Hi All,
    I know that standard SAP will get the Customer number into Insp. lot only for insp. types 10/11/12.  I am wondering if someone know a way to get the customer no. into insp. lot for insp. type 04 where the material is make-to-order scenario and the Production/Process order has the Sales order and customer no. without activating User-exit.  The quality users want to be able to see the customer no. in insp. lot without having them to go to process order. 
    It makes no sense to me why the customer no. is not brought into insp. lot when that is available in the Prod/process order, which can further be used to select the customer specific insp. plans for 04 insp. type Insp. lot without using Variant configuration.
    Any light on this topic is appreciated.

    I guess.........
    Normally the inspection lot refers the triggering document that are the trigger cause for them.
    - Inspection type 01: - Purchase Order and GR material document.
    - Inspection type 03: - Pro. Order Number
    The same way...
    The inspection type 10\11\12 are purely related to the SD, and directly integrates QM and SD. Hence in the inspection lot for the inspection types directly integrated to SD, it will furnish the Sales order number \ Customer.
    But the inspection type 04 is purely have it's relation to Production process. So it will have the details related to integrations it has i.e. the "Pro. Order." Hence it integrates QM-PP, it have the data related to PP (Pro Order), not the SD's one.
    But I think one way you can achieve it,
    Assign the Customer number also to the inspection plan along with the Material. So I think at the time of assigning the inspection plan to the inspection lot, it will refer the Customer number also and will display the Customer number along with Task list Group\Group Counter, in the inspection specification screen in QA03/02

  • Fax number is not picking from the ship to party to send COA

    Hello,
    To fax COA, output type in delivery is not picking up fax number from customer or from partner function.
    Condition records are maintained for partner function ship to party and condition records and output determination procedure is also assigned.
    Can anyone guide what is missing to pick up fax number from partner function ship to party or sold to party?

    yes it is maintained there for ship to party. my question is at delivery item level, if I select output type and check the communication method for FAX, it is showing blank or sometime wrong fax number.
    I am expecting to pick up  fax number which is maintained at XD02 for the ship to party by refering condition record vv22. Here, I have maintained fax details in contact person of that parner function in the sales area of customer. Else, you can guide me the right procedure to sent COA fax to recipients.

  • Custom Manage Property does not pick up the value from mapping crawl property

    Hi All,
    I have created a custom list with the column name that's called "category".
    Then I ran full crawl and I saw the "ows_category" crawl property is created.
    Then I create the manage property names as "Category" and map with the "ows_category" and run the full crawl again. (Retrivable, Searchable, Refinable options are checked)
    After full crawl, I searched Category:keyword but it returned 0 result. 
    But when I search keyword, that list item is retuned
    I tried to debug with the spsearch2013 tool and there is no "Category" manage property in the return XML.
    It seems the Manage Property does not pick up value from the crawl property. (Something might be wrong with the index schema)
    Do you have any suggestion?
    Do I need to reset the index?

    When you search ‘category’ in crawled properties(Central Administration->Search Service Application->Search Schema), you will see ows_Category is mapped to DiscussionCategory, like the screenshot:
    So, I suggest you create a new column using another name, then test again, compare the result.

  • Customer number of business partner can not be determined

    Hello,
    I created the BP for role TR0100 Main Loan Partner and I also added the role for FLCU00 for FI Client where I put the Company Code information and link this BP with the customer number in FI.
    When I am create a general loan (SAP Banking) the system did not determine the customer number in the Partner view, so when I go to make a Disburse (FN5V), I put the company code and the contract number, and then I get the error message "Customer number of main loan partner cannot be determined" Message no. 67087.
    I have reviewed the configuration and the SAP help for this scenario but I have not resolved this problem. We are starting this project so do you think this error could be generated because FI has not been fully customized ?

    But I have not resolved the issue,
    I reviewed you 2 suggestions but the issue still continues.
    1. I configured 2 company codes and the settings for product types and the activities for the loans are completed. In fact, I can save contracts and see the cash flow.
    2. I am using for example the condition 201 A_Nominal Interest and the flow type assigned is 0110 and the check "Payment transaction" is set.
    I hope you can tell me others suggestions,

  • FBL1N not picking up customer itesm

    Hi Guru,
    could you please share your expeirence is such issue where we are running FBL1N, Vendor line item report with selection creterion for Customer Lines apart from Normal items.
    Normally system picks up Vendor line items and also customer line items, if customer and vendor are linked to each other. but in a particular case system is not picking up customer lines, its only showing vedor lines. Also when I run FBL5N for customer which is linked to same vendor where there is a problem, system work correctly and it shows customer lines as well as vendor lines.
    It would be great if you can suggest your idesa as to why system is behaving in such a way.

  • ME2L not picking req.tracking number (Delivery Date)

    We just upgrade our system to ECC-6-EHP7 from ECC6.
    In our Previuos system , in ME2L we can see the req.tracking number(Dely Date).
    But in the new system , the field is there but the value is not picking.
    Do anyone has any ideas...Plz share.

    This looks very much like an own development, I would certainly not take this to SAP.
    SAP is consistent, if there is a table field identical to a field in the screen then the values are shown 1:1.
    there might be more fields in a screen than in the table, those are then computed during runtime.
    Your case looks like this "tracking number field" is only used as an output field for some other value.
    A programmer should be able to determine at least the program name and then he can check
    if there was a modification in your old system e.g. from SE38 via the program versions
    or he uses this guide to find the potential exits or BAdIs

    I have done the Number Range config under Laons Basic Settings: Define Number Range for Reference Number

    goto tcode HRPBSIN_NMBRNG click up on Change intervals ...........
    Then maintan number range screen you will get
    over thre select "ADD Intervals"  then over thre you need to give the New intervl for number ranges ......
    give as "1     99999999999999999999"  then select "Insert" and "SAVE"
    And check the process again.
